I do not write many reviews. If you would like a great night out at a restaurant that caters to those on a Gluten Free diet, do not miss this wonderful restaurant. If you need GF food how many times do you have access to 100% of the menu. And if your partner, spouse, friends, or family are not looking for GF, they have access to the same food. On top of that the food and service are excellent. Don’t miss this place if you want an excellent GF dinner experience.

The best gluten free restaurant in Rome! We’ve stayed in Rome for a month and have tried all the main gf restaurants. Pantha Rei’s house-made pasta is excellent, and appetizers are delicious. It is an excellent value for the quality of food, and the service is superior. Add in the fantastic location - a small alley directly adjacent to the Pantheon - and there is no doubt that Pantha Rei is the best! (Also, for reference, we have 3 celiacs in our group (1 with an extremely severe gluten sensitivity), and we all felt safe here and were very well taken care of). We have visited in small (2 guests) and large (7 guests) numbers, and our experience was always excellent.

Beautiful location especially the outside seating with the view of the pantheon (if timed right you get a lovely bit of sun), the building itself is worth visiting and the food is something to rave about, gentleman with pink short hair was lovely (didn’t get his name)
The business model of being so adaptable in regards to different dietary requirements is very impressive
