A pizzeria from another era. Excellent food quality and truly excellent value. Recommended for anyone looking for quality pizza and fried foods.

My partner and I had dinner at this restaurant and were truly satisfied. The gricia is exceptional, among the best we've ever had. All the dishes are homemade with top-quality ingredients. The pizzas are also truly worth it. The service is friendly and attentive, but the real plus is Lorenzo, the owner: friendly, helpful, and able to make you feel right at home. We absolutely must return to try other dishes! Highly recommended!

I discovered this place through reviews, and I can confirm what almost all the others said. The atmosphere is very family-friendly, the staff are very friendly, and the food is excellent, both the pasta and pizza, with a reasonable final bill. If I have the chance, I'll definitely be back. I visited Allegra Brigata, and overall the experience was positive, although there were a few areas that could be improved. The food was good, and you could sense the attention paid to the preparation of the dishes. I really enjoyed the fried foods; they were truly tasty, well-made, and a pleasure to eat. I also liked the pizzas: they're super thin, so they might not be to everyone's taste, but I personally found them tasty and light. A small note about the carbonara: unfortunately, it wasn't the original carbonara you'd expect. In my opinion, it was closer to a gricia, probably in flavor and texture, but the dish wasn't unpleasant. The only real negative was the wait. Unfortunately, dinner lasted too long: it took us over an hour and a half to dine, which is excessive and somewhat detracted from the overall experience. All in all, Allegra Brigata is a place where you can eat well, with very good fried foods and thin but pleasant pizzas. By improving the organization of the service and reducing waiting times, the experience could certainly become much more satisfying.

The pizza is incredibly light, well-seasoned, and always easy to digest—a real guarantee. Even the fried foods are excellent, crispy, and made with quality ingredients. We always feel at home at Lorenzo and his family's place: they've become friends, and every visit is a pleasure, not only for the food but also for the warm welcome and friendliness they extend to all their customers. When we're craving a good Roman pizza, we already know where to go: a surefire go-to. Highly recommended!

A guarantee for years! My absolute favorite pizza is the vegetarian one, which they make without mozzarella! Crunchy and very light dough—a true Roman pizza! Not to mention the fried foods...the potato and truffle croquette has always been my go-to for starting meals there! Large outdoor space for summer dinners! Recommended? No... HIGHLY recommended!!!! N.B. My 87-year-old grandmother always asks for the Allegria Brigade when she wants to eat out! And grandparents are always right! Thanks again for everything!

The service is warm, friendly, and incredibly attentive: you immediately feel at home! The pizza is truly delicious, with a thin, crispy crust, just the way we Romans like it. Thin, light, and flavorful, it gets top marks. We'll definitely be back!
