Lots of green spaces available, with small attractions even for the little ones. The structure is on two levels. the upper room is small but very welcoming and elegant. The staff are very helpful and professional.

01/02/2025: Taverna medioevale, è la parola giusta...tipica nel suo genere e molto bella. Personale gentile, educato e simpaticissimo, piatti semplicemente buoni. Siamo stati alla cena medioevale e non ci aspettavamo una figata del genere. Consigliatissimo, ci riandremo!!!

Both dishes are perfectly worthy of the location, everything is taken care of in detail and the flavors leave nothing to be desired. 03/02/2025: Fantastic culinary stop! Very nice place in the historic center of Alatri. The dishes are very original and well balanced. The filo pastry handkerchief with ratatouille is delicious, as is the pasta with white ragout with pumpkin and chestnuts, the very tender braised meat cooked in wine Cesanese. The millefeuille with cream, pears and chocolate is delicious. Great professionalism and exquisite kindness complete everything!!!

09/03/2025: We were there at the beginning of March 2025, a very characteristic restaurant with great attention to detail in a 19th century inn-style location. Excellent appetizers with delicious cured meats (the mozzarella a little less so since it is not a local product) The sensational and very abundant first courses. The meat was really tasty! Fast service and very qualified and friendly staff. Average-high prices, but quality comes at a price. We will return soon

10/02/2025: An enchantment... Here you don't go to eat but you go to have a real experience with Roberto and Sabrina. After a year, my partner and I finally managed to find the availability of a table but I guarantee you that the wait was fully repaid. It's not possible to describe everything because one post isn't enough... I can only say that the location literally tears you away from reality for the entire time you're there, Roberto welcomes you from the first time as if you were a family friend forever, recommending the best wine pairing for the menu of the day (fixed price €40) from starters to desserts, calling you by name when he arrives at the table to describe the wonderful dishes that Sabrina creates in the kitchen. We drove an hour and a half and left that enchanted place with tears in our eyes and with an experience within us that we will never forget and will absolutely relive. Sabrina is a brilliant mind and fantastic cook. I don't know what to add... Go!

09/02/2025: REVIEW ESPECIALLY FOR THOSE CUSTOMERS WHO DO NOT CANCEL THE RESERVATION AND DO NOT EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE!!! Today we spent a wonderful day tasting, unique flavors and aromas and I must add that to make an appointment, since every time we remember at the last second, this Sunday we organized ourselves first. Today was a spring day and, in the meantime that we were in the company of the owners who served us the dishes of the day, I asked how it was possible that in the other room there is a free table considering that I usually never manage to find a place. The response was that 5/6 people booked the table and in the end they didn't show up, nor did they call to cancel the reservation. I believe that this is a lack of respect and education towards those who work especially on weekends and who live trying to please everyone and do the best for everyone. These sacrifices are never rewarded because as always in this beautiful Italy there are rude people who do not respect those who live for this job, because not only do they not show up but they don't even answer the phone to get updates on the delay, which certainly sometimes the thoughts of a restaurateur are 360°, one can even imagine an accident, an unforeseen event one can worry about, because we are all adults and parents. These disrespectful people no longer deserve a place as far as I'm concerned and because of them the owners have given up and rejected at least 30 other calls from people who come from distant countries, to spend a few hours in a wonderful place and nature... they are people who would do anything, even leave at the last moment knowing that a place has become available... but instead the RUDE people not only don't warn but don't even answer and tie up the table. I would say that any restaurateur who keeps tables for these people should no longer give them future hope, and that they should eat at their mothers-in-law's, at least they show up when they want and also take some "bullshit" for any delay. Anyway Fata Verde is always the TOP, Roberto and Sabrina have that something that is special and unique both in the study of the dishes and in knowing how to manage a room of customers who love being in their company, in the harmony and peace of the Comino Valley. 26/03/2025: We stopped by chance for lunch on the way back from a trip to Tuscany as it is very close to the motorway and it was a pleasant surprise, generous and tasty portions, everything was good, even the side dishes, especially the chicory.

27/10/2024: A day definitely spent with the family. I'm talking about the restaurant, the manager, Gianni, extremely kind and hospitable, but also the staff with a unique kindness, not found in other restaurants. The starter is spectacular, with a clean fish flavour, well prepared, but the scampi cream risotto is sublime in both cooking and flavours. Today there are 370 guests in this restaurant. The cuisine is sublime. I can't say anything but good about Luciano, he gives the right advice and is very helpful. We had a great time, six people, all satisfied. Definitely a point of reference for a Saturday or Sunday. Thanks to Gianni and Nada.

02/02/2025: Typical cuisine and more. Excellent cheese and pepper. Mixed pasta with cannellini beans from Atina and sublime crunchy bacon. Delicious meatballs and boned chicken leg. Ingredients of the highest order and Cabernet from Atina perfect. Excellent service and bill. Location from a well-kept village tavern located in the beautiful and welcoming historic center of Casalvieri.

02/03/2025: My wife and I spent a day in this magnificent place, we took advantage of the suite and the external spa path. Some suggestions that I would like to give: - include at least the aperitif in the cost of the Suite - limit entry to the Spa path to a limited number of people, otherwise it is almost impossible to use it (too crowded) For the rest nothing to say, magnificent view and top suite.

The only flaw is that if it's not a nice hot day, it's not worth going there, 1 because the pools are spaced far apart from each other and after leaving a hot room, crossing the open air means getting cold like never before, taking into account that both the bathrobe and the towel are damp or soaked, and at the end of the tours when you get home you do like me..... you stay at home for 7 days with bronchitis.
