We ate truly delicious meat, with excellent aging and marbling.
Alex, the guy who served us, was extremely kind and knowledgeable. He was able to guide us in choosing the right steak (the meat selection is truly vast and you can't get lost).

We ate at Bufalero last night. We had a really good time; the food was excellent, the portions huge, and the hospitality phenomenal.
Our waiter, Alex, was the highlight of the place.
We had a burger with bison, 900 grams of meat, and my friend had a vegan burger.
The guy at the cashier was also very kind and friendly; he offered me a limoncello, which I didn't get because I had to drive, and a pen, which I gladly accepted.

This place was recommended by friends. The quality is evident in everything you eat. Our waiter, Alex, was excellent, and the cashier was also really kind. I wasn't expecting such treatment. 5 stars overall.
It's a little noisy at times due to the conversation, as the place isn't very big, but it was worth it.

Exceptional staff, all smiling and attentive. A vast selection of meats and burgers, very tasty and complete with sides. We had a delicious Galician steak, cooked perfectly rare and usually delicious, served by Francesco, always attentive and attentive. The price was very fair. I'd also like to add that while we waited for our table, they even offered us two glasses of prosecco, as they used to do in the olden days.

There were two of us, and we asked the very kind man who served us which cut was best. He recommended the Australian one based on our preferences. This is my second time dining here, and I'll be back again. Recommended if you want to eat the best meat in Rome.
