10/06/2025: We thought the place was rather quiet for a Saturday night as we were the only ones at first. A few more people arrived later on. We learnt later there had been a major football match that evening with the Napoli team playing. We weren't handed menus. We went along with their suggestion of a lobster pasta dish for my husband and a varied cheese dish with broccoletti for me. They poured out 2 proseccos as an apéritif and we also had a glass of rosé wine each. We didn't know even how much we were going to pay and it seemed impolite to ask, so we just accepted the surprise. For the quality it seemed quite reasonable to pay 70 euros, and there was enough to eat. We thought though that we wouldn't take chances like that again and insist on choosing from a menu, or at least know the prices beforehand. We saw that the locals were not handed menus either, so maybe it's the done thing in this restaurant.

27/07/2025: We stayed one night, the service si great, everything super clean. We had a problem with the AC at 11 pm and the staff quickly responded and gave us another room without any problem. Breakfast was good, they had sweet and salty food. Transportation service to the airport is available for a fee. We would stay here again.

03/07/2025: The place is nice and welcoming and has a large covered terrace, from which you can enjoy a very beautiful view and ... the gaze extends to the sea. It offers a cuisine mainly inspired by the tradition of the lower Maremma. The dishes are simple, but absolutely genuine. We ate a very tasty appetizer: we were struck by the extraordinary tripe, the exquisite beans and the excellent bruschetta of Allumiere bread, seasoned with an equally good oil. The first courses were also interesting: we really appreciated the excellent ravioli with Maremma ragù and the less exciting gnocchi with asparagus and artichokes. The mix of desserts was very pleasant ... the tart with sour cherries was delicious! The staff is kind and efficient. The quality/price ratio is very good. We will return! ... and we returned, finding this time also an excellent and genuine cuisine. The meat (beef steak and lamb scottadito) is excellent and the girasoli (ravioli with cheese and walnuts) seasoned with porcini mushrooms or butter and sage were also very tasty.
