17/05/2025: Friendly approach and very fresh food, fair prices (for two, appetizers, main courses, water, dessert, coffee and two glasses €87), the pleasant outdoor environment, is accompanied by a beautiful garden and view of the lake that complete the picture. The private parking is priceless! Great both in the kitchen and in the service!

19/05/2025: A local recommended it to us, we went there for lunch. Welcoming place and friendly and helpful staff. We had a mixed appetizer, very abundant, and fried shrimp and calamari, also very good. Excellent food, nothing to say, in my opinion the wines are a bit expensive, high markup. Anyway I recommend it, I will definitely go back.

26/05/2025: The place is simply wonderful. We had dinner with friends and we were all satisfied. In this magnificent location overlooking the lake you can taste delicious lake cuisine. The staff is very kind and helpful. I recommend their local white wine which I would say is very good. Excellent quality/price ratio.

03/05/2025: Space food, a new menu per season, therefore to be tried at least 4 times a year. We have been going there for years and for years we have been amazed by the dishes, from the excellent raw materials, to the flavor you don't expect, through to Michelin-starred combinations and plating. A place loved not only by vegetarians, but also by those who love to eat well. Compliments!

07/04/2025: In theory it's a vegetarian tavern, in practice you don't even notice. The dishes are so particular and good that you don't think about them at all. I like the idea of ​​not having to think about what I'm eating, at least in this sense. Leavened products are devastating, I could have only eaten those. The desserts were good, but perhaps I was expecting something more. The place is simple, perhaps a little bare and "sterile", but that's my taste, minimalist is perhaps the most appropriate term. Four of us each had a starter, first course and dessert, 3 drinks in addition to water (combucha) and in total we spent around €60 each.

28/04/2025: Sono sempre diffidente dei locali presenti nei centri storici di città con forte presenza turistica. Questo ristorante è stata la prova di un mio pensiero sbagliato. Sono stato con tutta la famiglia, personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Abbiamo mangiato motlo e ci siamo sentiti leggeri con ottima digestione. Provati e da provare le guanciotte di Maria Sofia ovvero dei ravioli ripieni e gnocchi con ragù di salsiccia. Ottimi anche gli spaghetti con pomodorini ed alici. Atrettanto buone le verdre come la scarola con pinoli, uvetta e olive e i dolci (piacevole sorpresa trovare lo spumone).

We immediately felt at ease and, having ordered two plates of pasta with truffles (with a side of chicory), we appreciated the impeccable preparation. Adequately generous portions, more than friendly service, a reassuring, positive atmosphere and, above all, far from restaurants aimed at a "tourist" clientele. Honest prices. The rush prevented us from evaluating the dessert proposals.

15/05/2025: Off the beaten path, you must try this quaint, authentic little Roman ristorante. First courses were unique and tasty. Pasta dishes, mine homemade pasta, were perfectly cooked and seasoned. Along with dessert, molto bene! Do not skip the Chianti. Evo Hosteria was a memorable experience for our first visit to Rome.

28/05/2025: From the kitchen to the service to the location everything was impeccable! We were a very large group with vegetarians and they treated us very well. From the tasty appetizers with unusual and special vegan variations. Delicious amatriciana and carbonara as well as the fried lamb chops. The vegan alternatives were much appreciated especially for the attention in the preparation of the dishes (and not the usual banal vegetables that you find around). Excellent tiramisu and wine donuts. Unbeatable price/quality/quantity, we will definitely be back!

01/06/2025: So happy we found this gem. Amazing food with vegan (!) options. We ordered the charcuterie and cheese platter, chickpea vegan ravioli and the specialty “schiz”. All was very tasty and the service was fantastic!
