His profound knowledge of wines and dishes is extraordinary: he could give culinary lessons to many self-styled experts. His knowledge and humanity are immediately striking. A true master of his craft.

07/07/2025: Excellent restaurant, known thanks to the program 4 Ristoranti di Borghese. We ate the lamb (winning dish of the episode) and the dessert. Everything was delicious. Courteous and helpful staff. Beautiful environment and ample parking. Perhaps, in my opinion, the prices of the dishes are slightly high, which is why I decided to give 4 stars as an overall rating. But the place is definitely worth a visit. Congratulations.

04/08/2025: A charming, high-quality restaurant. Located at the top of Fiuggi. The young waiters were very friendly. They spoke English and Spanish.

03/08/2025: Excellent, flavorful food, varied menu. We especially recommend the buffalo mozzarella fondue with porcini mushrooms, tomato meatballs, and zazzere with mushrooms and guanciale (flavorful, savory). Tiramen' cima all'amaretto: a less-than-exceptional take on tiramisu. Good value. Located in the historic center. Not easily accessible for those with limited mobility, due to the stairs without handrails and the steepness, being in the historic center of Fiuggi. Professional, fast service. €30 per person with excellent local Cesanese wine.

12/05/2025: A very versatile restaurant for any type of event, but which needs a little attention to detail. The LOCATION is very large and spacious especially outside where it offers an excellent porch by the pool where you can feast. The FOOD is of excellent quality and offers a wide choice of meat and fish which is their strong point. The SERVICE is professional and satisfies customers' choices and requests. NEGATIVE POINT the road to get to the restaurant is a bit bumpy

18/06/2025: We were happy to come back here to celebrate my mother's birthday. There were eight of us, and each of us was treated impeccably, attentively and not at all intrusively by the wonderful Lina. A welcoming restaurant, ideal for a pleasant summer evening where you want to breathe a bit of fresh air while eating very well. Excellent raw materials, well-made traditional dishes and a menu that also offers noteworthy fish dishes (seafood risotto taken by my sister, highly recommended). Thanks for the pleasant evening.

18/06/2025: Siamo tornati con piacere qui per festeggiare il compleanno di mia madre. Eravamo in otto, e ognuno di noi è stato trattato in maniera impeccabile, attenta e per niente invadente dalla splendida Lina. Ristorante accogliente, l’ideale per una piacevole sera d’estate in cui si vuole respirare un po’ di fresco mangiando molto bene. Materie prime ottime, piatti della tradizione ben realizzati e un menu che offre anche piatti di pesce degni di nota (risotto ai frutti di mare preso da mia sorella veramente consigliato). Grazie per la piacevole serata.

05/05/2025: Buon locale fuori Paliano. Servizio attento e dinamico, buone le pietanze di pesce ben cucinato, non prende pieni voti solo per gusto personale, un pizzico di sale in più avrebbe aiutato. Il locale merita un ritorno.

03/08/2025: I'd heard good things about it... I must have been unlucky... The appetizer was good quality but really poor, and the expensive tagliata (sliced steak) wasn't really a tagliata, but rather a grilled steak. But regardless, with two tables, it took 45 minutes from ordering to be served. I wouldn't go back, even for free... PS. For the restaurant's target, it was also too expensive. Disappointing

30/05/2025: Ristorante accogliente nel cuore di Alatri. Servizio impeccabile ma lentissimo. Ci hanno servito la portata principale alle 23:00. Proposte interessanti, porzioni giuste, cura nei dettagli sia del prodotto che nella presentazione. Dolci super. Prezzi sopra la media. 50€ per antipasto condiviso, secondo piatto e dolce condiviso.

11/07/2025: Mi sono trovato in questo locale in coppia con mia moglie,ho ricevuto un ottima accoglienza.Locale ben curato nei dettagli.Abbiamo preso l’antipasto consigliato dalla proprietaria che ci ha stupiti,ottimi anche i primi con la pescatrice e allo stesso modo anche la frittura di gamberi e calamari,vasta scelta di dolci come il tiramisù che abbiamo preso affiancato dal liquore preparato in casa dallo chef Gabriele.Se siete di passaggio vi consiglio vivamente di passarci per passare una serata in tranquillità e con ottimo cibo.

10/07/2025: Quella sera era il mio compleanno dopo che ci siamo seduti io mi sono sentita male ma non avevamo ancora ordinato mio marito ha detto alla signora che saremmo andati via e lei si è fatta dare 50 euro senza che noi avevamo preso nulla lo trovo molto scorretto visto l'accaduto ci siamo rimasti malissimo

08/07/2025: While on vacation in the area, we went to lunch at this restaurant on Sunday with people who know the place well. When it came to the bill, the restaurant owner told my friend that the price hadn't changed, that it was the same. Seeing that I was the one paying the bill, he charged me 3 euros more per person. The restaurant owner is dishonest and therefore considers the French to be rich, so he charges them more. Avoid if you're not from the area, especially since the food isn't exceptional and the place is so noisy that you can't hear yourself speak.

10/06/2025: Since I discovered this pizzeria restaurant I go there whenever I can! The pizza is light, crispy and good. The appetizer is plentiful and tasty and the meat is exquisite! The prices are super honest! The owner Valerio is always very kind! Really compliments

Even classic pub dishes come with a creative twist—like my gourmet burger served with marinated broccoli instead of fries, perfectly paired with a craft draught beer. The friendly staff, great music, and lively crowd—especially around the pianoforte—make for an unforgettable experience. If you’re in Ciociaria, a visit to Quarantacinquegiri is a must!
