17/05/2026: I came with my family, drawn by the many positive reviews. We're not there at all! The bread basket was actually a container unsuitable for food, with an old, dirty piece of orange paper. The seafood appetizer, €16, was subpar. There was nothing fresh! A pre-packaged seafood salad, followed by some supermarket-style fried food. First, scampi gnocchi, which the waiter told us were homemade. Are you kidding?! They were packaged gnocchi, and I know what I'm talking about, since I have friends in the restaurant business. Also, they were garnished with ground parsley; fresh parsley would have been better. Aside from the rest of the food we ordered, we won't be back. If I have to eat packaged, industrial products, I go to the supermarket. For what we ate, the prices are high, considering they're not fresh.

31/01/2026: My partner and I often eat at Casaletto, and every time is a confirmation. The service is always extremely kind and attentive. I've had the pleasure of trying both the first and second courses, as well as the pizza, and... what can I say? Everything is excellent. The ingredients are homemade, and the pizza dough is truly light (it's no coincidence that it's listed as a three-slice pizzeria by Gambero Rosso). The desserts are irresistible: even when we're full, we always leave room for something. The chocolate cake and zuppa inglese are tops! I can't wait to go back.

09/03/2026: Nice little place with just a few tables, the service was my bare minimum, and I haven't had the pleasure of using the bathroom, but I had warned the owner, and I'd recommend generous portions. He replied, "They're like tavern portions!" Even though the sauce was undercooked, and you could taste the tomato paste, and the strazzapreti... delicious, homemade, were few... and not cheap either, €14... in short, I warned the owner, but he didn't have a star rating... I'll try it again when I return to Civitavecchia.

However, as a first impression we were not particularly enthusiastic, as it did not fully meet our expectations for flavors in Rome. He was truly elegant and friendly, a rare find! Compliments to the staff, and especially to him!

10/06/2026: Today, during a visit to Civitavecchia, we went to eat at this fabulous restaurant on the seafront promenade. It's an area with few international tourists. Highly recommended. The fish was very fresh and perfectly cooked, and the pasta was delicious. We received excellent service at a very reasonable price considering the quality of the food. The walk to the restaurant is lovely.

14/03/2026: It's always a pleasure to return to Domenico and Rossella at Antica Roma, which now amazes us with a renovated, welcoming, and intimate restaurant and fusion cuisine that blends tradition with Mediterranean cuisine and Middle Eastern flavors. We began with an imperial appetizer consisting of seafood salad, octopus and potatoes, broccoli rabe with prawns and bacon, octopus Luciana-style, prawns in kataifi pastry, fried cod with sweet and sour Tropea onions, bruschetta with red tuna stew, and gratinated razor clams. For our first course, we ordered paccheri with creamed prawns, garnished with chopped pistachios and spices. For dessert, we finished with a bed of sliced ​​pears topped with cinnamon cream. For wine, we chose a Valdobbiadene Nino Franco. The lightness and originality of the dishes confirm the professionalism and desire to innovate of the entire team.
