Raro In Frascati

Very nice and characteristic environment, delicious food, the crispy pinsa and heavenly fried food.

The restaurant is located a little away from the center and this, for me, is an advantage as it is easier to reach, as well as convenient for the internal parking. Inside it is really very nice, welcoming, tastefully furnished with different styles. The first internal room is spectacular, worth trying in winter for the fireplace. Upstairs there is a second equally welcoming room and, in summer, you can eat outside on the large terrace or at the tables on the small terrace. The dining room staff is kind and (which is very rare lately) professional: I really appreciated the fact that there weren't the usual kids paid in bus tickets but friendly and very knowledgeable waiters. We tried an excellent ham and the trio of tartare as a starter, to move directly on to a spectacular Florentine steak which we divided into three, with side dishes of vegetables and baked potatoes: all very good, meat definitely worth trying. The homemade desserts are also good, excellent wine list. High quality, reasonable prices but there is also Roman pinsa if you want to spend less. Great discovery in Frascati, we will definitely be back.

First of all you are struck by the refined and particular environment, if you appreciate the bohemian style you are definitely impressed. Extremely kind, knowledgeable and attentive staff and following their advice I tried some truly excellent ravioli stuffed with cheese and pepper covered with truffles. Overall, an excellent dinner, from appetizer to dessert, paying exactly what I would have expected, with the addition of bitters/coffee at the bar (beautiful) upon leaving the restaurant. As the only note, I would have appreciated the slightly more generous portions of mini tartare starters, otherwise everything is free from criticism.

Raro,di nome e di fatto. Ristorante molto bello,5 sale di cui 1 terrazza meravigliosa. Ambientato neglj anni 20 arredi definiti in tutto ,atmosfera calda ,accogliente cn sottofondo musicale soft..mto gradevole.Atmosfera rilassante ,familiare,elgante..insomma per tutti. Per antipasto: un tortino dal ❤ caldo,sublime. Primi : il tagliolino...che dire..buonissimo . Secondo una tagliata cottura media con contorno di cicoria , e un filetto di maiale...buonissime! Per dolce una mousse di cioccolato bianco. Ho ancora l acquolina in bocca. Mi è piaciuto tutto,il posto,il luogo,il.personale gentilissimo..specialmente la Sig.na Martina...vera professionista e tutto il resto dello staff. Devo fare complimenti al cuoco...tutto ottimo ,per palati raffinati come il mio.Consiglio vivamente questo ristorante per la location, parcheggio interno ,e...poi il resto a sorpresa.Voto: 110.Ritornerò cn amici ,famiglia ,e perché no..anche da sola xche' so che mj coccoleranno. Chi mi segue sa che sono diretta e vera nel bene e nel male,e vi dico che qui merita. I went to Raro a few evenings ago for a birthday. I've never been there before and I honestly can't wait to have the opportunity to go back. Excellent service, excellent pinsa, not chewy or soggy, but fragrant and well seasoned. Delicious fried food and excellent cocktails. Honorable mention for the environment: refined, refined, pleasant in every detail and makes you want to return just to appreciate a new corner again. PS. I recommend a stop in the bathroom on the lower floor because it is something spectacular never seen before!

Provato in passato solo per aperitivo, sono tornato in occasione di una cena di lavoro. Le aspettative sono state ampiamente appagate. Si potrebbe fare qualcosa di più sulla carta dei vini, per il resto tutto molto buono, ambiente, servizio e qualità del cibo.

Siamo stati a pranzo ieri , che dire tutto perfetto dall’ atmosfera al servizio alla qualità del cibo , in una location sensazionale !!! Ci ritorneremo sicuramente essendo diventato il nostro locale preferito in quel di Frascati 🔝🔝🔝
