02/05/2026: Never been worse. The service was barely adequate, and the guy who I believe is the owner was completely unfriendly. Let's not even talk about the food. I had fettuccine with mushrooms and sausage; I swear it didn't even taste like the water it was cooked in. Not to mention that I digested it the next day, and it made me go to the bathroom five times. I wanted to organize my daughter's birthday party here, with a lunch for about twenty people, but thank goodness I "sacrificed" myself as a guinea pig. I definitely wouldn't recommend it...but everyone is free to choose, maybe I'm just a coincidence.

25/04/2026: After years of trying wild boar pasta practically everywhere in Italy, I can say that the one they make at Gino's is unmatched. I dream about it at night... I've sent practically everyone I know to try it. It's truly worth it.

25/03/2026: I just had what I can only classify as “the best carpaccio I ever tasted”. The meat, tomato’s and pecorino are rich. Can’t wait for the next course. Yep, also magnifico! Excellent taste. (I eat in a restaurant 4 days per week for most weeks in the year …)

25/02/2026: I found this restaurant by chance while traveling to Fiuggi. The location is very nice and welcoming, and the fireplace with the embers where they cook the various meats is very nice... The lamb chops were very good and very tender... I recommend this restaurant if you're in the area.

03/05/2026: A spectacular place worth trying. The young chef is truly talented and offers perfectly balanced dishes, delicious and beautifully presented. Everything was so good that we ordered almost everything on the menu to try them. The homemade pasta is delicious and you can taste it. The desserts are also sublime. It's worth the trip to Fiuggi to eat here. The wines are excellent and the staff is kind and competent. A perfect combination of trattoria and restaurant. You feel at home like in a good trattoria, but you eat like in a great restaurant. We'll be back to try the new dishes.

03/05/2026: A real gem!!! Finally, after having to put it off several times, I managed to eat at this restaurant. A beautiful place in a wonderful geographical gem. Discovered thanks to a well-known television program, I was immediately struck by the interior features of the restaurant on the one hand, and by the kindness and professionalism of the owner on the other. And indeed, it was he himself who welcomed us, with a friendly tone and a warm smile, upon entering. My impression was correct. The restaurant is a dive into the Middle Ages. Every detail shows the careful planning and attention to detail that went into it, even before the actual construction. The counterweight mechanism for closing the bathroom door is as beautiful as it is ingenious. Kudos to whoever conceived and created it. I'm speechless about the bathroom sink. A perfect historical temporal fusion between the sinks of the time and the running water of today. The stoves are simply marvelous. The food is excellent!!! When you read the menu, you're not overwhelmed by a panoply of dishes you've sometimes seen over and over again, but rather, you're faced with those 6-8 dishes that, both first and second courses, are sure to please every palate. The carbonara with porcini mushrooms would bring a smile to even a man condemned to death on his last meal!!! Very special desserts. The tiramisu with amaretti is unique. The "boiling kiss" is marvelous. A spectacular combination of gelato and warm berries. First-rate service and hospitality. The scratch-off ticket scheme is super fun. We'll be back and bringing guests as soon as possible. Well done!!!!

06/02/2026: I have to say the quality is very high, with fantastic flavors and just the right proportions, a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Excellent food and fast service... Yes, it's true, there's no menu with prices displayed, but in the end, I thought the bill was fair. €40 for a great appetizer, a steak, dessert, wine, coffee, and water all seemed excellent.

11/04/2026: I couldn't speak English, but I ordered using a translator. The staff were friendly, and the pizza slices were delicious. Compared to Korea, Italian food is generally saltier, but the pizza here suits Korean tastes well. I tried three different kinds; only the one with bacon was a bit greasy, but even that was tasty. I couldn't write down the menu items because I didn't know the names of the pizzas, but if you point with your finger and say "I'll have this one," they will cut it for you. You can adjust the length using body language. Since the prices are affordable, I think I'll come here for lunch at least two or three times a week.

13/03/2026: The gnocchi with tomato sauce were delicious, the focaccia equally delicious, and the rustic baked potatoes were soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. The place is very beautiful and well-kept, and the two girls are very polite and kind. It's worth returning.
