Wonderful hotel! We enjoyed our stay in Rome all the more because of the experience of staying here. Great location as well.

My husband and I had the pleasure of spending 2 nights in this wonderful establishment as the start of our vacation. What an experience! The hotel is beautiful, the staff amazing , and the food delicious. If you are looking for a great place to experience service at its finest this is your hotel. All I can say is I wish our stay had been longer. There is always next time!

The service throughout our stay was outstanding, warm, attentive and genuinely personal. Every member of staff made us feel welcome, and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were beautiful, the atmosphere was relaxed yet refined, and the overall experience made our trip to Rome even more memorable. A special mention also to the front desk team and bellboys, whose professionalism and warmth really stood out throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, they were attentive, welcoming and incredibly helpful, always greeting us with a smile and making every interaction feel personal. Their service added a real touch of luxury to the whole experience. We also loved the live music throughout the hotel, which created such an elegant and relaxing atmosphere. Having a lady playing the harp during breakfast each morning was a beautiful touch and made the start of each day feel truly special. The live music in the bar during the evenings added to the wonderful ambience and made it a perfect place to unwind after exploring Rome. We would highly recommend the hotel and look forward to returning soon.

In an excellent location, 20 minutes' walk from the heart of Rome, a well-maintained but overall old building, obviously a historic building, but with room for improvement considering that a 5-star hotel costs a lot of euros per night.

A very beautiful and luxurious hotel. The service was impeccable and the breakfast was the best breakfast I’ve ever had in a hotel. The food selection was expansive and everything was absolutely delicious.

Great architecture and decor. Staff is attentive and professional. Rooms are clean and have everything one needs. The beds are out of this world; Extremely comfortable. Only had one issue; the Smart TV wasn't so smart as we couldn't apps such as YouTube and Netflix.

The hotel is nice but unjustifiably expensive because the rooms, besides being old, have extremely uncomfortable beds with low-quality mattresses and pillows. We were also woken up by roadworks at 7:00 in the morning. There are plenty of other hotels in Rome, but I wouldn't recommend it because you won't sleep well at all. A 5-star hotel should have a comfortable bed, that's the bare minimum.

Five star ++ experience. The staff are excellent, the rooms were beautiful, excellent food and service. The concierge organized our airport transfer and the hotel provided a takeaway breakfast due to our early departure. So thoughtful. We will stay again. Highly recommend.
