10/08/2025: Fantastic food and service. Definitely worth a stop. Both the pasta and the fried fish were very fresh.

15/07/2025: Lunch for two...nice, air-conditioned setting in the Mercure Hotel's restaurant, very nice. We tried spaghetti with clams and mullet bottarga, which was good. The clams were perhaps so-so. The paccheri with pumpkin, cacio e pepe, and crystallized leeks were much better, and the beef fillet was delicious. The berry cheesecake was also excellent. Overall, I recommend it, and with the TheFork discount, it's perfect.

07/07/2025: Great Federico, since the distant COVID it has now become our point of reference in the area, a beautiful, large pub with a great variety of food and spirits including craft beers on tap and gin. Excellent both for a beer after work and for organizing birthdays, outdoor seating and the guys in charge of service are fast and polite.

05/08/2025: Siamo stati a cena in questo ristorante con mio marito e abbiamo trascorso una serata davvero piacevole. Il pesce era fresco e cucinato alla perfezione: ogni piatto era curato nei dettagli e ricco di sapore. Si percepiva la qualità delle materie prime e la passione in cucina. Il personale è stato estremamente cordiale, sempre sorridente e attento senza mai essere invadente. Ci siamo sentiti accolti con grande gentilezza e professionalità, cosa che ha reso l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. Un posto dove torneremo sicuramente! Consigliato a chi ama il buon pesce e l’ospitalità genuina.

20/07/2025: Lack of transparency and dishonesty. The dish we tried, a main course, wasn't great. But what was annoying was that we ordered one side dish each, asking if we could split it between two items from what they had available... 'No problem,' the lady said. It's a shame they ended up charging us for two side dishes each; 10 euros each for a small plate of potatoes from a bag and two artichokes seems excessive to me. Then put this detail on the receipt... they only listed the total amount, perhaps to try to hide the above a bit. A tourist-plundering place, not recommended.

18/06/2025: Rustic and typical trattoria. Excellent appetizers and generous portions. From the neighbors' table we received compliments for the second courses that we did not order. So I would say those were also excellent...

21/07/2025: Excellent cuisine. Fresh and good fish, excellent presentation of the dishes. Courteous and attentive waiters. Highly recommended. For the raw fish you have to book but it is exceptional. Better to avoid it or days of full house, on quiet days it tastes better. Then of course, you book, they always do it. But enjoying it in peace is spectacular.

02/07/2025: I come here often, the quality of the food is excellent and the menu changes often depending on the season, they also do excellent fish, in addition to meat. They have a wide selection of wines. Inside it is small and cozy but the outdoor tables enjoy an enviable position. The staff is very kind and the prices are more than adequate for the high quality they offer. It is one of the best restaurants in Viterbo and as far as the historic center is concerned it has no rivals

15/06/2025: Highly recommended! I was undecided between two appetizers and in the end the waiter brought me both making half a portion for one, taking away the problem of choosing only one. I also ordered a first course, two medium beers and a coffee. All for €40, honestly I expected to spend at least €10 more considering the average prices around. Exceptional quality, I will definitely be back

02/08/2025: A very charming and unique place. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is very quiet, and the cuisine is very simple. The appetizers are delicious, the grilled vegetables are top notch, and the mezze maniche alla grigia are amazing! The pennette with sausage didn't quite meet my personal taste; I expected them to be a little more "acconnite" (a word they use in Viterbo), but that can happen! I mentioned this to the owner and, to my surprise, when I got the bill, I discovered he charged me half the price, even though there was no need! This, too, is a gesture of kindness that deserves to be rewarded! I'll definitely be back! 🥰
