10/10/2025: I went here for my sister and brother-in-law's 25th anniversary. Everything was very good, but a special mention goes to the cannelloni.

21/11/2025: I don't understand the negative comments... some complain about the prices, some complain about there being no menu, some complain about the chaos inside... THIS IS ALL NORMAL AT GALLOROSSO! The pizzas, bruschetta, and arrosticini are always fantastic, the prices are very low compared to other places, the guys are always available and go above and beyond. THIS IS WHY GALLOROSSO IS GREAT. PLEASE NEVER CHANGE!

17/11/2025: THE FOUR OF US PAID 147 EUROS AND I THINK MAYBE IT'S TIME TO REVIEW THE PRICES. AFTER 25 YEARS AS A CUSTOMER, I'M SAYING GOODBYE BECAUSE IT SEEMS REALLY EXCESSIVE. Your response of November 15 confirms your arrogance, because if a customer who's been coming for 25 years makes a complaint, you should think twice instead of swearing! With the great SIGI, this would never have happened! In any case, you're happy.

16/11/2025: After learning that the original management, led by Angelo, Sergio, and Cristina, had returned, I returned to try the restaurant. As expected, I wasn't disappointed. Always impeccable, high-quality food.

15/11/2025: I had dinner with my boyfriend, booking through The Fork. I was amazed by the friendliness of the staff, their attentiveness, and the excellent food we were served. The appetizer was excellent and plentiful, as was the grilled meat. I highly recommend trying it.

12/11/2025: We were there after the season (mid-November), and everything was still fine. The carbonara was delicious. The cheesecake too. A glass of craft beer with it! We recommend it.

14/11/2025: I found that place randomly on Google maps and I can say they had most tasty and true food from which I tried on my trip to Rome! Staff is very nice and helpful and food tastes amazing! I'm a big lasagne enjoyer and tried in few places but this one was the best! If you're somewhere around Trestavere station you should go there for a meal! Place was also very clean and calm with mainly locals inside what only proves it's good quality I think.

19/10/2025: After making arrangements with the owner (that's how he introduced himself) to have coffee half an hour before breakfast time, I was told he'd leave the coffee machine available for us, no problem. We arrive in the morning, and no one knows anything. Bottom line: after tipping the night before at dinner, we leave on an empty stomach. You don't want to offer service, don't do it, don't act like a swell guy and then do nothing.

26/10/2025: Today, to celebrate my wife's birthday, I had decided to go to another restaurant in the area, but then I changed my mind and booked a table for four at Stuzzichino, requesting a table near the fireplace. I was told it would be difficult, as they had other similar requests. We showed up around 12:45 and were seated at a table near the fireplace, as requested. It was our first time there and we weren't familiar with the place, which was already a real pleasure. The place is lovely and intimate, and it was soon fully booked. The staff were very friendly, and they even recommended/suggested some dishes. I found the carob flour bread interesting. Excellent dishes, and we were all pleased, especially since the service was fast, considering the place was full, and I think the price was fair. We will definitely be back.

23/11/2025: It is my first visit to Ristorante Al Piave a family business tradition Italian cuisine 🇮🇹 it was a pleasure to meet the owner(Salvatore )and his lovely family the wife and the daughter( Laura and Mery ) . The atmosphere is very cozy. The food is amazing 😻 I tried the tomato Ravioli and seafood spaghetti 🤤🤤 I highly recommend it. Special thanks for Mimmo who served our table and for his warm welcoming 🙏🏼. Also our appreciation for the chef and Pl Piave team. Wish you all the best 🙏🏼

Tatiana gives excellent advice on Italian specialties; just ask her questions and she'll point you towards some great options. A truly excellent meal for only €40. Come and experience it for yourself!

01/12/2025: I've frequented this bar-restaurant several times and have always been satisfied, thanks to the courteous and helpful staff who contribute to the pleasant atmosphere. The first time I tried an excellent, fresh and generous salad with cherry tomatoes, lettuce, corn, julienned carrots, arugula, tuna, and buffalo mozzarella, while on December 23, 2023, I returned with my wife to celebrate her fortieth birthday with my daughter Arianna. We enjoyed excellent prawns and a truly well-made panettone. I also appreciated the convenient payment options with credit and debit cards and the fact that the restaurant is open on holidays. More recently, on December 1, 2025, I tried a flavorful and well-creamed scampi cream risotto. In short, this is a restaurant worth visiting for its consistent quality, attentive service, and tasty dishes, with a fully deserved four stars.

25/08/2025: I found this restaurant near where I’m staying and honestly didn’t expect much at first—but wow, the food was absolutely delicious! If you want to try authentic local Italian dishes, I highly recommend coming here. I had the spaghetti and the “devil octopus,” and both were sooo good. On top of that, the staff were incredibly kind and made sure I had a great time with amazing food. They even gave me a gift, which was such a thoughtful touch. Definitely coming back again!
