05/10/2025: We only had breakfast here as part of our hotel stay and the high tea. Lovely restaurant and our servers each time were top notch.

06/09/2025: We had a wonderful experience, thank you so much. We went there spontaneous for my friends birthday. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming and very generous. My friend had a wonderful birthday evening thanks to you and I am very, very grateful for that. Thank you for everything. We will return in the future. Out of all evenings we spend in Italy, this was clearly our favourite. I can highly recommend this place.

12/10/2025: Definitely bad. They offer you an all-you-can-eat option, but they arrive with very little. The food is mediocre, with no dessert or coffee because they don't deliver on Sundays. Above all, it's incredibly slow, taking two and a half hours for lunch, as if it were Christmas Day. Absolutely not recommended.

11/11/2025: I loved the place and the food. We had dinner on the terrace because the weather was nice and everything was perfect. The best part of the meal was the lasagna and the tiramisu—a 10 out of 10!

21/10/2025: For a change, something other than pasta, the burgers are good. I arrived around 7 and was able to sit comfortably. The service was quick and easy. I ordered a smash burger, which was excellent. The only downside was the side: to avoid fries, I ordered chicken fingers... unfortunately, they were bad (not inedible). Next time, I'll get the traditional fries. If you're nearby and want a burger... 100% recommended.

22/09/2025: We asked to watch a football game in the bar. They gave us everything we needed: Power, Wifi and a great selection of (local) beers. Very friendly staff. And very nice place. Would absolutely recommend!

20/10/2025: Very friendly staff. The food was nothing special considering the prices. The mozzarella in carrozza was two small pieces of bread crust for €7. I didn't find any bacon in the Amatriciana supplì. The panzerotto was good.

18/10/2025: VERY RUDE STAFF I was with a friend. We came in at 7:30 PM, and a man behind the register (probably from the kitchen) told us to leave because they were closed, even though there was a line of people waiting to order in front of us. The place was small, very cramped, and not very welcoming. I can't even say anything about the supplì because I didn't even see them. You're in the historic center of Rome, so at least being polite to customers is a must.

17/10/2025: Everything was good, with a choice between a pizzeria and a trattoria, the latter a bit pricey. It doesn't have a fixed-price menu.

21/10/2025: We visited this restaurant on Sunday, October 19th, for a graduation lunch with a group of 14. We chose a mixed antipasto and typical Roman dishes such as carbonara and gricia. The appetizer was a bit disappointing (especially the fried anchovies), and the first courses were average, but unfortunately, they arrived lukewarm. The restaurant, in the basement, was a bit cramped and very crowded. The waiter, very kind and friendly, apologized because some dishes, after taking the order at the table, were no longer available due to lack of ingredients. Understandable, but not entirely excusable. Overall, the experience was below expectations; you can find better in Rome, both in quality and organization.

21/10/2025: Pretty good food, very good service. Prices were fair. Would recommend.

03/11/2025: A good choice for a weekend family meal; the food is high-quality. We chose both meat and fish. I preferred the seasonal pasta dishes; the fried food was average. The grill is visible, and the meat is delicious. The large park surrounding the oasis allows children to play safely. I recommend visiting the sanctuary within the area, rich in history and art.

03/11/2025: Everything seemed beautiful... the place was great... but they didn't bring us bread... (they brought it to everyone) I asked the cashier why, and instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, she said, "Hey... you should have asked for it!" But I say, a little courtesy would be appreciated!!! P.S. Our stomachs weren't very good after lunch...!

28/10/2025: Everything was delicious, including the appetizers and pizza. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the location was lovely and welcoming. There are several rooms available for parties, birthdays, and other special occasions. Highly recommended.

24/10/2025: Well, what can I say? Eating at Capocavallo is a sensory journey. The food is near perfection; the ingredients, expertly prepared, are top-quality; and everything is further enhanced by the delightful staff. Martina deserves a special mention, as her hilarious stories will make your evening a pleasant one.

09/11/2025: The welcome and courtesy were excellent, and the dishes were well-served and truly tasty. Unfortunately, as is often the case these days, some customers behave inappropriately in an environment where the focus should be solely on the taste of the food.

18/11/2025: Tried it again after about 2 years, I have to say that honestly I'm not crazy about it, for the cost €6 and the coat of arms I definitely expect something more. In my humble opinion, the thing that I find a bit unbalanced is the balance between the fillet, which is not bad, and the batter, which in my opinion is too thick, you can taste too much of the batter and too little of the fillet.

18/11/2025: This is not your touristy stop, unless, like me, you love baccalà. Here, it's salty juice stockfish, deep fried in a crumbly crispy exterior, and, if you do it well, eaten with the ever-so-Roman puntarelle. It's a hole in the wall place; barely room for a handful of people to stand, although there are maybe two small tables, if you can nab one. Otherwise, eat the well-oiled deliciousness while standing outside, watching kids kick a soccer ball around, as tourists file across the piazza toward the narrowest church in Rome (or maybe anywhere), Santa Barbara. All in all, a delightful experience -- but you really have to love baccalà. I most certainly do, so I keep coming back!

22/10/2025: Excellent and plentiful appetizer. The zucchini flower calzone was delicious and the dough was very light. The pizzas were amazing, they leaped off the plate. Wonderful, both the pizza and the calzone had mozzarella, the real thing!
