23/04/2025: Unique room created from a period building with enormous fireplace, convivial tables, few seats. There is therefore intimacy and the proposal with local foods, mostly self-produced, is refined and excellently executed. It remains possible to socialize with Anna and Marco who are more than happy to explain the courses and more, but also linger to share wine and chat with the diners. A rare possibility in modern catering, at least in cities. Considering the care and rarity of the proposal, the prices are correct.

27/07/2025: Oggi con amici siamo andati a fare un'escursione su monte autore campo Dell l'osso monte livata, dopo l'escursione siamo andati a pranzo dai miei amici Maurizio e Irene del cristallo di neve, passano gli anni ma qualità delle materie prime e i piatti non cambiano sempre tutto buonissimo. Se capitate a monte livata campo de l'osso vi consiglio questo ristorante non ve ne pentirete, grazie ancora a Maurizio e Irene e tutto il loro staff per la splendida giornata ❤️

29/05/2025: On 05/16/2025 we celebrated our eighteenth birthday in the princely location of “Vigna dei Cardinali” and thanks to Mr. Guido and all the staff, we were able to create a fairytale birthday…..we couldn’t have chosen better. We loved the buffet that had a wide choice, from the aperitif on the terrace to the dinner in one of the wonderful rooms made available. We have only one word to define all this “SPLENDID”. Our party is wonderful and unforgettable for us. There was not a person who before leaving did not compliment us on the beauty of the location and the quality of the food. We will always carry the memory of this day in our hearts…….it was more beautiful than we imagined. Thank you for making our birthday WONDERFUL. Sofia and Ludovica

05/06/2025: L' OASI DEL COLLE is a truly special place, my mother has been staying there for a year. It has become her home, she calls the other guests her friends, the Oss are her angels. Yuri and Luana manage this facility excellently. In a phone call to a friend of hers my mother told her "I am finally enjoying my retirement". THANK YOU.

11/09/2025: If I could, I'd give 200 stars for the quality and variety of the pizzas and 1,000 stars for the friendliness of Mario and Gloria, the owners. When I lived in the area, it was a regular stop, and when I return to Rome, I always try to pop in for a meal.

21/06/2025: Well I have to say that we went to this truly beautiful location, with no knowledge of the dishes, and therefore a little worried about what was supposed to be the day of our little girl's communion... I have no words to describe how happy we were with our choice... Very high quality food, I'll start by saying that everything is fish-based, but after years of restaurants, finally an original scampi cream risotto, without cream or milk, the guys were very helpful, polite, present, but the best compliments go to Tina and her brother, for their simplicity and dedication, because only in this way can you get what we personally got... 14/04/2025: We were passing through Riano and were looking for a place to have dinner. We found this place that had great reviews and wanted to give it a try. First of all, it is a home restaurant. To welcome us at the entrance we found Mandolino, an attentive and friendly host. The restaurant consists of two dining rooms for about twenty people. We had 4 appetizers, consisting of cold cuts, crostini with janduia, sheep's ricotta with jam, Roman tripe (wonderful) and beans. First we had two carbonaras and two tagliolini with bacon and wild asparagus. As a second course, grilled chicken and three pork loins with wild fennel. Wine, water and coffee killer. In 4 €.90,00. Overall, a great place to eat. I recommend it.
