03/10/2025: Unfortunately, we chose this place for our birthday dinner. It was an unpleasant experience, both for the food (fish) and the atmosphere (cold and unfriendly). The food was flavorless, with no salt or seasoning; we had to ask for oil, salt, and chili pepper. The fish was brought without bones...the price wasn't worth the dinner. The atmosphere was cold; every time the door opened, gusts of wind blew in. We definitely won't be back...

09/12/2025: Good food, friendly staff, clean and quaint atmosphere. I had lunch at the Locanda on Saturday, December 6th, and was pleased with the value for money. The pasta was well cooked al dente, the rabbit was exceptional, and the wine was good.

29/11/2025: We had the pleasure of dining at this splendid inn and were delighted! From the first moment, the atmosphere welcomed us with an old-world warmth, making us feel immediately at home. The real triumph, however, was in the cuisine. We tried several typical dishes, and each was a tribute to local tradition: fresh, high-quality ingredients, cooked with passion. It's rare to find a cuisine that so successfully combines the simplicity of tradition with such high quality. A special thanks to the staff, always attentive and courteous. We'll definitely be back!

06/09/2025: Beautiful place The rooms are very, very nice, but The service is very slow. Last night I ate meat for the first time. I'm sorry, but it was awful. Everything else was good, as always.

14/10/2025: Excellent food, friendly staff, very helpful owner....the only flaw in the room was that there were some flies that disturbed us during the meal, otherwise everything was ok, reasonable price, I recommend it

12/10/2025: We happened by today without a reservation... they seated us right away... everything was good, the place was beautiful and welcoming, but the service was a bit slow... there were only two waiters, but they were very kind, but they could use two more... but we'll definitely be back...

10/11/2025: A special little place, delicious food (especially the pasta dishes and the sautéed porcini mushrooms!), but everything was truly excellent and the price was right. We were there for two nights and would have returned if we'd stayed longer. Don't change. See you next time.

16/08/2025: There are places where anyone who shows up with a Smartbox, a Wonderbox, or any other package is treated like a second-class guest, or fleeced with hidden costs. And then there's Villa Euchelia, which immediately accepts reservations during peak season with just a few days' notice, which easily accommodates a child and dog even though the package only covers two people (with a small, absolutely negligible and legitimate surcharge), and which offers every service and attention, with elegance, professionalism, and courtesy. At Villa Euchelia, we were truly pampered: the rooms are comfortable and luxurious, the spaces are spacious, and the panoramic pool is a little gem. The breakfasts and dinners included in the package are truly fabulous, and we happily added dishes and wines not included to fully enjoy the cuisine. Special praise for the treatment of our son and our little dog: it's not something to be taken for granted, and it's unusual, especially in August. We will certainly return and recommend Villa Euchelia to everyone, for a tasteful break, a charming night, or a moment to celebrate with family.

02/08/2025: I've known this establishment for decades. The original owners, who ran it until a few years ago, were highly competent and professionally above standard... Today, the management has changed, and this is my first time there since the change of management. I must say that the current young managers have been an unexpected and wonderful discovery! The kindness in the dining room, the attention to detail, the already high-quality atmosphere, decidedly improved, in spaces where cleanliness REIGNS! And finally, the cuisine! The quality and food are of the highest quality, with the mastery of a starred chef, in composition, presentation, reinterpretation, but above all, in taste! In the flavors! From appetizers to dessert, nothing to criticize! Praise, only Praise! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! And with the 30% TheFork discount, you'll feel like you've dined at a pizzeria, but in a Michelin-starred setting!

I especially appreciated the opportunity to choose from different gastronomic itineraries, each with its own unique identity and designed to showcase each course to its fullest. 20/06/2025: Si raggiunge in qualche minuto dal casello dell'autostrada ed è ottimo per un pranzo con cibi genuini e ottiamente cucinati, con originalità (su tutto la carrne di bufalo). Vini a prezzi correttissimi, vasta cantina, magnifici dolci. Servizio perfetto, bella campagna nei pressi anche se Frosinone è proprio bruttina

09/11/2025: I had dinner here with my wife on Saturday. We found a little gem in the city. The restaurant has three very welcoming rooms, and the warm, rustic decor immediately put us at ease. The food was excellent and reasonably priced, and the owner, Gianluca, was friendly and kind. I recommend everyone try the dishes here.

The owner remains at the forefront, smiling, patient, and friendly despite the packed restaurant and the thousands of requests from us "hungry" customers! Last night, he turned our evening around after we'd had a terrible experience at another well-known restaurant in Cassino... I recommend Elvio's pizzeria to everyone... and the pizza stuffed with prosciutto tastes TOP FRESH! Thank you ❤️

27/07/2025: Most amazing dinner we’ve had in Italy by far. The ragu was the best I’ve ever eaten. Staff super friendly and we loved the family-vibe. Price also really good.
