11/01/2025: Bellissimo locale all'interno dell' albergo ambasciatori Place. Arredamento molto curato e di classe. Personale di sala molto gentile e professionale. Piatti regionali e italiani, gli chef hanno una bella mano tutte le pietanze sono veramente buono , molto al di sopra della media . Se proprio devo trovare una pecca è questa : non di hanno lasciato il tempo di goderci la serata e le pietanze, ci hanno portato i piatti molto velocemente, circa due o tre minuti dopo aver finito il precedente. Così facendo ci si gonfia immediatamente e non si assaporano bene i piatti. Forse anche per colpa nostra poiché siamo arrivati alle 21 e il ristorante chiude alle 22. Se posso dare un consiglio servire i piatti almeno con 10/12 minuti di distanza tra uno e l l'atro.. se tornerò in zona sicuramente tornerò a cenare in questo ristorante.

05/01/2025: I came across this restaurant by chance for dinner and was really satisfied. There is a wide choice when it comes to food, a truly honest price and impeccable service, super fast, I will definitely be back!

05/01/2025: What can I say, the experience was very positive. Four of us had dinner, guided by the waiters, we enjoyed an excellent appetizer, the ravioli filled with violet potatoes...sublime, the grilled lamb, the pork ribs, the grilled chicken escalopes simply superlative. The sautéed broccoli was no exception. The pasticciotto with cream, black cherry and ice cream was the icing on the cake! The meal was accompanied by a very pleasant local Cesanese. I want to say two more words of praise for the tireless "grill manager", who I believe is one of the owners, whose name I don't know, who in addition to being skilled and professional, also dedicated time to short conversations with us who were sitting at the table near his station. A heartfelt thanks also to the waiters who are always attentive and courteous. The price? Really honest.

05/01/2025: Simply delightful place, with professional but at the same time very kind staff. We ate an appetizer with some really special cured meats and the first course with game (handmade pasta), all excellent. The dessert was the best 🤩 highly recommended

04/01/2025: Very nice place, wonderful location, all furnished in ancient style as if it really were a castle. Delicious food and really good staff. The cockerel and the new breasts are recommended

22/09/2024: Good food, plentiful. We took a km.0 appetizer, a porcini mushroom ribbon, a smoked scamorza with porcini mushrooms, a dessert, a water and a beer. There was a small mistake on the starter as we had asked for one to share but instead they brought a platter with two portions but, being very good, we certainly didn't struggle to eat it all.

15/09/2024: We were just there today. A restaurant for all tastes. I felt great there. Mrs. Maria's welcome was spectacular. A very sweet person with a lot of patience with people like us who don't know what we want from life. 🤣🤣. Anyway we ate very well. All good. I recommend one thousand percent. I also put a couple of photos to show not only the goodness of the food, but also the beauty of the dishes. Thank you so much. A super good Sunday lunch.

29/12/2024: Absolute excellence at Trattoria da Gino! The fettuccine alla Gino are simply spectacular, a dish that alone is worth the trip. But it would be an understatement to stop there: every dish we tried was a masterpiece of authentic flavors and impeccable preparations. To complete the experience, attentive, friendly staff always with a smile. A place that knows how to combine quality, tradition and extraordinary hospitality. Well deserved 10+! I can't wait to return.

05/01/2025: Good dinner, fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, excellent lamb and beef stew accompanied by a good Cesanese. Quality food not cheap. The only flaw was that the room was not too heated as it was winter.

14/12/2024: Place discovered by chance or rather by hunger... welcoming and spacious. Polite staff and impeccable service. The starter of cured meats and cheeses was very welcome as was the focaccia. The former are truly superlative. Fresh homemade pasta combined with local products is the best. Really compliments. P.s. entry allowed for our 4-legged furry friends. Good work and thanks!

19/11/2024: The restaurant is welcoming and spacious, the environment pleasant, the service was impeccable and the girl who welcomed us explained the menu and gave us good recommendations. The products are of quality, the cured meats on the cutting board are very good. The pizzas are well cooked, well seasoned and plentiful, you can eat very well and you don't spend much, excellent value for money. We will definitely return and highly recommend it

21/08/2024: A magical place to have a delicious cappuccino and fantastic pastries but I was really impressed by a product called "Amaretti Biscuits" (of their own production) truly exceptional it's worth going to the historic center of Fiuggi... what can the staff say together with the owner they were impeccable, a big THANK YOU!!!

17/12/2024: 5 antipasti molto abbondanti, ottimi come fatti in casa, fettuccine ai funghi e dolce. Tutto ottimo, in ambiente familiare, piacevole conversazione con il professore in pensione. E partita a bigliardino!! Unico neo servizio lentissimo. Dalle 13.00 abbiamo terminato alle 16:30

08/12/2024: Sono stata ieri sera a cena con il mio ragazzo in questo ristorante. Abbiamo preso i panini al vapore e fritti, si tratta di un unico antipasto composto da tre elementi. A dir sopra le aspettative, buonissimi e divini. A seguire abbiamo preso rispettivamente gli gnocchetti e le fettuccine al ragù di pecora. Ho trovato quest'ultima pasta decisamente eccezionale. Per non parlare poi della mattonella di pecora con cicoria e polenta e poi del biscotto con crema di ricotta. Totale 79 euro. Tutto è stato decisamente oltre le aspettative. Cibo eccezionale e proporzionale al prezzo, ristorante accogliente, cortesia e gentilezza del proprietario e del cameriere. Quindi straconsigliato!!!!!

11/12/2024: The cuisine is excellent, not very elaborate, but essential and genuine. The service is good and there is no lack of kindness and attention towards the customer. Unfortunately the place is not the best. The spaces should be redistributed. Anyway, when you go to eat, some pay more attention to the plates than to the walls. I belong to the first category. I've said mine... for the rest, "do your best".
