As far as meat is concerned, it is very difficult to find better, especially when it comes to fillet (in all its sauces). Warm and comfortable environment that feels like home. 07/06/2025: A few Saturdays ago we had lunch at this restaurant. The appetizer was good, especially the cabbage and beans. The grilled meat, on the other hand, was not tasty at all and disappointed us. Too bad The sautéed chicory was tasty and also had boiled potatoes.!

It was confusing because I thought I made a reservation at Sughero, but this restaurant took over about 6 months ago and I guess just took over the name for review purposes. The food is creative Italian, not your standard fare, but more like riffs on standard Italian food. Very upscale food (and upscale prices for portion size), but for us it was worth the splurge for excellent food. The owner and server were very nice and accommodating.

12/05/2025: Excellent food and wine! The service was a bit slow but we were a big table with 15 people so all was forgiven once the food was served. Highly recommend the pasta with truffles, one of the best we have ever had. The extensive wine celler very impressive!! Would definitely return if we are in the area again.

07/05/2025: Dinner for two, two roast meats: Sublime chicken, all the rest of the meat is also excellent but I would have avoided the trimming which is too heavy. Really excellent sautéed chicory, house wine "Cerasuolo" not bad. Coffee, albeit in pods, better than that of many bars around. I will definitely be back to try the rest. Really recommended.

04/05/2025: Per quanto a Frascati sia impossibile non mangiare bene, questa trattoria entra di diritto fra le preferite delle nostre vacanze romane. Comodissima la prenotazione con THE FORK che ci ha dato subito un 20% di sconto, personale giovane e gentilissimo e cibo davvero ottimo. Anche la amatriciana rivisitata con - UDITE UDITE - la cipolla. Ottima. Ci siamo divisi un antipasto misto, due primi (spaziali i tonnarelli cacio e pepe, equilibrati nel gusto), due calici (enormi) di vino, acqua, dolce e due caffè. 50 euro sono stati un prezzo più che giusto. Torneremo sicuramente. P. s. Se non siete del posto e cercate posteggio, c'è a dieci minuti a piedi quello della stazione che può essere pagato con il Telepass.

02/06/2025: Staff were super nice. Food was great. Love the vibe. I would absolutely dine here again. We were also pleasantly surprised at how much value we got for the price.

01/06/2025: Where do i start........ We order 2 pizza which disappointed us totally. There was hardly anything on top the base was hard and chewy. The waiter bought us 3 plates and one was dirty. When I asked what is this he took it and say ok, never to return back with a clean one. The atmosphere is nice however the food and service is a let down. Also very pricey compared with other restaurants we've been too. If I were you I will totally avoid this place. I can't really understand other reviews to be honest. People other have very low expectations or these are bought from Google. Stay away from this place !!!

27/04/2025: I have always thought that if you choose a job in contact with the public you don't have to be aware and commit yourself. Here, the bartender who "directs traffic" is neither capable of managing behind the counter nor of giving a simple answer as he is not multitasking, which in this job you must know how to do, like a simple 1+1. I'm talking about the tall boy with blue eyes who shouts uselessly, he should learn his manners with customers and above all with his colleagues. Losing customers for asking for a wrapping bag is simply crazy for a business. Never again, shame about the very kind girl at the counter.
