We even got some snacks and a complimentary Aperol Spritz, which was such a nice touch. Highly recommend — we’ll definitely be back! 🍹😊

31/10/2025: The most delicious pastas in all of italy. Try their Queen truffle carbonara and the Amartriciana. And they cater for gluten free. We were so impressed with the food and the waiters always greeted us with a contagious big smile. Wonderful food and service. Please go and support this local treasure in Rome ❤️❤️❤️❤️

21/10/2025: We visited this restaurant on Sunday, October 19th, for a graduation lunch with a group of 14. We chose a mixed antipasto and typical Roman dishes such as carbonara and gricia. The appetizer was a bit disappointing (especially the fried anchovies), and the first courses were average, but unfortunately, they arrived lukewarm. The restaurant, in the basement, was a bit cramped and very crowded. The waiter, very kind and friendly, apologized because some dishes, after taking the order at the table, were no longer available due to lack of ingredients. Understandable, but not entirely excusable. Overall, the experience was below expectations; you can find better in Rome, both in quality and organization.

18/10/2025: Those who read my reviews know very well that I share exactly what I experience firsthand (without making concessions, as they say). Well, PIZZA CAPITALE was a real surprise. I consider places that serve food quite ordinary these days. Pizza Capitale is special. The extreme courtesy with which you are welcomed (by Eleonora, whose name a colleague told me towards the end of the evening) is truly kind and professional. And all the staff: they make you feel unique, important. A small misunderstanding, without any complaints on our part (there were three of us), produced a second pizza for free (even though I had already finished mine). Everyone was courteous in a lovely setting. After an experience like this, how can I speak about the quality of the food, which in my opinion, is very good, but it definitely takes a back seat (many can make a good pizza, but valuing the customer who is destined to eat it is, believe me, a very rare thing). In other words, even though I live very far away, on my business trips to the capital, I will always have to return.

31/08/2025: There were three of us inside; the wait staff was kind and welcoming. Unfortunately, we ended up at a table where we were back-to-back with others, a bit cramped. We ordered mozzarella balls and Ascolana olives, which were delicious, followed by zucchini flowers and a cod fillet, a bit industrial but good. Next, a buffalo pizza, a margherita, and a Bismark pintxo with mixed vegetables. After about 50 minutes, the sandwich arrived, forcing me to eat alone. After another 10 minutes, the pizzas arrived. Unfortunately, we didn't like the pizzas; the tomato was raw and the mozzarella was unevenly distributed, but the dough was good, light, and crispy. The pintxo was good, well-filled, although the egg inside arrived broken, dripping all over the plate. The vegetables were bland and lacking in salt (maybe I should have ordered the condiments separately), the eggplant was mushy and poorly grilled, but the peppers and zucchini were good. Maybe we just had the wrong night, but it's hard to believe all these mistakes; it almost seemed like there was no chef/pizza chef.

15/11/2025: Reading these reviews, I asked myself 🤔🤔🤔 but have I been to the same place? We went on Friday with an all-you-can-eat menu for 29 euros and a 39 menu with the addition of tartare. There were 4 of us, and two of us didn't want the menu with tartare because they didn't like raw meat. They told us that all 4 of us could take the 29 menu or all 4 of us could take the 39 menu, and that's not good in my opinion. Why should I take something I don't like? And then the menu didn't change, only the addition of raw meat. Even though we accepted the 39 menu, the tartare was truly miserable. Then they forgot to bring bruschetta with Colonnata lard. Not to mention the miserable appetizers: a slice of salami each, a slice of mortadella divided between 4, and ham, etc. They forgot to mention that the price didn't include drinks, so from 39 euros per person we ended up at £51.50 per person. I read that they offered coffee, but we paid for it. We didn't see any first courses. What can I say? For a first time, it was very disappointing!!! The only positive thing was the kindness of the waiters, compliments to them. I hate writing this review, but it's right that people know, even if it's an odyssey to get there.

13/11/2025: I had some bonus money appear on the website shown in the photo, and thought: why not go out for a nice dinner? The pasta pleasantly surprised me: simple but really tasty, almost like homemade, only better.

