05/10/2025: Last night I went to this pizzeria with my family. There were six of us. This is our second time there, and I have to say we had a really good time. We were very pleased with the waitress's service, who was very kind and helpful. Especially the appetizers: bruschetta, cheeses, and excellent cold cuts, including ham, mortadella, loin and pancetta, salami and sausage. The white focaccias were excellent. Afterwards, she brought us five pizzas with mixed flavors, all very good, thin and oven-baked really well. Kudos to Valter for his excellent cooking and price. The place is located in the historic center of Fumone, a little difficult to find, but I assure you, once you arrive, it will be worth it. I definitely recommend it and will be back again.

09/06/2025: Excellent Roman pizza, expertly crafted. I really enjoyed the capricciosa and the potato and sausage pizza. The location in the historic center is spectacular. I hope to return.

07/11/2025: A beautiful location, surrounded by greenery, with meticulous attention to detail, despite its age. We recommend better signposting of both the routes and parking! Fantastic couples massage, the only shame is that the massage beds lack the holes to properly position your face. Very inviting spas, scattered throughout the natural setting, a bit small but beautiful and diverse. The only shame is that the water temperatures are too low, especially when the weather isn't hot outside. The receptionist was friendly and quick, top notch.

25/10/2025: From the moment we arrived, an atmosphere of calm and kindness reigned. Everything smelled of cleanliness and care: the impeccable spaces, the tidy changing rooms, the breathtaking view. The restaurant... simply amazing! We chose the meat menu and it was a riot of flavors, but we can't wait to return to try everything else. A heartfelt thank you to the ladies at reception, the restaurant, the breakfast staff, and the spa—all so kind, professional, and smiling. The only small flaw? The parking lot is a bit inconvenient and small... but in the face of so much beauty, it really fades into the background. 💛

06/03/2026: Dinner with colleagues: we chose this trattoria nestled in the countryside near the Casamari Abbey for its traditional Ciociaria cuisine, based on mutton. I personally opted for gnocchi with mutton sauce and mutton in sauce with a side of sautéed broccoli, the latter grown on site. The handmade gnocchi had just the right consistency, and the masterful mutton in sauce were all served with freshly baked bread, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Payment by card is available, and for those who can't finish the rich and abundant dishes, the hostess provides convenient doggy bags. Five of us paid €190, a fair price considering we ordered the aforementioned items, appetizers, bruschetta, potatoes, arrosticini, coffee, ammazzacaffe, water, and house wine. Recommended.

05/01/2026: Just off the highway, very easy to reach, we found a spacious and spotlessly clean room, a bathroom with a huge shower, a very quiet environment, and private gated parking. What's important for us is that they accept pets. Our cat slept soundly! The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff were friendly and helpful, thank you Antonio for staying the night.

The heart of the experience is, of course, the cuisine. To say "the food is good" is an understatement. The dishes are a tribute to tradition and the high quality of the ingredients, presented with care and creativity that elevate every imagination. The handmade cavatelli with creamed artichokes and crispy bacon are a dream. Along with the other delicacies, the owner contributes to making the stay all the more cheerful and enjoyable. What can I say...we'll return soon.
