Cult Burger&Things In Roma

We went to Cult on Friday evening and the experience was truly fantastic from start to finish. We had the Los Pollos and Cheese-Guanciale sandwiches: both were exceptional, made with the highest-quality ingredients. The chicken, in particular, was spectacular: flavorful marinade, crispy breading, and perfectly balanced. The place has a youthful, relaxed, and welcoming atmosphere, and the owners clearly exude passion, attention, and a desire to make their customers feel good. A special mention goes to Alessandro, the waiter who looked after us throughout the evening: extremely kind, helpful, and truly skilled at handling a small mix-up in the kitchen when an appetizer we ordered didn't arrive. He handled everything with great professionalism and courtesy, apologizing repeatedly, even though, honestly, it wasn't anything serious for us. What made everything even more appreciable was the owner's gesture: when it came time to pay the bill, she decided to give us a discount as a further apology. This rare and absolutely unexpected customer service showed us how much they truly care about those who choose their restaurant. Places like this deserve to be rewarded: we'll definitely be back, and with great pleasure.

The guys at the place are very welcoming and friendly. The place is very nice. The burgers are perhaps the best in Rome. The fries aren't up to par; there's plenty of room for improvement. The beer selection isn't bad, although they lean heavily toward the "craft" trend, so sometimes they're overly hoppy and difficult to pair with the food.

Perhaps the most expensive sandwich I've ever eaten, but definitely the best. Worth it. The beers are good, too.
