I've known Laura for years and have followed her over the years. The quality of her dishes is unquestionable, the menu always sophisticated, and the first courses are top-notch (the restaurant's name is no coincidence). What I love about Laura and her team is their attention to the needs and desires of each customer, their ability to offer dishes made with the highest quality ingredients and executed to perfection, and their warm welcome and ease for anyone who, for whatever reason, enters her beautiful restaurant. Recently renovated, it features an elegant, modern, and captivating layout. Highly recommended for an aperitif, a dinner with friends, a quick and tasty lunch break, a business meeting, or simply to be pampered by so much flavor and elegance.

We chose to stop at Primi della Classe, taking a short detour from the highway, and it was absolutely worth it! The restaurant is really close to the exit, making it a convenient stop during the trip. We ordered two carbonaras and also split a cacio e pepe: both were delicious, well-made, and truly satisfying. The staff also deserves a shout-out: they were very kind and welcoming. If you're passing through (or even if you're just coming here) and want to eat an excellent first course without straying too far from the highway, it's highly recommended!
