10/02/2025: An enchantment... Here you don't go to eat but you go to have a real experience with Roberto and Sabrina. After a year, my partner and I finally managed to find the availability of a table but I guarantee you that the wait was fully repaid. It's not possible to describe everything because one post isn't enough... I can only say that the location literally tears you away from reality for the entire time you're there, Roberto welcomes you from the first time as if you were a family friend forever, recommending the best wine pairing for the menu of the day (fixed price €40) from starters to desserts, calling you by name when he arrives at the table to describe the wonderful dishes that Sabrina creates in the kitchen. We drove an hour and a half and left that enchanted place with tears in our eyes and with an experience within us that we will never forget and will absolutely relive. Sabrina is a brilliant mind and fantastic cook. I don't know what to add... Go!

09/02/2025: REVIEW ESPECIALLY FOR THOSE CUSTOMERS WHO DO NOT CANCEL THE RESERVATION AND DO NOT EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE!!! Today we spent a wonderful day tasting, unique flavors and aromas and I must add that to make an appointment, since every time we remember at the last second, this Sunday we organized ourselves first. Today was a spring day and, in the meantime that we were in the company of the owners who served us the dishes of the day, I asked how it was possible that in the other room there is a free table considering that I usually never manage to find a place. The response was that 5/6 people booked the table and in the end they didn't show up, nor did they call to cancel the reservation. I believe that this is a lack of respect and education towards those who work especially on weekends and who live trying to please everyone and do the best for everyone. These sacrifices are never rewarded because as always in this beautiful Italy there are rude people who do not respect those who live for this job, because not only do they not show up but they don't even answer the phone to get updates on the delay, which certainly sometimes the thoughts of a restaurateur are 360°, one can even imagine an accident, an unforeseen event one can worry about, because we are all adults and parents. These disrespectful people no longer deserve a place as far as I'm concerned and because of them the owners have given up and rejected at least 30 other calls from people who come from distant countries, to spend a few hours in a wonderful place and nature... they are people who would do anything, even leave at the last moment knowing that a place has become available... but instead the RUDE people not only don't warn but don't even answer and tie up the table. I would say that any restaurateur who keeps tables for these people should no longer give them future hope, and that they should eat at their mothers-in-law's, at least they show up when they want and also take some "bullshit" for any delay. Anyway Fata Verde is always the TOP, Roberto and Sabrina have that something that is special and unique both in the study of the dishes and in knowing how to manage a room of customers who love being in their company, in the harmony and peace of the Comino Valley. THANK YOU AND RESPECT THOSE WHO WORK AND COMMIT TO US....FOR YOU DISRESPECTFUL.

08/02/2025: Guys, you can't make me pay 16 euros for a small plate that you call a cutting board with a slice of mortadella (finely cut), three slices of salami and two of ham for 6 people, and not even 15 euros for what you always call a cutting board but it's the usual little plate with 4 transparent slices of cheese. Not even!

Unique quality price, appetizer, first courses, second courses, desserts: everything spectacular and generous portions and amazing waiting staff!!!! Here you can breathe Roman air!!! 07/01/2025: Sotto Natale: Fila lunga, lenta, sterna e quindi al freddo per ritirare la cena pronta. Solo una persona alla cassa. Titolare/gestore indisponente e scontroso tratta i clienti con sufficienza e fastidio. Le polpette (di pesce misto) non mi hanno convinto in termini di qualità pertanto dubito anche sulla qualità di tutto il resto dal sapore però buono.

05/01/2025: Ottima mangiata in questo posto che in prima battuta si caratterizza per l’accoglienza e la simpatia del gestore/proprietario. Anche il resto del personale peró è disponibile e gentile. Non viene presentato un menù scritto ma i piatti vengono elencati dal ristoratore e sono tanti e anche vari. Luogo accogliente e nonostante fosse pieno si chiacchierava bene. Un ristorante familiare e casereccio “il giusto” in cui sicuramente tornerei volentieri per assaggiare altro.

23/02/2025: Very fresh raw, scampi and red prawns. very tasty sea urchins, WoW spaghetti, truly WoW, it was fantastic. Excellent and well-organized service, all the waiters were very friendly, especially Mr. Marcello, super nice and professional, thanks to him we had a really great time, Sardinian liqueurs and biscuits offered on the house. We'll be back soon.
