25/02/2026: I found this restaurant by chance while traveling to Fiuggi. The location is very nice and welcoming, and the fireplace with the embers where they cook the various meats is very nice... The lamb chops were very good and very tender... I recommend this restaurant if you're in the area.

Chef Tassa's skill and creativity are evident here too.
The plant-based appetizers are truly incredible, especially the cabbage and artichoke!
The homemade pasta is noteworthy, with special mention for the fact that the lady who prepares it makes it right there in the dining room.
Overall, an experience worth repeating at a super fair price!
07/03/2026: A true culinary gem in Lazio, definitely worth a try. Traditional dishes revisited with masterful skill, using top-quality ingredients and a predilection for plant-based dishes.
The tasting menu is rich and varied. The service is excellent, too!

15/02/2026: Two young men, I personally think he's a phenomenon because every course offers authentic flavors that linger in your memory.
The same can be said of Marika, who prepares all the desserts served, which are simply fantastic.
We live in Sabaudia, a few meters from the sea, but when we want to eat expertly cooked fish, we go to Sapore e'sapere in Frosinone...highly recommended!

Small, intimate, and very homey, with rustic, simple decor. The neat and spotlessly clean atmosphere makes you feel right at home.
The staff is efficient, kind, and always friendly. The wood-fired oven and the dough-making counter are open to the public.
The pizza is truly excellent: very light and digestible dough, excellent, top-quality ingredients. A wide selection of red and white pizzas and calzones.
The fried foods are also very good, especially the homemade supplì. The desserts are definitely worth trying, especially the tiramisu, truly delicious.
I'll definitely be back ❤️

10/12/2025: This was a fantastic discovery for us, being new to Ceccano. They're open for lunch from 12 to 3 pm and dinner from 7 pm. Esther, the owner and chef, prepares excellent comfort food for all courses. Every time we return to Ceccano, we eat at Esther's more and more often. Her staff is friendly and makes us feel at home, even though our Italian isn't very good yet. Her children also make us feel welcome and it's always a pleasure to meet them when we're there. There's excellent outdoor seating and inside, which displays photos of pre-war Ceccano. Great atmosphere, great food, wonderful people. You won't be disappointed!
31/10/2025: What a wonderful little restaurant! Signora Assunta and her cook (?) spontaneously treated us to the very best their kitchen had to offer. Their warmth and delicious Italian food made our 47th wedding anniversary a truly special occasion. Thank you so much! We'll definitely be back!

10/03/2026: Just a lunch that turned out to be appetizing.... excellent first courses but the grilled meat on a cutting board with a heated steel plate that kept the meat tender and warm was the best... quick, punctual, helpful and why not even friendly service
