09/10/2025: Artisanal pizzeria. The pizza and the fried food are excellent too. Staff trained in the specific activity.

24/05/2025: So... I order the pizza for home delivery, it arrives burnt, so much so that when I cut it the black part crumbles on the good part. Leaving aside the fact that it was cold (which, well, it's thin, that's okay) I call the pizzeria mortified and apologizing they offer to send me another one. I thank them and think "damn, how cute!". And if the story ended here, everything would be fine. I receive another pizza. This time not burnt but really poor in terms of ingredients. I attach photos of the first pizza and then the second. The first was not generous, but at least there were whole slices of salami. The second had two or three slices of "shredded" salami lying around. I don't know, I was really disappointed :( Very good Ascolane olives though, and good quality of ingredients too... the few that were there.

15/09/2025: A unique experience in a very charming setting. Attention to raw materials, friendly staff, and helpful owners who are knowledgeable in describing the dishes.

14/09/2025: We've been away from San Michele for a few years, but it feels like nothing has changed! The atmosphere is unchanged, and the food is still the same: authentic, flavorful, and delicious. The staff is young, cheerful, and attentive to their customers... in a world that seems to be going backwards, here time seems to have stood still. The value for money is exceptional, and even though we dined after sunset, the view is truly breathtaking!

09/09/2025: A terrible delay, a very rude waitress and excessive prices. We went with a guide and we wasted all our free time, not eating but waiting for the food. I do not recommend it.

08/09/2025: We like to come for lunch when we are in the area, they have really tasty home cooked meals and healthy options. Expect classic Italian bistrot style dishes and a friendly atmosphere thanks to the owners who keep it light. Recommended!

28/07/2025: A must-try in any season, the authentic, excellent home-cooked cuisine. In summer, handmade fettuccine and grilled roasts reign supreme. In autumn and winter, the polenta reigns supreme, truly unsurpassed. Highly recommended, also for a lovely stroll through the village and the adjacent castle.

30/09/2025: Lovely place. Been around the world and this place slightly reminds me of the wildest places I have been to, but at the same time welcoming like home. The breakfast, all you need to start a good day, is fantastic and available until 10am. Rooms are simple clean, and quite large. I don't think you can ask for more, when looking for a easy going seaside experience on the shores where Odysseus got seduced by Circe, and where the land with its winds and sounds still is capable to bring you in a world far far away. It's quite easy to get the food and the fact that it doesn't run restaurant during every evening, but only near the weekends like on Fridays, is a great incentive to go explore outside the nearby towns. This place feels like family. Explore, and relax in the heart of the agricultural southern Lazio communities, and take your opportunity to reconnect with Nature. --- If only the municipality, the region the Italian State and Europe could invest more in this place redesigning the roads network by removing the "litoranea" and opting for a perpendicular approach by only-walkable paths (like others have done), with large parking far from the sea, protecting the dunes... , cleaning the beach and the swamp more and regulating fisherman terrible practices, the beach and these gifts we have been given would become a true paradise. -- Thanks for hosting us!

17/08/2025: A very nice restaurant with a beautiful view. The food is very good, and there are numerous dishes to choose from. I was also surprised and pleased that celiacs like me can choose between meat and pasta (with many variations) for both lunch and dinner. Finally, the restaurant can accommodate groups of more than ten people. If I were to return to Paliano, I would definitely return to Cantina Bellavista.

14/09/2025: First time ever eating here. The food is fabulous 👌! I got a sliced steak w/mushrooms... I have never tasted anything like it!!! It was delicious!!! Ron got a Calzone... Very good... we each got some vegetables that were grilled and then served cold with balsamic vinegar and oil... also very tasty... I got a canole... again very good... Ron got a beer and I had bottled water... Total cost: 66 Euros... Wish we lived closer... We even met the owner. Very friendly owner and staff... 5-Stars...

07/09/2025: Seeing the ad on Facebook, I wanted to try it, and... how wonderful it is to still find places like this in southern Rome! We had two delicious pizzas, one with amatriciana and one with onions and Roquefort! The Roman dough was truly good, and the toppings were extremely well-chosen and high-quality. Two beers, a chocolate panna cotta worthy of special mention, and a very good strawberry tiramisu. All for €59! What can I say about the attentive and meticulous service from the two professional and friendly managers! Thanks for the evening!
