17/10/2025: The restaurant is located in the historic center, where you can experience a classic "slow life" atmosphere. The staff is polite and friendly, and as for the food, the pinsa with its classic Roman flavors is truly exquisite. For years now, it's been my go-to stop on every trip; I highly recommend it!

17/10/2025: On our way to Pisa, at the suggestion of friends, we decided to stop in Orte, where they recommended we try their magnificent pinsa. We sat outside, surrounded by a family-friendly and authentic atmosphere. We ordered three pinsa to share among four: one Gricia, one Bufalina, and one half Carbonara and half Provola and Pancetta. Flavorful, to say the least!! The pinsa dough was crispy and flaky, the sauce was creamy and rich. Highly recommended! We'll be back whenever we're in the area.

27/09/2025: Discovered this place by chance thanks to the positive reviews. An excellent aperitivo with high-quality ingredients. The gentlemen who work there are kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. You can see their passion for wine. We'll definitely be back. And yes, we are back.

04/10/2025: Close to the highway exit, the exterior is extremely well-maintained and an excellent location for events. Ample and nearby parking is available. However, the hotel isn't as stunning as the photos; we didn't find it spotlessly clean, and room 116 definitely needs updating. The mosquito net is broken, the window doesn't close properly, the walls are chipped in several places, and the bathroom smells slightly like sewer. These are all things that could be improved. Breakfast was a bit sparse, but the products were excellent. We had dinner at the restaurant with a set menu for €25 per person, and it was enjoyable. The owners were helpful, which is a real shame because it has great potential, but it's a two-star hotel, no more.

15/11/2025: Reading these reviews, I asked myself 🤔🤔🤔 but have I been to the same place? We went on Friday with an all-you-can-eat menu for 29 euros and a 39 menu with the addition of tartare. There were 4 of us, and two of us didn't want the menu with tartare because they didn't like raw meat. They told us that all 4 of us could take the 29 menu or all 4 of us could take the 39 menu, and that's not good in my opinion. Why should I take something I don't like? And then the menu didn't change, only the addition of raw meat. Even though we accepted the 39 menu, the tartare was truly miserable. Then they forgot to bring bruschetta with Colonnata lard. Not to mention the miserable appetizers: a slice of salami each, a slice of mortadella divided between 4, and ham, etc. They forgot to mention that the price didn't include drinks, so from 39 euros per person we ended up at £51.50 per person. I read that they offered coffee, but we paid for it. We didn't see any first courses. What can I say? For a first time, it was very disappointing!!! The only positive thing was the kindness of the waiters, compliments to them. I hate writing this review, but it's right that people know, even if it's an odyssey to get there.

16/11/2025: Is it a racist restaurant? I ordered a pasta tonight and it was delicious. But the waiter missed my order again and again. My table was the only one without water (I ordered it as well). Then he refused to checkout at table for me and asked me to go to the counter, but I saw they did it for other customers. Although I really liked the food, I didn’t feel respected. It was a terrible experience.

15/11/2025: Great restaurant, not too expensive, the service is efficient, the waiters are friendly, and the language barrier isn't an issue; our waitress spoke French. Go without hesitation!

24/10/2025: I hadn't been to Sandy's in many years, maybe 15, and I found the place completely renovated, expanded, and with a modernized menu. Clean, and the staff were friendly and friendly. The appetizer was simple, but plentiful and good. I only tried the pizza, which was well-seasoned and light. The bill was reasonable. I would go back, even for takeout; it was a pleasant rediscovery. 05/11/2025: A real surprise in the heart of Alatri, right next to the ancient megalithic walls! We dined at this restaurant and were thrilled: the freshest fish, dishes crafted with meticulous attention to detail, and a cuisine that showcases the flavors of the sea with balance and refinement. From appetizer to dessert, everything was perfect, with a special mention for the truly spectacular raw seafood. Impeccable service, friendly and welcoming staff, an elegant yet welcoming atmosphere, and a breathtaking view of the cyclopean walls illuminated at night. A memorable gastronomic experience, highly recommended for anyone seeking a high-quality seafood dinner in the heart of Ciociaria. We'll definitely be back!

31/10/2025: Excellent evening. The atmosphere is elegant but not overbearing, and conversation is possible even though the room is large. Suitable for groups of 4-6. Excellent food, both meat and fish. The staff is extremely friendly. The wine list is also good. Try it here.

02/11/2025: Great experience! We are trying to eat at all of the Michelin star restaurants in Rome and this one is not to be missed. Very approachable, without being too casual. The chef/owner creates some very unique dishes. The tasting menu was fantastic and quite filling with all of the accompaniments. While this is not a vegetarian restaurant they do offer a vegetarian tasting menu as an option. The service was immediate without being rushed. The wine list was phenomenal. fantastico!

18/10/2025: An unforgettable evening at the Glass Hostaria in Trastevere! The service was first-class, attentive, and warm without being intrusive. The decor and atmosphere—modern, elegant, and perfectly coordinated—immediately create a special ambiance. A highlight was that Christina, the chef, personally came to our table and greeted us—a wonderful gesture that made the evening even more special. We opted for the vegetarian tasting menu, which impressed us with its creativity, balance, and flavor in every course. The eggplant was simply perfect—we've never tasted anything better! We would also like to particularly emphasize the consideration given to my wife's gluten intolerance: The menu was customized and lovingly adapted—everything was delicious. A big thank you to the entire team and to Christina for this exceptional evening. Highly recommended—a culinary experience of the highest caliber!

09/11/2025: The cocktail was very, very good, the focaccia with ham and cheese was excellent, the one with pumpkin and chanterelles was good but too heavy. The waiter almost took our plates away from us because we were so rushed.

01/12/2025: This restaurant was a pleasant discovery for us on a Sunday lunch. The veranda overlooks the picturesque port of San Felice Circeo, so weather permitting, you can enjoy their dishes in the sun or in the cool air, depending on the season! The wait staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and friendly with guests... the atmosphere is informal but very refined. My only complaint: the table settings are too minimal; I would add a placemat. The wine list is well-balanced, with many nice options under €30. Otherwise, the dishes are tasty, delicious, and portioned appropriately. Overall, a place that makes you want to return and try other dishes.