12/11/2025: I'll start by saying I was dining out on a business trip during the week. The staff were more than welcoming, capable of conveying the city's warmth and hospitality in a small way. The quality and price were more than balanced, highly recommended. I chose to come to Rome for places like this. In their simplicity, they conveyed tradition, dedication, and hospitality. I will definitely carry a fond memory of Rome with me, thanks in part to this impromptu dinner on a Wednesday evening. (Obviously, a bittersweet offering, which you can't even see from afar in Milan.)

29/09/2025: I used to go there often until a couple of years ago. It's gotten significantly worse. Terrible fish. Small portions. Average prices. I won't be going back.

03/11/2025: Everything seemed beautiful... the place was great... but they didn't bring us bread... (they brought it to everyone) I asked the cashier why, and instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, she said, "Hey... you should have asked for it!" But I say, a little courtesy would be appreciated!!! P.S. Our stomachs weren't very good after lunch...!

03/11/2025: A good choice for a weekend family meal; the food is high-quality. We chose both meat and fish. I preferred the seasonal pasta dishes; the fried food was average. The grill is visible, and the meat is delicious. The large park surrounding the oasis allows children to play safely. I recommend visiting the sanctuary within the area, rich in history and art.

18/11/2025: This is not your touristy stop, unless, like me, you love baccalà. Here, it's salty juice stockfish, deep fried in a crumbly crispy exterior, and, if you do it well, eaten with the ever-so-Roman puntarelle. It's a hole in the wall place; barely room for a handful of people to stand, although there are maybe two small tables, if you can nab one. Otherwise, eat the well-oiled deliciousness while standing outside, watching kids kick a soccer ball around, as tourists file across the piazza toward the narrowest church in Rome (or maybe anywhere), Santa Barbara. All in all, a delightful experience -- but you really have to love baccalà. I most certainly do, so I keep coming back!

18/11/2025: Tried it again after about 2 years, I have to say that honestly I'm not crazy about it, for the cost €6 and the coat of arms I definitely expect something more. In my humble opinion, the thing that I find a bit unbalanced is the balance between the fillet, which is not bad, and the batter, which in my opinion is too thick, you can taste too much of the batter and too little of the fillet.

26/10/2025: The ultimate lunch saver 😄 Sometimes my kids get home from school and ask to bring a friend over for lunch... A quick call to the local bakery solves the problem, and it's definitely delicious! We love pizza; they've never disappointed us. 🤩 I also get pizza there for the kids' birthday parties; it's super good and reasonably priced.

06/11/2025: We had excellent carbonara and amatriciana. The staff was friendly and attentive. It was cold in the restaurant; I don't understand why the air conditioning was on.

14/10/2025: In May, we celebrated our daughter Francesca's first birthday and everything was perfect! We had a wonderful time; Neville and Fernando were incredibly kind and helpful. Our guests were impressed by the location, surrounded by greenery, and the decorations were more than we'd initially agreed upon (they even gave us a free column of balloons). The value for money was extraordinary!

13/10/2025: The food was excellent, and the venue was also very well-maintained and beautifully decorated. I recommend it for a baptism, birthday, or, like me yesterday, baby shower.

12/10/2025: Definitely bad. They offer you an all-you-can-eat option, but they arrive with very little. The food is mediocre, with no dessert or coffee because they don't deliver on Sundays. Above all, it's incredibly slow, taking two and a half hours for lunch, as if it were Christmas Day. Absolutely not recommended.

13/10/2025: A wonderful discovery in Veroli! A trip with friends from Rome was made even better thanks to the location. A beautiful, peaceful spot surrounded by greenery, excellent food, and always friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended for a relaxing day of good food!

17/09/2025: De Vita Beata Agriturismo Agriturismo in Veroli, a truly unique place surrounded by nature. We ate outside, and in the heat, I assure you, it was exceptional, very well-prepared and elegant, with the right atmosphere. The first and second courses are the highlights. I personally had the pappardella with truly excellent game ragù and the mutton garofolato that tasted like stew—spectacular! We didn't order an appetizer, but instead went straight to the first and second courses. Everything was excellent. We were very satisfied! The wines were also excellent, and if I may recommend, to finish the meal, the homemade Genziana—not commercial, but with a home-made flavor. In conclusion, first and second courses with sweeter side dishes, two bottles of wine, water, cola, coffee, and several rounds of Genziana, €40 per person. Obviously, you can spend less, but if you eat well, those extra €10 are well spent. When you need it, you need it! Highly recommended, guys!
