19/07/2025: A truly positive experience. The staff were welcoming, knowledgeable, and attentive. The dishes were refined and the ingredients were top-quality, from the pinsa to the fish, and every course was truly excellent. The location was beautiful and spacious, both inside and out. We'll definitely be back.

06/07/2025: We stopped for dinner because we were passing through. But I don't think we'll be back. Approximate menu, which lists some things and half of them don't fit. And if you change the dish they don't explain well what you're replacing it with! In addition, I couldn't put the review on tripadvisor because the language is Russian.

25/06/2025: Restaurant with very familiar and accurate cuisine. Owner and waiter kind and helpful. Typical dishes with both hare and wild boar ragù, good choice of cheeses and seasonal vegetables. A special mention deserves the porchetta ten times better than the famous one from Ariccia

22/07/2025: The location is great on a roof with a peaceful outlook. Nice playlist and vibe for dinner. The food was good but not extraordinary. There were 2 downsides that really detract. 1 The service is super attentive and results in a very rushed experience. This is meant to be fine dining not a fast food experience. 2. The pricing is completely over the top. 195 euro for a shared entree, 2 mains and 4 drinks. I have. I don’t mind the price itself but it doesn’t live up to the price tag. Overall disappointing g.

20/07/2025: A very nice, upscale rooftop bar with exceptionally good service. The staff is courteous and attentive. The food is more than expected. A beautiful view with plenty of cooling for hot summer days. Highly recommended.

13/07/2025: We discovered this restaurant on our trip to Rome. The restaurant also offers all dishes in gluten-free versions, free from grain contamination. This is especially important for us with celiac disease! We ate here at least five times in our seven nights. We enjoyed various pizzas, sea bream fillet, tiramisu, and "suppli" (filled parcels as an appetizer). The dishes were excellent in every respect! Unbeatable value for money (between €8 and €12 per main course). We paid between €25 and €45 for two... sometimes with a starter and dessert, sometimes without. Metro stop C is 100 meters away, and bus stops are between 150 and 600 meters away, depending on where you're coming from. The indoor area is closed between 2:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. You can pick up your food from 6:30 p.m. or eat in the restaurant from 7:30 p.m. until midnight. A definite recommendation!

13/07/2025: We were here for a multi-day city trip and ate here many times, both in the restaurant and to go. I highly recommend it. The owner is fantastic, the service is excellent, and the food is a dream for anyone who has to eat gluten-free. I highly recommend it!

03/08/2025: No me gusta poner críticas negativas. Está es la primera que escribo. Reservamos hace un mes. Nos enviaron la confirmación, un primer recordatorio la semana pasada. Un correo ayer para confirmar la reserva (cosa que hicimos) y un nuevo recordatorio está mañana. Cuando hemos llegado al restaurante estaba cerrado por descanso semanal. En su web hay una especie de chat donde nos había indicado esto, pero ni un correo, ni una llamada (cuando nos han enviado dos recordatorios y la obligación de reconfirmar). Creo que es absolutamente inaceptable.

11/07/2025: Vengo da anni in questo delizioso paesino, non lo definirei una trattoria ma per me e’ come mangiare tra amici. La signora Anna in cucina fa una pazzesca pasta e ceci con scialatielli freschi una carbonara come una volta e una grande matriciana. Al forno a legna il fratello Fiorentino cuoce bruschette e carne e capretto al fornoed è una persona eccezionale in amicizia e simpatia. Alfredo altro fratello tra i tavoli insieme all instancabile figlio Raffaele .se passate per castelforte fermatevi per un’esperienza unica . Fatemi sapere……

Upon arrival, we were captivated by the beauty of the entrance: a marvelous cypress-lined avenue that immediately evokes the atmosphere of the Tuscan hills. A moving, elegant, and timeless sight that left even our guests speechless. The welcome was exceptional: Vasco, along with his sisters Noemi and Ludovica, and their father, welcomed us with rare simplicity and humanity. They were genuine, professional, attentive, and incredibly helpful. Their passion and dedication were evident in every detail. The cuisine was exceptional. All our guests were thrilled: the freshest ingredients, carefully selected, transformed into exquisite dishes. All served with elegance and punctuality. Congratulations to Paola and the entire staff; the atmosphere was very collaborative. Truly exceptional quality on every front. The event organization was impeccable, every moment unfolded with harmony and precision. 10/07/2025: Excellent location and excellent food quality, perfect cuisine from appetizers to dessert. Prices are in line with the offerings. The plating is meticulously crafted. We were welcomed with a friendly atmosphere, without slipping into a lack of professionalism. The only drawback is that it's almost impossible to eat on weekends due to the constant crowds. Make a reservation. Recommended.

03/08/2025: A formidable location. Dishes of unique goodness. Chef Andrea is constantly searching for authentic ingredients that make his dishes something special. The appetizers and first courses are excellent, outside of the usual menus. Try the famous "caramelle" with radicchio and scamorza... but the ravioli are also a must-try. The real specialty is the meat... the entrecôte is a must-try... and what about the desserts??? The berry cheesecake... simply sublime. La Baita in Saracinesco... once you know it, you'll fall in love with it.
