29/07/2024: Perfect location for a stopover if you come from Milan heading south. Small but cozy and clean rooms. Too bad about the lack of curtains on the windows which prevents them from being left open without being seen from the garden. We had dinner in their restaurant but alas too hot! A practically non-existent air conditioning system. The starter and desserts were good. The cut and the service were disappointing, probably due to an event that was taking place in the evening. Welcoming check in, the girl made herself completely available for anything. Breakfast as good as the idea of ​​serving it in the outdoor garden. We'll be back.

The place is located far from the noise of easy worldliness and two-euro appetizers, furnished in post-industrial style and managed in such a way as to leave the noise of life outside. But still centrally located. It is possible to enjoy table service as well as stop to sip wine with the innkeeper, amidst amiable discussions, at the counter. You can choose the wine served from a wide range of options, the quality remains excellent, whether you choose white or red; it is always accompanied with small tastings elaborated with the use of the best local products. Beer and other drinks, although among the right choice of products, retain the peculiarity of belonging to high-level products. It is possible to book and even dine if necessary. However, the raw materials used remain of high quality, as do the dishes served at the table. It's definitely not a place for teenagers. After a review like this... at least you have to become my follower.

15/08/2024: Ordino una porzione di pallotte cacio ed uova, chiedo alla cameriera se ci fosse CARNE o PROSCIUTTO e mi risponde "no, è solo cacio e uova e pane". Arriva la pietanza e scopro, mio malgrado, DOPO AVERLO ASSEGGIATO CHE CI FOSSE CARNE nel sugo. Chiamo la cameriera e chiedo delucidazioni, l'unica cosa che è stata in grado di dirmi è stata "di solito il sugo è senza carne, se vuole glielo rifacciamo". Nessun tipo di scusa. Trovo assurdo non sapere cosa esce dalla cucina e soprattutto non scusarsi dopo un fatto così grave considerando che avessi specificato che ero VEGETARIANA. Neanche in cassa si è ricevuto un qualche tipo di scusa. Sicuramente un comportamento non professionale che non è attento minimamente a scelte alimentari, intolleranze ed allergie.

13/08/2024: Sosta per il pranzo a Cassino. Sala da pranzo con l'aria condizionata che ci ha permesso di trovare il refrigerio in un caldissimo meriggio estivo. Ampia scelta di specialità locali. Tutto veramente buono. Una pasta cacio e pepe che ricorderò a lungo!!

01/09/2024: Ottima la qualità della materia prima ….abbiamo preso antipasto misto e fettuccine Gino !!!! Porzioni abbondanti !!!! il personale tutti molto cordiali , locale carino , pulito con ampio parcheggio . Sicuramente ci torneremo

28/08/2024: Non facile trovare un locale carino e di sostanza, a Fiuggi. Abbiamo trovato quello che rispecchiava le nostre aspettative da Gino. Non proprio in centro, anzi, ma con un ampio parcheggio. Ottima la ricotta locale miele e noci, un primo "mbriaco" con guanciale nella media, dei buonissimi arrosticini con patate arrosto e scarola saltata. Il ragazzo ai tavoli ci ha consigliato un ottimo moscato di Terracina, mai assaggiato e veramente buono. Vino profumato e secco. Peccato la distanza, sarebbe un mio punto di riferimento. Prezzi d'altri tempi, super concorrenziali se rapportati a quelli di una grande città. Bravi

14/06/2024: a pleasant surprise!! dinner organized by my friends, I come from Rome and from the outside the place doesn't impress me but inside everything changes. modern place with quality food and top wine cellar, kind and friendly staff and owner. Vast menu available from aperitif to dinner, price in line with the dishes and the quality of the products.

30/04/2024: Well managed, nice and welcoming place. The cuisine is excellent and there is a wide choice of wines, although the price increase on the same is quite substantial. In any case, it is a location to take into consideration when you want an aperitif or something tasty and quick to eat. Tongs and cutting board with a careful choice of products, very interesting.

01/08/2024: Family atmosphere, we had been there a year ago and I remembered having eaten better. At the end of the meal we asked if they had fruit for the child too and they didn't have any but only the dessert options on the menu. Let's say that if we had considered eating a valid reason to travel several kilometers and go to eat there, I don't know how much we will consider this move again.

30/07/2024: A cozy place on the mountainside in Cassino, it has a spectacular terrace for celebrations and to spend a nice summer night. The food is excellent. I recommend the mixed grigliata, the meat is delicious (it's like a roast or barbecue)...The antipasta is very good, the cheese is delicious. If you go there, be sure to visit it, it is a local place where you can eat well and at a good price, where 90% are Italian.

13/08/2024: We always return with pleasure to this restaurant for the goodness of the dishes, both seafood and land. Unfortunately, however, we always encounter the usual problem, which becomes apparent even when the place is not completely full, namely the shortage of dining room staff: in fact, the approximately 100-150 seats inside and outside are covered by a single waitress, aided by the very kind owner, but still insufficient to manage the many tables. And so it also happens that we remain seated for almost an hour without even being able to order a bottle of water. We do not place any blame on the staff who are forced to bend over backwards, but rather we would like to suggest including AT LEAST another permanent waiter in the room. Nothing to say about the food however, really fresh and in generous portions. The white focaccia which always accompanies the meal is delicious. The wines on offer are also excellent, including the house one which doesn't make you regret bottled wines. Always very affordable prices, especially in relation to quality and quantity. However, we will always be happy to return, hoping perhaps to find some more help in the room...
