We went out as a group of five, spending €438. I understand why we ordered food with truffle, tartare, and wagyu tagliata.
The truffle wasn't good, nor was the tartare, not even thrown away.
The only thing was the wine!
Francesco, the guy who served us, was friendly and helpful, but since we spent €438, a freebie was acceptable (e.g., coffee/amaro), but nothing.
We were completely disappointed.
We went on a Thursday night, where the tagliata were even discounted.

If you're looking to indulge in a quality cut of meat, that indulgence in every bite, this is the place. They'll guide you through the selection, which is truly vast and varied. You can order sandwiches that are rarely eaten with such good meat, tartare, carpaccio, and a vast and varied selection of cuts of meat from around the world. There are also days during the week when there's a huge discount on every type of selection. Reservations are not required, but they're excellent at managing any crowd without long waits. Plus, the service is always impeccable, especially the night we went. Ambra, super friendly, kind, and attentive, gave us impeccable advice and service.
Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back.
We had dinner at Bufalero and had a really great time! The atmosphere is lovely and the atmosphere is truly comfortable.
The staff is super friendly, especially Alex, the waiter who looked after us: very kind and always available.
The dishes were truly delicious, everything was meticulously prepared and flavorful. We'll definitely be back!
