We chose Gialloimmaginavo for the launch of our book "Come una pianta di Tillandsia" (Like a Tillandsia Plant), and we couldn't have asked for more! They supported us completely, from the technical organization to the promotion of the event. Nicola and Luigi were incredibly kind and helpful. 16/04/2026: We visited the restaurant last week. It was a pleasure. No menu, sit back and enjoy the Roman dishes. Exquisite service and attention. The restaurant is located in a cave dating back to 300 BC. It is an experience in itself. We will be back.
05/04/2026: Dinner for two in a tuff cave dating back to 300 BC, a very evocative, warm, and relaxing location. Ms. Paola welcomed us with love and kindness. Dinner is based on a fixed-course menu. Everything was excellent, made with quality ingredients. We had a wonderful evening. Highly recommended.
