Everything is sublime in this place!! The truly delicious gluten-free artisan pasta, the exceptional gluten-free bread on the skewer! It is so authentic that I asked if I could buy it to go or if I could come for breakfast. The gluten-free pizza is another wonder for the senses. especially if you eat gluten free, it is so difficult for us to find good food. It is a very nice place, an old house in a quiet alley in the center, with exceptional quality food and super friendly and efficient staff. Federico explained to us in detail the entire gluten free process of this place. Thanks to him, his boss who is also very kind and this wonderful food (and very well priced) I have enjoyed one of my best experiences to remember in Rome

I came here first a year ago and as a gluten free person I’ve never had a meal so easy to order, everything (apart from the calzone) is gluten free! EVEN the cheesecake! I’ve come back to Rome this year and it was at the top of my list to return too! It didn't disappoint! Thank you

Very kind staff who gave us a table without a reservation and good food. Everything is gluten-free, so SPECTACULAR for those with celiac disease. Next to the Pantheon in a quiet street. Advise!

We were there on Sunday, April 25. The food was delicious and the gluten free options are great, although they don't include calzones. However, the pasta was small and the price a bit high, but it's next to the Pantheon, so it's understandable. However, they took 30 minutes to bring us the bill and because we went to the bar... they need to improve that.

A stone's throw from the pantheon there is this tavern which, in addition to being very characteristic and welcoming, has fabulous GLUTEN-FREE products!! The portions are not very generous, and the prices are average, but it's worth it. The courgette flowers with anchovies are wonderful!!

A very good restaurant. The food was super good, and the service was excellent, the waitress who served us was excellent with us. You can also order all the gluten-free options (for €1 more, in some other restaurants they don't charge you that extra). Price a little high, but not bad.

09/03/2024: I came to this restaurant thanks to the advice of some friends. The premise is that I am celiac, and usually this always represents an obstacle but not in this restaurant. From the moment of booking I understood the great preparation and competence of the owner who reassured me regarding my dietary needs. The place is charming, the attention to detail is obsessive but the truly exceptional thing was the food. Very high quality ingredients. I ate sushi and ramen specially revisited according to my needs. I divinely ate everything gluten-free, all prepared with attention to me. The service was excellent, all the waiters were kind and extremely attentive towards me. Not only will I return but I highly recommend you try this restaurant because it's really worth it!
05/02/2024: Modern and refined location, with fantastic service and hospitality... unique dishes not only in appearance but also in taste! It combines Italian and Japanese cuisine in an excellent way! There's really little to say...my favorite restaurant!
