30/12/2024: Rinaldi never fails! Still as good as the first time we went almost ten years ago. Service still light-hearted, funny, warm and professional. Food still fresh, delicious and hearty. Sweet white wine recommendation was perfect for her and I enjoyed it, too. This time we enjoyed the fried oysters, pasta with truffles and shrimp, risotto with cream of scampi and a filet. Bread service with the parmesan wheel and complimentary limoncello and lemon biscotti cookies were nice touches and bookends to a delicious meal. Until next time... 👍🏼🙏🏼🇮🇹🥂❤️

29/12/2024: Ok. It’s nearly been a year since my family and I spent New Year’s Eve at this restaurant and I’ve now got over it enough to be able to post a review. There was a €200 per person minimum. The prices of the dishes were frankly outrageous (I’ll give you some pics of the menu so you can judge for yourself, I’ve also included the itemised receipt ). The wine was excellent, the food was average if I disregard the cost. If I factor the cost in then the food was poor. The ambience was… comical. There was a 90s portable stereo on a chair playing Gloria Gaynor on repeat. Whoever this restaurant is for, it doesn’t appear to be tourists/foreigners. And to be fair - why should it be? I don’t know how the restaurant could have communicated this to me, I understand it’s not really something easy to convey. However - I could have spent the money else where, let the restaurant cater to the clientele it wanted to cater to and all of us would most probably have been happier. By all means book this restaurant guys, but be aware of what you’re going into.

12/07/2024: We went for a wedding in this magical place surrounded by nature. Finally a wedding in an informal but still elegant location of its kind and well organized both in terms of space and service. A magical panorama accompanied every phase of the event, very good food without exaggeration and without the typical ostentation of a wedding, a really nice surprise!

08/07/2024: We moved and had our reception at U'Scertu. A special place that entered straight into our hearts not only for the goodness of the cuisine and the crazy place, but above all for the kindness and courtesy of all the staff. Splendid people of great generosity and hospitality. Fair costs and superlative cuisine, perfect for families or hikers who need a break.

13/08/2024: Everything was excellent, both starters and first and second courses! All cooked with care, but also with creativity and certainly great skills of those who know the job and have not improvised as chefs! The combinations of the dishes with the condiments are truly original and spot on. The staff is very friendly and professional, the environment is pleasant and clean. The music in the background accompanies but is not invasive. Exceptionally positive note on the oil they bring in the bottle: it's fabulous, I recommend trying it on pre-meal bread, it's truly amazing! Wanting to make a constructive criticism: in the paccheri with porcini mushrooms, perhaps there is a little too much oil, even if the sauce that is created at the bottom of the dish is delicious and absolutely needs to be "slipped", it weighs it down a little the dish, because in any case there is already sausage which is very tasty. We had a really good time and will definitely be back! Ah, there is also a small outdoor car park, without having to park your car who knows where! Super-comfortable!

07/11/2023: For those who come from abroad and have few opportunities to try home cooking it is an exceptional place, unfortunately not everything is always available and you have to make do hoping to make up for it on the next trip (I await the Christmas holidays with my mouth watering). The mixture of artichokes in various traditional recipes is excellent during the artichoke season. In summer it can get really hot and unbearable outside, I don't know if there is air conditioning inside.
