02/11/2025: The atmosphere was very nice, but when it came to service and food, which should be the foundation of a trattoria/restaurant, it wasn't good at all! The cooked chestnuts arrived literally burned, both inside and out, and the first courses were less than delicious. We had tagliolini with pumpkin, speck, and salted ricotta (the tagliolini were stuck together, they wouldn't come apart and seemed almost overcooked, the ricotta was just a dusting, the pumpkin had no flavor, more like a sauce, and the speck was nonexistent and of poor quality). There were 15 of us: for a central appetizer, two half portions of pasta, and a coffee, we spent €32 per person.

We had dinner for four: lasagna with Chianina beef sauce, steak with baked potatoes, roast lamb with potatoes, sliced ​​beef with arugula, balsamic vinegar, and potatoes, but the highlight was the Coppa condita and the puntarelle, a true masterpiece ❤️ We had a wonderful time; Daniela, Zoe, and Gaia are excellent hosts ❤️ A place where the stone speaks and the food soothes. Antica Osteria da Pietro is proof that when a beautiful location and heartfelt cuisine combine, the experience becomes unforgettable.

07/01/2026: We were four people for dinner. The waitress barely could speak English (which is fine, we are in Italy), but she could at least offer a smile because we felt like we were not welcome there. And we are fron Sweden, our demands for service are on lower end:) We went there for fish and after finally choosing what we wanted to order, she basically told us that half of fish menu is not available. While we were waiting for the menu, a gentleman (I assume manager because he was in a suit and definitely works there) decided that it is a good idea to sit not far from us and start to watch reels (tiktok or smth) on full loud volume. Like legit he did this and we barely could hear each other. The food was average at best. We ordered lots of seafood appetizers; tuna steak; pastas; lamb, risotto and desserts. Nothing was wow and pasta with white fish was the worst. Prices are on a higher end when it comes to food, but alcohol prices are okay.

15/02/2026: When we arrived for dinner, the restaurant gave the impression of being closed, as the lights inside were almost off from the outside. The interior was very unique and charming, with everything furnished with vintage TVs, furniture, bicycles, radios, etc. We had a classic ragù supplì to start, which had no flavor, and a bruschetta with buffalo mozzarella and sun-dried tomatoes, the latter delicious. Next, a pizza with buffalo mozzarella and sun-dried tomatoes (toasted). And a slice of beef (tasteless, served cold, and the meat was watery). Finally, for dessert, we had a Nutella cheesecake (which tasted like pure Philadelphia, almost inedible) and a Nutella tiramisu (this, too, wouldn't have been great if it weren't for the flavor of the Nutella). The service was friendly and good. The background music wasn't appropriate for the restaurant. Prices were moderately high.

21/02/2026: Probably the best wine bar and bistro in the area. A warm and welcoming atmosphere, professional staff, and truly excellent food, with many delicacies to share. I'm not a great wine expert, but it was one of the very few times I didn't feel like I was being ripped off while tasting a glass. A sign that the selection is made with care and honesty. Highly recommended. We'll definitely be back soon.

21/03/2026: Stopped by for some arrosticini. The staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. The arrosticini were very good! Their bruscetta, made with homemade bread, was also delicious. Well done!

08/03/2026: Saturday night, excellent food, great meat, service is a bit lacking (too many people), the atmosphere could be more stylish, top-notch courtesy... but here we are! Super good start considering they opened on December 25th.
