22/12/2024: Welcoming place, the owner Gianfranco is too nice but his employees are no exception either.......the food is excellent, the supplì made on the spot by them are delicious, the pizza is excellent and digestible and the desserts are also delicious. We had a really nice evening and their kindness was unbeatable. We will definitely be back to try other delicacies.

10/11/2024: Serata super piacevole grazie ai padroni di casa molto gentili e ospitali. Supplì e arancini sublimi, hamburger strepitosi e per finire un pasticciotto con crema e amarena veramente buono tutto ciò tra uno shortino di gin e rhum!!!

05/01/2025: 6 of us arrived for dinner with a wrong reservation (I had booked online, but in two weeks!). However, we were welcomed with kindness and professionalism by all the staff. Very welcoming, informal and characteristic place. Excellent traditional Roman dishes, carefully prepared and well presented. Excellent quality/price ratio. We will definitely be back to enjoy a pizza, which wasn't on our menu today but, just seeing it pass by, made our mouths water!

26/07/2024: We were looking for where to have a prosseco and we discovered this place with a wonderful charm. We let ourselves be recommended by the waiter and he gave us a delicious red wine in addition to the prosecco. We didn't finally order the food but it all looked delicious.

01/01/2025: Once we arrived at the restaurant they made us sit at a table for 4, an area we liked. We order and after about 15/20 minutes, while the waiter was bringing us what we had ordered, we hear one of his colleagues ordering a third person to move us to another table to make room for 10 people who were due to arrive. Imagine the scene in which the waiter placed the pizzas on the new table and we had to move jackets and everything we had used in the old arrangement. Beyond the rude service, what should be highlighted is the arrogance with which we weren't even asked whether we were okay with it or not, in full view of other customers who were left speechless. Furthermore, the new seat assigned is next to the door that leads to the outside (area where they have other outdoor tables). Despite everything, it is possible for the waiter to carry out his work by entering and exiting that door, on the contrary, there is no possibility of the situation in which the various waiters talk to each other with one foot in and one foot out, causing a lot of cold to enter the our table. We are cold and angry. We won't talk about the quality of the dishes because it has taken a back seat in all of this. We expect that, perhaps, we will be given a discount for the inconvenience they have created. Instead, once we arrive at the checkout, with the waiter who had caused this inconvenience, we are given the receipt without discounts. In general, even when greeting the staff, the staff was not very polite and attentive to the customer. We will definitely not go back again and we hope it doesn't happen again to other future customers.

16/09/2024: Super è il titolo che ho scelto per recensire questo ristorante: Il cibo, il servizio, il proprietario! Una tappa qui è d'obbligo quando si visita Posta Fibreno e la sua meravigliosa riserva naturale. L'atmosfera è davvero accogliente, sala curata, personale cortese e buona musica si uniscono ai sapori del territorio in un connubio perfetto. Tutti i piatti proposti uniscono la tradizione all'alta qualità delle materie prime, ed il risultato non può che rasentare la perfezione. Proposta anche vegetariana e Senza Glutine per alcuni primi piatti. Gli gnocchi all'ortica, i tagliolini ai gamberi di fiume, fettuccine funghi porcini e tartufo fresco sono il top fra i primi. La trota, il baccalà fritto e lo spezzatino allo zafferano per me i migliori secondi. Quindi straconsigliato! Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccellente.
