02/01/2026: Unfortunately, my experience with Torte & Cornetti didn't live up to my expectations. Upon entering, the place seemed nice, but I encountered several issues that left me dissatisfied. First of all, I found little variety in the products available, with many display cases nearly empty despite it being a peak time. The desserts I tried tasted flat and unmemorable, with creams that seemed overly sweet and unbalanced, and the pastry wasn't particularly fresh. For the price, I expected much better quality. Furthermore, the service didn't seem particularly attentive or proactive: I asked questions about ingredients and variations, but received responses that were inconsistent and lacking enthusiasm. Furthermore, the place, despite being small and quaint, wasn't particularly clean or well-maintained, as I'd expect from a mid- to high-end pastry shop. In short, overall, I wouldn't recommend it: for what it offers, there are other pastry shops and cafes in the area that, in my opinion, guarantee fresher pastries and more attentive service. If you're looking for a truly satisfying confectionery experience, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

20/10/2025: Bellavista Winery isn't just a restaurant or a winery: it's a truly enchanting place where culinary excellence blends with a magical atmosphere. The panoramic view, which gives the restaurant its name, is simply breathtaking and adds a touch of unforgettable romance, especially at sunset. The heart of the experience is, of course, the cuisine. To say "the food is good" is an understatement. The dishes are a tribute to tradition and the high quality of the ingredients, presented with care and creativity that elevate every imagination. The handmade cavatelli with creamed artichokes and crispy bacon are a dream. Along with the other delicacies, the owner contributes to making the stay all the more cheerful and enjoyable. What can I say...we'll return soon.

06/02/2026: I have to say the quality is very high, with fantastic flavors and just the right proportions, a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Excellent food and fast service... Yes, it's true, there's no menu with prices displayed, but in the end, I thought the bill was fair. €40 for a great appetizer, a steak, dessert, wine, coffee, and water all seemed excellent.

02/12/2025: I visited Hostaria del Gallo and left with the rare feeling of having eaten in an authentic, sincere, almost family-like place. As soon as I entered, I immediately felt a warm, rustic atmosphere that reminded me of homes from days gone by: no frills, just hospitality and simplicity. The food is truly the highlight. I sampled appetizers of cured meats and bruschetta that smelled of good bread and genuine olive oil, followed by grilled meat—cooked in front of me—which was one of the best surprises of the evening. Authentic flavors, dishes made with care, without overdoing it but with the honesty of home cooking. I found the staff friendly, attentive, with that spontaneous way of making you feel at ease that is not at all a given these days. It almost felt like a guest at dinner rather than a customer. It should be noted that the place is small, so reservations are recommended, especially if you want to try the famous paella, which I saw served at a nearby table: plentiful, rich, and inviting. The prices aren't particularly low considering the simple atmosphere, but I found them consistent with the quality of the products. Ultimately, at Hostaria del Gallo I found a genuine place, without artifice, where you eat well and feel good. It's an osteria that retains the soul of old-fashioned trattorias: authentic flavors, a warm welcome, and an atmosphere that leaves you feeling full, relaxed, and a little lighter.

06/01/2026: We went to Coccole di Grano for lunch on January 5th, as a couple. Despite our delay due to rain and traffic, we were greeted with great kindness and helpfulness. We ate two appetizers, two first courses, a second course, and two side dishes, and yes...we were a bit guided by our eyes and our initial hunger...which is why we ordered a little more than expected. The stuffed artichokes as an appetizer were truly delicious, flavorful, and well-prepared. As a vegetarian, I greatly appreciated the attentiveness of the lady who, with great kindness, had the lard removed from my cacio e pepe: a simple gesture that truly makes a difference and demonstrates care for the customer. The cacio e pepe was delicate and plentiful, truly excellent! For our second course, my companion chose the lamb, which he found very good. The sautéed porcini mushrooms and sautéed chicory as side dishes were also excellent. When the focaccia arrived, we were already too full... as I said, we ordered a little more than we should have, but we took it away and enjoyed it later: we can confirm that it was truly excellent. The small bottle of wine was also delicious. The quality-price ratio was quite reasonable: it's true that having ordered a little too much, we spent a little more than expected, but the quality of the products, the cuisine, and the friendly welcome more than made up for it. A place we'll happily return to.

02/02/2026: I had dinner with some friends. We sat down at 8:00 PM (the room was half empty). We ordered five pizzas and a fried anchovy and cod dish. They told us it would take a while (the room was half empty). So, at 10:30 PM, they brought the pizzas (not even all at once), and after they brought all the pizzas, I waited another 20 minutes for the fried anchovy dish (which they brought only after reminding the waiter). The food was good, but the service was crappy (if you can't handle takeout pizzas and the room, choose one). The fried anchovy and cod dish was good, but for €16, I would have expected a slightly larger portion than the 10 anchovies and 2 cod bites. I definitely won't be returning to this place for dinner again.

19/10/2025: The "sfizi di mare" appetizer is good, the fried calamari and shrimp are tasty, the "Albatros" pizza is decent, the grilled fish is very good, the berry cheesecake is excellent, and the "o Baba" is good. The quality/price ratio is good. The restaurant has been renovated and made modern, pleasant, and clean. The service is good. 4 out of 5 stars, in my opinion.
