24/06/2026: There's no arguing about the location, very nice and welcoming, but prices for an aperitivo fluctuate like stocks... in April, two aperitivos (1 Campari Bitter and a Crodino) were just €5.60, complete with crisps, peanuts, and olives. In June, five aperitivos (1 Campari Bitter 25°, 1 Crodino, 2 Aperols 11°, and 1 Prosecco 12°) were €30.00!!! (The difference in bill was 2 Aperols and 1 Prosecco, €24.40). A proportion somewhat obscured by the alcohol content...

29/04/2026: Stopped in after traveling around Rome all day. A hidden gem for sure! The tiramisu was the best I have ever had. The pizza, cacio e pepe dish, chicken, and Broccoli rapy were INCREDIBLE. The food reminded me of my Italian grandmothers cooking and made me feel at home. Highly recommend and will be back if we ever visit again!

17/06/2026: And when they say CHANCE plays a part... I learned about the Antico Ruscello by chance and was so intrigued that I went to visit it... from the entrance, to the meticulously kept gardens, to the vaulted porticos, to the little touches that only someone who loves their job can immediately notice... it was a succession of events. And so, even though I had never eaten there, we chose it for my daughter's First Communion on Sunday. And there, not only did I have the pleasure of seeing the restaurant come to life with its fountain and water features... I also had the pleasure of tasting excellent quality dishes. Not to mention the impeccable service. In addition to our First Communion, if I'm not mistaken, there were 5 or 6 others... and they managed to serve all of us on time... nothing overcooked or with any of the problems you usually face when a restaurant is full. So my rating can only be 5 stars out of 5. Congratulations to those who drive it with care and dedication.

11/07/2026: For a while, it had been a point of reference and a safe place for me, mainly at lunchtime. Having a son whose tastes aren't conducive to experimenting with new things meant I was away for a long time. It hasn't changed in recent years, and that's a really good thing. The food is always good, and the price is fair. In short, it's a place you can go without fear of disappointment, with a wide selection of "daily" specials that won't bore you, in a casual yet far from sloppy atmosphere. Highly recommended.

13/06/2026: A welcoming place in the square in Santopadre, with very friendly staff... the 45 giri often offers spectacular evenings of music and entertainment... you can eat many varieties of pizza or sandwiches with excellent quality meat... I live nearby but work 50 kilometers from the bar... early in the morning I sometimes stop elsewhere... well... I meet many bars on the street... but the croissants that an employee named Alessandra bakes and prepares... are unparalleled... my son only drinks the milk with cocoa that she prepares and I have never had burnt coffee or heavy, raw or burnt croissants when she is there... always fragrant... a staff of young and willing guys who put so much passion into what they do... I attach photos of the creations prepared on the fly by Alessandra... donuts prepared on the spot... absolutely worth trying

10/08/2026: Extremely disappointing experience — I do NOT recommend this place. We paid around €80 per person to enter Singita, rented beach chairs, and arrived around noon expecting to spend the day there and have dinner. When we tried to eat, we were told the restaurant was closed from 4 PM to 6 PM, so we came back at 6 PM. Then, despite already having paid to be there, we were told we had to join a queue. We accepted that — but then we watched people arriving after us being allowed in ahead of us simply because they appeared to be friends of the staff. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told there was no manager. When I complained about the service, the response was essentially, “That’s just how it is.” The whole operation felt completely disorganized. Different staff members gave completely different information, nobody seemed to be in charge, and the service was extremely poor. For the price we paid, this level of service is absolutely unacceptable. We felt disrespected and treated unfairly. Very expensive, poorly organized, terrible service, and absolutely not worth it. I would NOT recommend Singita to anyone visiting Rome.

10/08/2026: This place was fantastic. A 5* experience. We booked a cabana a few days in advance on their website- easy, and took a taxi from Rome. Everything was extremely organized and service was great- unexpected highlight was the food. Not your typical fried beach fare OR Roman classics which we were honestly happy to get a break from. Elevated and delicious. They even helped us get a taxi back. Felt like we were the only tourists :) would absolutely come back here.
