We had a wonderful stay at this hotel thru our Trafalgar tour company! So glad we added extra days. Rooms were large and loved the kettle! Airport shuttle was convenient as well as the shuttle into the heart of Rome. Andrea and Valentina in the gift shop were super at communicating thru WhatsApp which allowed us the make contact when we weren’t sure what to do!! They were super helpful and patient with all our questions. Highly recommend this hotel!

The grumpy lifeguard at the outdoor pool should be replaced, and the fact that children can't jump into the pool is a disaster.

Maybe I am biased but I love everything about this hotel. The customer service, the food, the ambiance. It is a beautiful hotel and looks much more expensive than it is.

We really enjoyed the stay at the hotel. I was a little disappointed about the location at first, but it all worked out well. The food was good and so was the service. We took a Taxi Tour which worked out really well.

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza St. Peter's in Rome and booked two connecting rooms for our family. We had a wonderful experience and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. When we weren't out exploring the incredible city of Rome and enjoying all the amazing food, we spent time relaxing by the pool. The pool area was a great place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. A special thank you to Danilo, the pool bartender, who did an outstanding job throughout our stay. He was friendly, attentive, and accommodating, and his excellent service made our vacation even more enjoyable. The hotel is in a great location and is an excellent choice for families visiting Rome. The only suggestion I would make is to consider replacing the pillows with larger, more supportive options to improve sleeping comfort. I would also recommend extending food service at the pool bar beyond 3 PM when the pool area is busy and guests are still looking for food. Additionally, during periods of high occupancy when many guests are enjoying the pool, it may be beneficial to extend the pool hours beyond the current 6 PM closing time, perhaps until 8 PM. Other than that, everything was fantastic. We had a great time and will definitely stay here again when we return to Rome.
