30/08/2025: A very beautiful and welcoming place, three stars is a bit too much considering what you'll find in Italy. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Our room was delivered an hour early. The rooms were clean, the bathroom and bedroom (very beautiful and welcoming) were tidy, and nothing was missing (even disposable slippers, something I've never seen in many other horrible three-star properties). The grounds are beautiful, with a garden and pool. The restaurant (beautiful both inside and out) offers excellent food, and the staff is very helpful. The breakfast is excellent, with fresh, unpackaged products; perhaps the savory options could be improved. Ample parking is available on site. I will definitely return.

18/08/2025: We ate here before leaving the airport. The menu was €20. The bruschetta was passable. The tagliolini alla pescatora were fabulous. The fried fish was chewy, and the anchovies were a no-no.

01/09/2025: Welcoming and informal atmosphere. Traditional dishes of excellent quality. The location is a bit off the beaten path, even though it's just a few dozen meters from the Papal Palace. I strongly recommend exploring it. Competitive prices. Parking is limited, about 100-200 meters away.

30/08/2025: Beautiful restaurant surrounded by greenery, excellent homemade fettuccine, shame about the slow and confusing service, they forgot a couple of dishes, perhaps due to the summer season, it was a bit crowded, but I would gladly return.

28/08/2025: Excellent food. The only drawback is the parking, which is very gravelly and difficult to navigate on two wheels. The important thing is to leave your motorcycle on the entrance ramp 😅✌️🤗

10/09/2025: Very good, but for literally ordering a slice of bread, they charged me 2 euros. They didn't charge table service, according to them, but in the end, ordering bread does cost money. And water, 3 euros, is a rip-off.

04/09/2025: We had dinner with friends and I was enchanted by this restaurant, the cuisine is top-notch, made with quality ingredients. The staff is courteous and professional (the restaurant manager Tamara is a real show-stopper). I highly recommend trying it.

29/08/2025: A restaurant near Ciampino. Super charming and welcoming atmosphere. Impeccable and fast service. The dishes were amazing: the truffle carbonara was truly delicious and the meat was AMAZING. The best I've ever eaten. I'll definitely be back and try other dishes!! Thank you so much 😉

22/08/2025: We came here just for dessert, on the recommendation of our Airbnb host in Viterbo. The ambiance outside was cozy and inviting, perfect for lingering over something sweet. We tried a creamy dessert layered over a moist plum rum cake at the bottom- delicious. Another favorite was the raspberry and cherry dessert topped with hazelnuts and chocolate crumbles, a perfect balance of flavors and textures. Both were excellent. The only downside was that it took quite a long time for us to place our order. That said, once the desserts arrived, they were well worth the wait. I also couldn't help but notice the other dishes coming out to nearby tables- they all looked wonderful. Next time, I'd definitely come for a full meal too.

Homemade tagliolini with truffles.....low-temperature cooked Cinta Senese pork belly....bread and desserts rigorously prepared with selected niche flours....everything excellent! Leonardo, the attentive and friendly staff, is able to interpret your tastes and offer appropriate advice!! Highly recommended!!

21/08/2025: A welcoming, contemporary venue, the backdrop to the stone olive oil mill... but the real gem is the internal courtyard, a play of soft lighting that will guide you to your table, with minimal yet effective table settings! The wine list is essential, with plenty of quality sparkling wines. A no-frills menu (in my opinion, even overly fair prices), the freshest catch, excellent tuna tartare. The hummus with seared cuttlefish was divine! Everything was very balanced; the chef focused on the quality of the ingredients, enhancing everything with innovative cooking techniques. Kudos to the young, enthusiastic staff who welcomed and served us, always smiling and with so much passion in their eyes... We will gladly return.
