I don't recommend the mixed hot and cold appetizers because they're very limited in quantity and, above all, very few samples. The first courses, however, are excellent and generously portioned. The staff is friendly and helpful.

08/12/2025: This restaurant was recommended to me, and I must say it was a pleasant surprise. The tagliolini allo scoglio were truly delicious, full of very fresh seafood. It's a shame the quantity of tagliolini was a bit small. The fried calamari was plentiful, tender and delicate, excellent. The only uninvited guest were the flies that kept us company throughout the meal. The price was average. I returned, and I must say, like the first time, I wasn't disappointed. Everything was excellent. Well done!!!

12/08/2025: It's become a regular stop every time I return to my hometown. A true, authentic, genuine place. A no-frills menu, with the freshest ingredients expertly prepared. The management upholds Nando's reputation, and the friendliness and smiles you take home are included in the very honest bill. A true favorite! Go there.

10/08/2025: Excellent food, very friendly staff. We had the opportunity to try both lunch at the kiosk on the beach and dinner at the restaurant on the street. In both cases, the food was excellent, both in quality and in the way it was cooked. The staff was always very friendly.

08/12/2025: From Vetralla, take the turnoff for Blera, about 10 km, and you'll find this restaurant, which fortunately welcomed us at 2:40 PM. Today, with the Christmas markets, it was sold out. Let's move on to the food: we limited ourselves to an appetizer and two first courses, which I would say were exceptional: Pici alla boscaiola and fettuccine with truffles. The pasta was strictly homemade. The red wine by the glass was good and pleasant. We'll return later.

06/12/2025: We came to Villa San Giovanni to walk the Three Villages Trail and stumbled upon this trattoria. We couldn't have asked for more: a family-friendly, traditional atmosphere, a wide selection of quality local dishes on the menu, and helpful waiters. The pezzata di pecora (sheep's meat) is a must-try. We'll be back!

06/07/2025: I thought long and hard about whether to apply here, because I really want it to remain an insider tip. You arrive and feel welcome. The hosts, Anna and Pino, really deserve 10 stars. The room was spacious and clean. The food was delicious and just what you'd imagine Italy to be. We were able to recharge our batteries here on our way to Rome, in this peaceful spot.

30/09/2025: If you're craving an excellent paella (and more!), go to this restaurant and you'll have a great time.... My partner and I went there on Sunday evening... eggplant croquettes, octopus appetizer and - above all - a mouth-watering paella.... rice al dente and super tasty with lots of fish inside.... and, to conclude, the best crema catalana I've ever eaten (and I mean the best... by far!); well done to the chef who delighted us... when we return to Gaeta we already know we'll be back here! ; Excellent attentive staff and a lovely place! ; )

07/12/2025: We stayed at the Agriturismo Torre Flavia Relais and had a truly wonderful experience. The atmosphere is familiar and welcoming, and you can immediately sense the care and passion of the staff. The rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable; the tranquility of the place allows you to completely relax. The service is impeccable: kindness, helpfulness, and attention to detail from start to finish. The location is excellent, surrounded by greenery yet convenient for everything you need. A perfect place to unwind and feel at home. We'll definitely be back!

22/11/2025: The restaurant has been completely renovated inside! You can eat outside on the terrace, a real treat! The pizza is amazing! Roman-style pizza is a real treat. I've been there many times, and it's definitely worth coming to Sipicciano just to spend an evening at the Scalette!

01/12/2025: I've frequented this bar-restaurant several times and have always been satisfied, thanks to the courteous and helpful staff who contribute to the pleasant atmosphere. The first time I tried an excellent, fresh and generous salad with cherry tomatoes, lettuce, corn, julienned carrots, arugula, tuna, and buffalo mozzarella, while on December 23, 2023, I returned with my wife to celebrate her fortieth birthday with my daughter Arianna. We enjoyed excellent prawns and a truly well-made panettone. I also appreciated the convenient payment options with credit and debit cards and the fact that the restaurant is open on holidays. More recently, on December 1, 2025, I tried a flavorful and well-creamed scampi cream risotto. In short, this is a restaurant worth visiting for its consistent quality, attentive service, and tasty dishes, with a fully deserved four stars.

08/12/2025: The place really needs a name change: calling itself a trattoria creates a completely different expectation than what you actually get. The portions aren't trattoria-like, nor are the prices, and just the exterior gives the illusion of entering a simple, down-to-earth place. The food is certainly good, well-cooked, and of high quality, but the prices are significantly higher than average, especially considering the quantities served. The worst thing, however, is the coffee: €4 for a nearly undrinkable coffee is truly shocking. In many places, it's even free, but here they serve it to you in a spectacular mug... only to find out when you're checking out that they didn't even sell you the cup! What I find unacceptable is the lack of clarity and lack of customer service. In a place that calls itself a "trattoria," if I ask for coffee, I expect a normal product and a normal price: it would have been enough to let you know in advance that it was a special coffee and that it cost €4. When I pointed out that the price was excessive, I was told that "they usually bring the menu to be transparent." It's a shame that this wasn't done with us. And despite the report, no action, no attention: total disregard for the customer. And this is precisely the main reason why I wouldn't return or recommend it: not for the food, but for the lack of clarity and care toward those who enter.
