A very pleasant and central location, also ideal for lunch near Piazza Barberini. Traditional Italian dishes are well-presented and overall enjoyable.
The value for money could be improved, however: some items seem a bit high compared to the overall experience. Also noteworthy is the extra bread and the 10% service charge.
The wine list is quite pricey for the selection offered. Service is adequate, with a more international than typically Italian feel.

I ate at Clavdia last night. I had an amatriciana, and what can I say? It was just pasta with sauce and bacon on top. Very disappointing for a traditional Roman meal.
The meat was good, except for the cooking, which was rare.
The dessert was acceptable.
In short, if you want good traditional food, I'm sorry, but it's not the right place.
Moreover, they were in a hurry to close at 10:00 PM, and they made us leave on a Sunday evening.

The food was really good, more expensive than other places, but worth it. Was greeted by a half-cool service, and when the waiter came and took my plate right after I finished, he asked if I wanted dessert, I said no, he went in with the plate and came straight out with the bill. Goodbye to me. It was obviously not where I was going to buy a cup of coffee and sit and enjoy myself. If you want good, quick food, it's a go, but if you want a good atmosphere and polite service, find somewhere else.

We were lucky enough to have this restaurant right next to our apartment when we were on a 4 day friends trip to Rome. We ate here 2 nights and both the pizza and pasta dishes we ate were very good. Very good service. Recommended.
