Trattoria Massa In

I was in a bad mood because of poor service at another place before coming here, but the owner is kind and the food is delicious. Thank you for giving me such a good memory.

We stumbled upon this restaurant on our way to Vatican City. The host was very polite and ushered us in. The server knew different Spanish dialects and inquired which one we used as well as our English dialect which I appreciated. We decided to sit inside since it was a rainy day, my brother, mother and I each ordered our own pizza, they were quite large. My mother ordered a capuccino, my brother an Fanta and I ordered an Americano coffee. I ordered the Napoli pizza, it’s really salty and fishy. The waiter gave us a limoncello shot, which turned out to be alcoholic but delicious. Staff were all very polite, it had a very homely feel to it. I loved this restaurant so much that I spend over twenty minutes trying to find it online just to leave a review. It is kids friendly, there was a few family with children of different ages, also wheel chair accessible and no stairs. You can dine in inside or outside.

Very pleasant atmosphere, unparalleled service, with warm people who make you feel at home. As for the food, traditional Italian, very tasty!

This felt like our most authentic meal even though it’s tucked away from a very touristy area. Totally recommend!

Found by chance, it was a pleasant surprise. The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was Roman. The food was good, and the prices were equally good. Recommended.

Great atmosphere of a homely family restaurant. The service was very friendly and in addition to the food we ordered, which was delicious, we were pleasantly surprised with gifts in the form of limoncello, Italian sausages with sauce (made of tomatoes and peppers?) and potatoes, or dessert. We felt like we were among our friends.
