10/12/2025: A casual but pleasant place. The food is decent, but people come here primarily to choose an excellent bottle of wine from the extensive list. The spirits are also very interesting. A word of advice...remove any empty bottles from the list that can no longer be refilled.

08/01/2026: It used to be "MARIA'S EGG PASTA." We got cannelloni filled with an anonymous mixture and broth stamps filled with the same substance! I can assure you that out of 18 cannelloni and a kilo of stamps, the first ones, inedible, ended up in the bin!! Now the goods come from their laboratory and not made like they used to in their shop like Mrs. Maria used to do!!!! When food becomes industrialized, it loses everything!! I FORGOT......... EVERYTHING WAS FOR CHRISTMAS EVE DINNER AND FOR CHRISTMAS!!!!

05/10/2025: 5* for encouragement because I saw a lot of effort from these guys. I found the gazpacho and diaphragm excellent, the bao and the picanha appetizer (the tartare was better than the strips) were a bit subdued. The desserts, especially the brioche, were dry and the ricotta a bit too cold. Excellent service.

02/12/2025: We just had lunch here during a business trip: a beautiful location surrounded by greenery and a well-kept facility, the food is truly excellent. The pork fillet cooked in Sangiovese is sublime! The ravioli with fresh walnuts are excellent. The portions are not large because this is a cuisine where you enjoy yourself. Not suitable for those looking for a budget price and generous dishes. The large fireplace in the dining room is welcoming and enveloping. Truly everything is perfect.

22/02/2026: We went to this place recommended by acquaintances. We went in winter, and they had both a veranda (very nice) and an indoor dining room; we were seated in the indoor dining room. We opted for a variety of appetizers (also to accommodate the diverse tastes of our guests): baby octopus, sautéed clams and mussels, battered vegetables, and Calabrian cold cuts. I must say they were all good, the only complaint being that the sautéed dish was almost entirely mussels and just a few clams (I would have expected a few more clams, a more balanced mix, but never mind). For our first courses, we opted for cacio e pepe, tagliatelle with meat sauce, two seafood pasta dishes, Calabrian-style inferrettata, and seafood risotto. As for the first courses, with the exception of the tagliatelle and a bit of cacio e pepe, the rest was disappointing. The risotto, which I was counting on, was completely tasteless; the rice didn't really pair with the seafood flavors; they seemed like two separate things, and the seafood ingredients themselves were also tasteless. Since we didn't know what the Calabrian-style inferrettata was, we asked the waiter for details. When we specifically asked if peppers were among the ingredients, we were told no, but they were. Furthermore, the vegetables and sauce didn't pair well. The seafood pasta dishes, besides being flawed (we'd ordered spaghetti and scialatiello, but we received two plates of spaghetti), were overflowing with sauce (too much for my taste) and the seafood was overcooked. In short, we weren't entirely satisfied with the first courses, except for the two mentioned above. Desserts: Delicious lemon delight and tiramisu (we were told it was tiramisu cake, but it was actually individual tiramisu portions). We then had a Ribolla Gialla to accompany it, which was decent. In short, I have to say that overall I'm disappointed with this place. The appetizers and desserts were good, but the entrees were lacking in quality.

18/03/2026: Today we had a very unpleasant experience at your bar in Rome. One of the drinks we ordered was included in our bill even though it was never served to our table. When we went to the cashier to pay, the female staff member at the register insisted that the drink had been delivered to our table. We calmly explained several times that it had not been served. The bartender said that he had prepared the drink but was not sure whether it had actually been delivered. Despite this, the cashier kept insisting—quite rudely and stubbornly—that it had been sent to our table. Her attitude was dismissive and unnecessarily confrontational. Instead of listening, she spoke to us in a condescending tone and almost scolded us, repeatedly insisting that she was right. As customers, it felt as if we were being accused of lying, which was very uncomfortable. At some point, the cashier explained the situation in Italian to another staff member who appeared to be a manager or supervisor. However, that person did not even come over to speak with us or try to understand what had happened. Eventually the bartender tried to de-escalate the situation and was much more reasonable, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the cashier continued with the same rude and stubborn attitude and did not offer any apology. When we asked for her name, she refused to give it. As business owners ourselves, we understand that mistakes can happen. However, the way this situation was handled — with denial, rudeness, and no willingness to listen — was truly disappointing. We hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the level of customer service. A simple acknowledgment of the mistake and a willingness to listen would have completely resolved this issue.

31/03/2026: Unfortunately, I confirm this. We too had this certain Pasquale, who proves the falsity. You might have a bad day, but he's often very false. If a worker stays at the table talking to a customer for even a minute longer, FORGET IT. They often get reprimanded by the guy. Even people whose names I can't reveal so as not to cause him problems have heard it. I confirm the other negative reviews about the guy. I REALLY HAVE A DIFFICULTY calling him "sir."

30/03/2026: Looking for a no-frills Roman pizza with few rivals? Your search may end here; sit down, grab at least 10 arrosticini as an appetizer (each per person if you're not hungry) instead of the soulless fried food at the classic pizzeria, and go all out with the pizzas. The Roman pizzas are very easy to digest, so consider a second one each, and don't be so bourgeois... You'll see, whether it's after the stadium or for a dinner with friends, you'll thank them and be back soon; but don't spread the word too much, as I'm already struggling to find a table.

04/03/2026: Amazing service and the most incredible tasting menu with wine pairing. Every time I am in Rome I go there at least once and Rome has so many great places to eat this is a must do. They also have great olive oil and wine shop right in the restaurant surrounding you.
