29/12/2024: Meh. We were desperate to feed the family and this place has 4.4 stars so we gave it a shot. Our food took 40 min to come out and it was just ok. For lunch for a family of four (two young kids eating pizza) and a glass of wine for us, our total was 166!! Wouldn’t recommend for the food quality, service, or value.

18/08/2024: Spectacular place, an informal, familiar environment, you feel at ease as soon as you enter, the friendliness of the owner and the kindness of the girls who are there make you feel at home, then coming from the heat of Rome and finding yourself eating in the cool and under the trees makes you reborn. Very important thing and it tastes really good, the fettuccine is a poem, worth trying, but everything else too, from the appetizer to the desserts, leaves you more than satisfied. I will return soon even just to try the room with the fireplace, which despite August was lit and was a pleasant foretaste of winter.

17/08/2024: I discovered this place by accident and I regret not having done so sooner. Friendly and familiar atmosphere without being intrusive, all very kind staff from the moment I booked on the phone, with very young and attentive guys, something rare to see and which always gives me great pleasure. We ate really well, both first and second courses. We will definitely be back soon and recommend it.

03/11/2024: We tried this restaurant because it had gluten-free products (my daughter has celiac disease) and we enjoyed it so much that we went back at least once a week for some time. The owners are wonderful, kind and friendly, the food is excellent and the prices are affordable. The place is also very nice, warm and welcoming in the winter, while in the summer it also has space outside and it's wonderful. We ate exceptional tagliatelle with truffles here, but the meat is worth it, the various cuts are visible at the counter and the embers are prepared visibly in the room, using wood and obviously this affects the flavor of the meat, my daughter goes crazy for their kebabs, but even the pasta with sauce is made by them and has a different flavour! My daughters love this restaurant and it never disappoints!

01/07/2024: Veramente un paradiso del gusto: ampia scelta di pietanze raffinate, dai sapori delicati ma esaltati al punto giusto. Locale curato nei minimi dettagli, luci soffuse, tavoli sistemati con eleganza ed illuminati quanto basta per creare una atmosfera rilassante. Personale di sala preparato, pronto e soprattutto disponibile. 5 stelle su 5 assolutamente.

As starters, the coratella was perfect and the tripe exceptional. The mushroom salad, with lemon zest and flaked pecorino cheese, was truly a surprise: a successful explosion of taste and texture. The first courses fully met expectations, in particular my gnocchi with piccapò sauce and stew were delicious. In closing, the Maritozzo with ricotta and sour cherries is crazy, as is the tiramisu made to perfection, with ladyfingers that are not fully soaked and which add the right amount of fun to the dessert. The always precise and smiling service, the atmosphere of a home-made tavern, and the menu that changes every month make this place worthy of being included among the favorites to recommend to friends. 30/12/2024: Cibo deludente, servizio incommentabile, mentre ti stai levando il cappotto versano il prosecco ti chiedono che acqua desideri e ti danno la lista dei vini in mano. 28/12/2024: Ho scelto con la famiglia di festeggiare il pranzo di Natale in questo ristorante, spinto dalle recensioni positive. Menù fisso a 50 Euro persona, bevande escluse. Location accettabile ma locale buio, le luci sono state accese alle 16. Antipasti: buona la qualità dei cibi e la fantasia ma porzioni CONTATE e minime. Doveva essere un segnale di allarme da considerare. Arrivano i primi: 3 ravioli al ripieno di pesce A PERSONA; a seguire 14 gnocchetti con 4 vongole A PERSONA (li ho contati). il secondo, come da menù doveva essere la frittura mista. Arriva la frittura mista: 1 pesciolino, 1 gambero e 4 anelli di calamaro A PERSONA. IMBARAZZANTE. Abbiamo dovuto ordinare fuori menù altre due fritture per dar da mangiare a tutti qualcosa. Due bistecche, diciamo bistecche, con patate per chi non mangiava pesce. Due insalatine giuste per due persone ed eravamo in nove. Accettabile solo il tiramisù e i caffè. Ora mi chiedo, visto che eravamo disposti a spendere senza problemi, non era meglio essere chiari e sinceri sulla composizione del menù fisso e proporre un pranzo alla carta? Perché parlare di FRITTURA MISTA??? Il menù fisso deve essere una proposta speciale a favore del cliente non del locale. Il conto? 532 Euro! Un milione delle vecchie lire??? Ho saputo che alcuni invitati sono andati a casa per una spaghettata. MAI più. Una volta che lo conosci lo eviti. Martino

Let's go straight 😊 , the owner is between the tables and takes the orders in person and knows how to direct you towards what best suits you and pleases you without mincing words. The meat is excellent and unquestionably fresh. In fact it is also seasoned, which is rare to find in a restaurant. Cooking takes place in an open fireplace. What I can tell you is that you DON'T spend a lot there, in fact you already go there with the idea of ​​spending roughly €40/50 per person due to the weight of the meat... The first courses are absolutely worth tasting 👌
