06/11/2025: A classic trattoria housed in a former stable, offering classic Roman and Lazio cuisine. The cheese and cold cuts platter was very good and fresh, and the first course (pappardelle with wild boar) was tasty and generous. I recommend it for a rustic lunch or dinner with friends.

21/10/2025: A few nights ago, I dined at Trattoria dei Cacciatori, a traditional family restaurant. We were greeted warmly and served with extreme efficiency and professionalism. The quality of the dishes is very high, and the meat is exceptional. I highly recommend it.

05/10/2025: We booked for 4, they reserved a table for us near the oven, we kindly asked if they could move us because it was too hot, they didn't accommodate us, raw pizza dough, we didn't digest it even the next day, I had other expectations.

23/09/2025: Here I am, editing my review after some time. I called a few days ago to book a table for a birthday party, but unfortunately it wasn't possible because they introduced two new rules: if you're part of a large table and you book for 7:30 PM, you have to leave at 9:15 PM, and the menu includes a meal prep. Otherwise, you arrive at 9:30 PM and can easily stay as long as you like... Let's just say I don't mind eating at 9:30 PM. Question: What if I go to a pizzeria with older guests and they eat a little earlier? Do I have to rush to eat and leave by 9:15 PM? And if the restaurant has a kitchen problem and dinner goes on past the agreed-upon time, can we eat the cake at the bus stop? I must be stupid, but I don't understand this method.

We dined at this restaurant and were thrilled: the freshest fish, dishes crafted with meticulous attention to detail, and a cuisine that showcases the flavors of the sea with balance and refinement. From appetizer to dessert, everything was perfect, with a special mention for the truly spectacular raw seafood. Impeccable service, friendly and welcoming staff, an elegant yet welcoming atmosphere, and a breathtaking view of the cyclopean walls illuminated at night. A memorable gastronomic experience, highly recommended for anyone seeking a high-quality seafood dinner in the heart of Ciociaria. We'll definitely be back!

31/10/2025: Excellent evening. The atmosphere is elegant but not overbearing, and conversation is possible even though the room is large. Suitable for groups of 4-6. Excellent food, both meat and fish. The staff is extremely friendly. The wine list is also good. Try it here.

21/09/2025: Unfortunately, the evening didn't go as we'd hoped. We couldn't try the restaurant's specialty pinsa because there was no tuna! The dishes arrived extremely slowly and were even mislaid. The kids ate last, and one of them ate his fried food after an hour and a half! How can you still take an order by heart and expect it not to cause a complete mess? An experience to forget.

01/11/2025: I've tried this place, eating both outside in the summer and inside...the atmosphere is welcoming and atmospheric in both settings. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and attentive in their service. The food is excellent: the pasta and meat dishes are delicious! Adequate prices. Reservations are recommended, especially on holidays.

12/10/2025: Beautiful winery/restaurant with outdoor seating in the square outside. Delicious food. I had fresh tagliatelle with fantastic porcini mushrooms. The only downside is that the kitchen was a bit slow, and we had to wait a long time. But for dishes this well-made, we were happy to wait.

03/11/2025: A good choice for a weekend family meal; the food is high-quality. We chose both meat and fish. I preferred the seasonal pasta dishes; the fried food was average. The grill is visible, and the meat is delicious. The large park surrounding the oasis allows children to play safely. I recommend visiting the sanctuary within the area, rich in history and art.

03/11/2025: Everything seemed beautiful... the place was great... but they didn't bring us bread... (they brought it to everyone) I asked the cashier why, and instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, she said, "Hey... you should have asked for it!" But I say, a little courtesy would be appreciated!!! P.S. Our stomachs weren't very good after lunch...!

31/10/2025: The most delicious pastas in all of italy. Try their Queen truffle carbonara and the Amartriciana. And they cater for gluten free. We were so impressed with the food and the waiters always greeted us with a contagious big smile. Wonderful food and service. Please go and support this local treasure in Rome ❤️❤️❤️❤️

15/11/2025: Reading these reviews, I asked myself 🤔🤔🤔 but have I been to the same place? We went on Friday with an all-you-can-eat menu for 29 euros and a 39 menu with the addition of tartare. There were 4 of us, and two of us didn't want the menu with tartare because they didn't like raw meat. They told us that all 4 of us could take the 29 menu or all 4 of us could take the 39 menu, and that's not good in my opinion. Why should I take something I don't like? And then the menu didn't change, only the addition of raw meat. Even though we accepted the 39 menu, the tartare was truly miserable. Then they forgot to bring bruschetta with Colonnata lard. Not to mention the miserable appetizers: a slice of salami each, a slice of mortadella divided between 4, and ham, etc. They forgot to mention that the price didn't include drinks, so from 39 euros per person we ended up at £51.50 per person. I read that they offered coffee, but we paid for it. We didn't see any first courses. What can I say? For a first time, it was very disappointing!!! The only positive thing was the kindness of the waiters, compliments to them. I hate writing this review, but it's right that people know, even if it's an odyssey to get there.

24/10/2025: I hadn't been to Sandy's in many years, maybe 15, and I found the place completely renovated, expanded, and with a modernized menu. Clean, and the staff were friendly and friendly. The appetizer was simple, but plentiful and good. I only tried the pizza, which was well-seasoned and light. The bill was reasonable. I would go back, even for takeout; it was a pleasant rediscovery. 21/10/2025: We visited this restaurant on Sunday, October 19th, for a graduation lunch with a group of 14. We chose a mixed antipasto and typical Roman dishes such as carbonara and gricia. The appetizer was a bit disappointing (especially the fried anchovies), and the first courses were average, but unfortunately, they arrived lukewarm. The restaurant, in the basement, was a bit cramped and very crowded. The waiter, very kind and friendly, apologized because some dishes, after taking the order at the table, were no longer available due to lack of ingredients. Understandable, but not entirely excusable. Overall, the experience was below expectations; you can find better in Rome, both in quality and organization.

13/11/2025: I had some bonus money appear on the website shown in the photo, and thought: why not go out for a nice dinner? The pasta pleasantly surprised me: simple but really tasty, almost like homemade, only better.

13/10/2025: Hmmm, it can improve and return to how it once was. As for the service, I was about to give it one star because one of the waiters was a bit sloppy, not wearing a uniform, and it seemed like he didn't enjoy serving. I've also worked in the restaurant business and was always smiling, even in the worst of times. The decor needs improving. The food is okay, but a little more character in the dishes wouldn't hurt. I'm confident it can improve. I still recommend going for the mussels and other delicacies.
