Il condimento della pizza lo è stato altrettanto, soprattutto la provola nella mia pizza "Positano" Il prezzo è stato giusto, probabilmente torneremo =)

Il locale è molto accogliente e il personale è molto professionale disponibile e simpatico. 16/07/2024: Ammetto che ho scelto questo posto come luogo per il mio 18esimo principalmente per la sua architettura e struttura, la sala rotonda è davvero magnifica, poi il bordeaux è il mio colore preferito. Ma anche il servizio è stato eccellente, tutti davvero efficienti, eleganti e disponibilissimi. Poi anche la cena è stata ottima, tutto veramente buono, specialmente l'aperitivo, in cui c'era persino il sushi cotto, che ha fatto impazzire tutti gli invitati. Davvero un posto eccezionale per qualsiasi festa, si crea un'atmosfera unica.

From the start, we were greeted with a welcome course that immediately set the tone for the evening. Each dish was carefully prepared and impeccably presented. I had the pleasure of tasting a pizza with ham, burrata and confit cherry tomatoes: a unique tasting experience. The creamy burrata paired perfectly with the sweetness of the confit cherry tomatoes, while the ham added a savory note that rounded everything off excellently. The capricciosa ordered by my partner was an excellent interpretation of a classic, with fresh and well-balanced ingredients. The real star of Fermento in Sora, however, is the tongs: well hydrated, crunchy and highly digestible. The result of careful research and meticulous work is evident, making every bite a pleasure. A little advice to the owners: it would be nice to see a wider selection of drinks, in addition to the craft beers already present. Finally, praise for the hygiene of the place, which is impeccable and certainly one of the strong points of this pizzeria. In conclusion, Fermento in Sora is a place where design, taste and quality meet, offering a high-level culinary experience. We will definitely be back!

11/08/2024: Arriving on the classic Wednesday in the middle of the week as the only customers (initially) we are welcomed with great kindness and placed romantically on the panoramic terrace. We find the same professionalism in the dishes chosen and served with the help of the owners' granddaughter in her first experience as a waitress because she is a Latin American dancer by profession! Under the starry sky we wash down the dinner with delicious Falanghina and end the gastronomic experience with an extremely reasonable bill.

01/08/2024: I was here with my partner for lunch on Sunday. It was recommended to me and fortunately I followed the advice. We ate very well and drank exquisite wine like few others and found the staff to be friendly and attentive. We felt at home and will definitely return, first of all for the lamb with grilled lamb and then for the warmth of the environment!! (Thanks also for the gentian tasting!!!) Highly recommended

15/08/2024: I chose this place based on the reviews read and I must say that they were all correct, we found a less fixed but everything excellent... from the appetizers, to the first courses to the mixed grill and to conclude dessert and seasonal fruit... all cooked and served by a wife wonderful, a special applause to the young owner Noemi. I recommend a nice walk to everyone because believe me it's worth it.
