The ingredients are high-quality, but learn how to stir the pasta. A gricia with a puddle of water underneath is hard to see or eat. Thanks.

16/02/2026: It used to be my favorite place, a regular stop in Trevignano. Management has clearly changed, and the food has suffered greatly. Now it's a great spot for an aperitivo overlooking the lake with a platter (excellent cured meats and cheeses), but I wouldn't go for the cooked dishes. The beef cheek I ordered yesterday was incredibly tough, it tasted like it had been boiled, so I left it on my plate. I wouldn't recommend it for lunch, but it's still a wonderful place for a good aperitivo.

The service was perhaps a little slow compared to other places, but the staff was very friendly and helpful... so the extra few minutes didn't bother us at all; on the contrary, we'll definitely be back. :)

02/04/2026: Top restaurant, small and very well-maintained. We were traveling with two babies (9 and 18 months). They prepared everything for them, and we ate wonderfully! Delicious gluten-free dishes and super service! Highly recommended.

30/03/2026: Very good and right in the center. We especially recommend the savory Maritozzo with shrimp cocktail and tagliolini with octopus ragù. The latter was cooked perfectly. Very friendly staff. Prices aren't cheap, but they're fair enough for the food and the central location.

Perhaps the appetizers were a bit small in portions considering the prices, but the quality was good. There's nothing to complain about considering the location and the prices these days compared to other steakhouses.

18/03/2026: Starting with the service and the food, this is an excellent place for a special occasion. They serve Argentinian-style barbecue with the ever-present empanadas, and in my opinion, the chicken one is the best. They also have a grill with different cuts of meat and chorizo, and a nice slice of pudding with dulce de leche to finish, though a little hard for my personal taste. 🍮 They have a small shop selling yerba mate, dulce de leche, cookies, and alfajores.

09/03/2026: I've known this restaurant for years and have always frequented it for its excellent first courses and, above all, for its high-quality Italian meat. It's always been one of those places where you can't go wrong. Yesterday, however, I discovered something new that really surprised me: about five months ago, a dedicated pizza room opened, called Il Forno, a new project I'd heard about through word of mouth and finally decided to try. The pizza was a real revelation. The dough is well-hydrated, light, and, above all, very digestible. It's not your typical Neapolitan pizza—as the master pizza chef passionately explained—but an interesting blend of Neapolitan and Roman traditions, resulting in a truly balanced result. Another strong point is the raw materials, with top-quality ingredients that truly make the difference. I also really appreciated the service: courteous, attentive, and helpful, with explanations of the products and pairings that make the customer feel welcomed and involved. A truly successful innovation that brings high-quality pizza to the area and is definitely worth trying.

28/02/2026: The welcome is exceptional, the staff courteous and professional, the restaurant is an old, historic farmhouse, discreetly maintained, very clean, with a large open kitchen, and excellent quality meat, pasta dishes, and side dishes. They have a large outdoor area with tables and chairs and high tables with stools, exposed to the sun, and a beautiful view.
