14/03/2025: Good morning, I came to this restaurant for a business lunch and I must say that I really enjoyed it. I had already come to this place some time ago and I immediately noticed all the restoration that was carried out on the place, modernizing it a lot. Let me start by saying that I don't know if it is the same management or if it has been changed but the fact is that they did a good job. Well... there's not much to say about the food, it was delicious. I had the trenette with clams and I think they are the best I have ever eaten.... really very good. I recommend everyone who passes by here to stop and eat even just one dish because it's worth it. Last but not least are the owners and staff who are very kind and helpful. See you next time. 19/03/2025: Nonostante siamo andati verso le 22,00 di lunedì, il locale era pieno di gente ma il servizio è stato veloce. Abbiamo preso antipasto per tutti e 4 ed era così abbondante che non siamo riusciti a finirlo. Molto sfizioso, dalla porchetta, ai salum,i alla ricotta e mozzarella di bufala, polpette, melanzane, coppette e altro che non ricordo. Ritorneremo sicuramente per assaggiare altre pietanze, ottimo qualità e prezzo

Mi hanno servito più volte due ragazzi in particolare: Flavia ( di una bellezza pietrificante ) e Andrea, gentilissimo e capace. Ci torneremo volentieri!

07/04/2025: Fantastic, everything is always delicious, a great variety of savory dishes but also sweets. I usually stop for lunch, I eat outside under the umbrellas looking at the square, it's wonderful. Today I stopped at the bar for a cappuccino and tasted the colomba they produce, truly delicious. You feel at home due to the kindness of all the staff and the care that is perceived in everything. A result like this can only be achieved with great passion.

I have read some exaggeratedly negative reviews which do not correspond to the experience I had today at lunch. I suspect that they are reviews born from a sort of "unfair competition". I will try to explain myself, I am a restaurateur in a locality and my business has few customers compared to another, what do I do? I throw mud at those who are more successful than me. This is obviously my impression, I say this because today I went to this place for lunch with my family and I must say, in all honesty, that it does not even remotely reflect any of the negative reviews I have read. The service carried out masterfully by Barbara the owner, her daughters Cristina and Gloria with Michael have abundantly passed every test, demonstrating high professionalism, kindness and savoir-faire in recommending dishes and serving them with tact and discretion. What can we say about the dinner, which was impeccable from all points of view. Mr. Pietro demonstrated his culinary skills in a sublime way, presenting simple but extremely delicious dishes, "tingling our taste buds" with the traditional cuisine of Tuscia. This is why I wonder: is it possible that Mr. When Pietro cooks, does he do "double standards"? When an artist is one, and he is one, he always has the same modus operandi. The five stars given by an experienced Google Locale Guide, which is anything but generous, will soon be revealed. To celebrate my wife's birthday, where to go if not back to Ballaccia, if I leave Rome to get to S. Martino, will there be a reason? It's easy to say, it has never disappointed me and even today it was a riot of olfactory and taste sensations, as always they proved to be up to the task, in cooking and in welcoming, here they make you feel like one of the family from the first moment. 23/04/2025: Nel 2017 avevo dato 3 stelle promettendomi di riprovarlo, magari per un pranzo o per una aperitivo rinforzato. In realtà ci sono sempre tornato a cena per qualche appuntamento galante, perché devo ammettere che quel giardino interno era veramente un gioiellino e valeva il prezzo della cena che fidatevi già nella vecchia sede era decisamente alto. Adesso hanno cambiato location e il giardino non c'è più ma i prezzi sono incredibilmente lievitati. Minimo 16 euro per un calice di vino, 8 euro il pane 6 euro il coperto. Il menù diverso rispetto a prima comunque offre poca scelta per i piatti principali, che tra l'altro non sono neanche di grandi dimensioni. La qualità dei piatti è sicuramente alta cosi come le materie prime, ma non siamo ad uno stellato, e probabilmente neanche ci avviciniamo lontanamente. In sostanza location carina ma peggiorata decisamente rispetto alla precedente, cibo buono, prezzo assolutamente ingiustificato, 1 primo 1 secondo 2 calici di vino e l'acqua 130 euro... follia

20/04/2025: L'endroit est très joli et soigné, nous y avons passé un agréable moment grâce au service accueillant. Plats élaborés préparés minute, prix toutefois un peu surcôtés pour les petites quantités.
