Small restaurant in the heart of Fiuggi, found while passing by. From the service to the food everything was exceptional! The guys in the dining room and the owner made us feel right at home and the quality of the food was excellent. I highly recommend!!! Giovanni and Veronica from Rome

My favorite restaurant ever! Any dish, whether meat or fish, is of high quality with the freshest raw materials. The porcini mushrooms are exceptional and so are the fresh pasta, the Fiugia gnocchi, the meat and the desserts. In short, everything was really good! And then the terrace in summer is wonderful and romantic. A must in Ciociaria

Perla di ristorazione nel centro storico di Fiuggi, gestito da una famiglia a partire dalla nonna che ancora opera all’ interno. La prima volta che trovo verdure ripassate da contorno che battono primi e secondi , perfette anche di sale una vera opera d’arte. Poi le paste fatte in casa abbondanti anche nel condimento, con un servizio cortese e attento … non si riesce a trovare un difetto. Sicuramente consigliato!!!

Even today 5 stars Ai Tre Abruzzi, kindness, simplicity and very fresh fish... It's nice to see a young Chef who is also a small entrepreneur, putting passion and discipline into the availability of raw materials in staff training and customer care...

Certainly an "Experience to remember"... made possible thanks to the availability, thoughtfulness and courtesy of Marco and the staff. I was able to give my parents a sweet moment "precious parents". .on the day of their Anniversary... fully experienced also by those who were present. Thanks for making this possible!!! Historic place in Fiuggi, which makes you savor it "the beauty of other times".. where you can enjoy dishes cooked with love and "attention to detail". Excellent mushrooms... fresh pasta... meat... Clean and welcoming place...a must try! It feels at home!🌹

Senz'altro un "Esperienza da ricordare"..resa possibile grazie alla disponibilità alla premura e alla cortesia di Marco e dello staff . Ho potuto regalare un dolce momento ai miei "preziosi genitori". .nel giorno del loro Anniversario... vissuto dolcemente anche da chi era presente. Grazie per averlo reso possibile!!! Locale storico di Fiuggi ,che fa assaporare "la bellezza di altri tempi".. dove gustare piatti cucinati con amore e "cura dei particolari". Ottimi i funghi...la pasta fresca....la carne.. Locale pulito e accogliente..da provare ! Ci si sente a casa!🌹

29/03/2024: Abbiamo prenotato essendo di passaggio nel Lazio. Locale molto carino, cibo semplicemente delizioso…la signora che ci ha servito la cena davvero gentile e ospitale… Abbiamo preso l’antipasto la locandiera con prodotti tipici del territorio, un piatto per i più piccoli avendo un bambino al seguito e la buonissima carbonara: tonnarelli alla carbonara davvero squisiti, e una buonissima pastiera. Tutto eccellente. Complimenti. Un punto di riferimento da suggerire ai viaggiatori come noi.
02/03/2024: Located in the center of Rio Saliceto, a welcoming place. The staff are kind and professional for the menu as well as the pizza, both fish and traditional wine list and good beer and the prices are average.

Ristorante Pizzeria La Rosetta

25/02/2024: The Rosette. What can I say, I'm in this historic pizzeria in Alatri, a truly unique place surrounded by ancient walls. We ate upstairs where it is preferably more of a restaurant but as we were in a group at the table everyone satisfied their own tastes. For the first time we focused on a classic appetizer and pizza, an appetizer of quality cured meats and cheeses with really fresh tomato bruschetta and a platter of mixed fried foods "suppli, croquettes etc". Everything was excellent and the pizza was really well cooked, it varies from low to high crust based on the flavor you choose. Very satisfied! If I can advise you if perhaps you are not a glutton 😆 I recommend a shovel in the center "you can choose your tastes and size" Only one person took a beef fillet instead, it was truly WOW.. I didn't give the full 5 stars only because I will definitely return to try the restaurant department! In conclusion, appetizers in the centre, a pizza each and a second course of meat, water, cola, two beers each, coffee, grappa, €27 I would say is excellent given the location which is worth the price. I obviously took a look for those like me who are passionate about wines, whiskeys and gins. The wines are excellent, the whiskeys and gins are good if you want to have something livelier after a meal or as an aperitif. A regà, super RECOMMENDED! If you like, you can also find me on Instagram "platter" where I share homemade recipes made in a nice way.
