27/04/2026: Excellent, highly recommend. An authentic Roman experience, unlike the "tourist traps" that dominate the city. We didn't eat at the establishment because my girlfriend and I had just finished dinner. I was unsure what to order, so the very attentive waiter gave me some beer to try. It was a delicious IPA, and so I ordered a large one right after. My girlfriend ordered the Negroni, which she described as "the best Negroni of her life." They were also playing upbeat Italian dance music, which improved the atmosphere 100%. I recommend it without hesitation. Honorable mention for the establishment's very cute stickers (see image below).

11/04/2026: Great local bar, welcoming staff, good music, generous drinks. In short, a lovely, simple time! Apparently, the breakfast is also great (verified review 😉) with amazing cappuccinos!

14/10/2025: Now, when friends invite me to dinner, I know exactly where to buy dessert! A great impression guaranteed! Delicious cakes and ice cream! The lady there is also very nice and kind.

09/06/2026: We had a family lunch in this charming seaside chalet. The cuisine deserves special mention: truly excellent food that satisfied everyone. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the service management by the restaurant manager, who was inattentive and quite dismissive when we complained about being neglected. A real shame, especially since the rest of the staff (bartender and waiters) went out of their way to remedy the situation. Service is fundamental to me; I hope this criticism will be constructive for the future.

31/01/2026: We ordered two pans of lactose-free pizza and paid €67. I understand the extra charge for the lactose-free option, but it's truly excessive. It tastes good, but you can't charge €33 for a pan of pizza, especially since the flavors weren't particularly special: crostini, margherita, boscaiola, and diavola...sorry, we won't be back.

16/05/2026: I'll be honest, as I have been with all my reviews. The food was truly excellent, the place was very, very beautiful, but the service was a bit of a sore point. I was seated on the veranda, and I should have been warned in advance that it's a smoking area. The veranda customers are slightly more abandoned than the ones inside, and the table behind me said the same thing. Finally, when it started pouring, even though there were empty tables inside, no one asked us if we wanted to be moved, so much so that both we and the table behind me moved independently. The veranda customers pay just as much as the ones inside, especially since it's not a very cheap place. Thanks.

06/06/2026: DO NOT COME HERE. I came here every day for a week—so much that the bartenders knew our order as soon as we walked into the bar. We loved this bar. However, unfortunately, after 2 weeks of coming here almost every day, we came with a group of 6 people for my birthday. One of my friends brought a cake. They said we couldn’t eat the cake without showing a receipt (???) and then when we actually showed them the receipt they said that we couldn’t eat it because we broke the rules by eating the cake with our fingers an hour earlier because they refused to give us silverware 🤣. They tried to tell us it was “the law” but we looked it up and … uh … it’s not the law. We are here for another a month and none of us will be coming back to this bar. Oh well!

05/06/2026: It's always a pleasure to eat at this restaurant, even today for lunch. Even though we chose the set menu, which included bruschetta with baby octopus and a main course, we opted for pasta with clams and cherry tomatoes. Everything was top-notch! The quality and service were flawless. I hope everything stays the same over time! Kudos to the staff.

08/06/2026: Was staying at a hotel nearby and tried this restaurant out.First of all I was shown to a table inches away from strangers so I asked for more privacy which I dont think they liked.Me and my daughter was served by the rudest waitress Ive ever come across.She never once spoke to us just handed our food over and left .She cleared our plates and never even asked if we wanted to have a desert.At this point I asked for the bill and she just placed it on table then walked away.She finally came back with card machine and through the receipt on the table.There was no way I was going to leave a tip for this poor service.They need to train this lady on some manners.The food was just average too.AVOID !!!

28/09/2025: My partner and I spent two nights in Viterbo. It was right across the street from our vacation rental, and we decided to have a few wines. The next morning, we had breakfast there, and in the afternoon, when they had a wine tasting with great music, we went back again. The owners are lovely and treated us wonderfully. The atmosphere was very pleasant and friendly. If we return to Viterbo, we will definitely come back.
