Pizzeria Paco Pi In Latina

We had a mixed fry, two pizzas, water and Coca-Cola, with coffee. Everything super good. The fried foods were something indescribable! Try it!

Introduction: I am Neapolitan, and, without false modesty, I claim to know how to evaluate a pizza. These guys demonstrate that you can now enjoy excellent pizza even far from Naples. Extraordinary dough, light, well leavened, refined flours. Majestic, soft cornice. Central part as a pizza should be: with the slice in hand, it must "collapse" under the weight of the fracture. Speaking of fillings: imaginative proposals in continuity with tradition, quality ingredients. Even the cooked ham, which is normally overlooked a bit in pizzerias, is excellent. Moving on to the service, the staff is attentive, fast and very kind: they are top too. I conclude by saying that Paco Pi, in Naples, would make some "big names", some "star pizza chefs" look bad, starting with Ciro Salvo of 50kalo.

Exquisite pizza, light dough, top quality ingredients; excellent desserts (very fresh pastiera and delicious tiramisu). The place is a little small but welcoming. Friendly staff, fast service and fair price. We will be back !

Excellent pizza and excellent fried food, the chips are special. Particular attention is paid to quality ingredients. The mortadella pizza is excellent, the desserts are also good. Prices are slightly unpopular

Locale carino ed appena ristrutturato, pizza buonissima e soprattutto digeribilissima ( il che conta molto ), ottimi anche gli ingredienti. Servizio veloce, prezzi nella norma. Ci ritorneremo senz’altro, la pizza ed i frutti erano davvero buonissimi

It's my favorite pizzeria at the moment... the dough is really digestible and the flavors are delicious. The renovated place is very nice, not excessively large so it is advisable to book.

La location è nuova e molto carina in stile moderno, con il forno a vista, purtroppo un po' rumorosa. Le pizze sono molto buone, con un impasto tipo napoletano ma molto fino e digeribile, gli ingredienti di qualità. I fritti che abbiamo provato (frittatina di pasta e patate) erano veramente buoni e fatti in casa. I prezzi nella media, considerando la qualità delle pizze speciali.
