05/12/2024: Business dinner. Cozy place, everything taken care of down to the smallest detail. Highly recommended appetizers! The staff are really friendly, without being intrusive. Super recommended!!!

14/11/2024: Non esiste altro da dire, se non: perfetto. In questo posto meraviglioso, dove si mangia divinamente e si beve benissimo, la fanno da padrona, piatti curati, materie prime eccellenti e ben lavorate. Sfiziosi antipasti, che fanno da preludio a primi del giorno che seguono la stagionalità, e secondi con carni selezionate, davvero divine. Speciale l'accoglienza, con Miriam, padrona di casa davvero impeccabile, ed Elena che unisce la professionalità ad una simpatia debordante. Davvero bravo lo chef. Grandi, in un luogo fuori mano come questo, era quasi impossibile riuscire a creare un posto così, bravissimi davvero. Come recita il nome del locale: DAMATRA', ( dammi retta) ...andateci, ne resterete incantati.

07/12/2024: Pranzo a sabato con amici, accolti dal titolare Maurizio che con la sua simpatia e preparazione ci ha accompagnato per tutto il pranzo. Cibo squisito, dagli antipasti ai dolci. I primi come fatti in casa. Non è la prima volta che veniamo in questo ristorante ma ogni volta trail cibo e il servizio trascorriamo qualche ore piacevolissime. Complimenti a Maurizio e il suo staff per come mantengono questo posto.

30/11/2024: Personale super cortese e ospitale. La location, molto suggestiva, é immersa nella faggeta di campo dell'osso. Spinti dalla curiositá data dalla vastitá del menu, abbiamo optato per tre primi: agnolotti ripieni di carne chianina con crema di gorgonzola, fettuccine ai funghi porcini e fettuccine al mirtillo con ragú di anatra. In tutti e tre i piatti i sapori erano ben bilanciati, le porzioni ben dosate, la qualitá ottima, oltre le nostre aspettative. Assolutamente da provare, noi non vediamo l'ora di tornare per provare anche i piatti di carne.

I say it for you, the risk is great; once you leave your car in the large car park and go through the town gate, you risk entering another world, forget it. Who is more accustomed to the noise of children chasing each other around the little square (the center is exclusively pedestrian), free to be children? How many can bear the sight of groups of friends conversing amiably in the company of a good glass? And do we want to talk about all those annoying sun rays that at sunset set the horizon on fire in an explosion of a thousand colors whose existence we were unaware of? These are all things that can hurt! And it is precisely a force of evil that then attracts us towards the tables of the Osteria Vigna, a real attack on the line!!!! To avoid making the situation worse, I won't describe the appetizers, the refinement of the quality cured meats and cheeses, the EVO oils, the freshness of the tarts. Same fate for the first courses, a deadly explosive mixture (of flavours) which, starting from tradition, will lead you to lose yourself inexorably in a sea of ​​flavours. Now in the throes of a sort of addiction, nothing can save you from the second courses and desserts, most of which are produced by as many minds and hands of skilled enchanters. I would like to overlook the cellar but I can't: I can instead swear on what is most dear to me that the innkeeper (as that new fire-eater from Lombardy likes to be called) has tasted all the wines and what's worse is that he has forcibly forced Even his friends can taste them, poor innocents!!!!!!! The availability and smile of the dining room staff will accompany you at the end, now dazed, to the cash register where you will certainly have nothing to reiterate about the bill. So my new Ulysses who will read this review, don't be enchanted by the siren song of those who have written positive things, avoid Casperia, stay away from Osteria Vigna ...………… leave it to me and my friends!!!!! P.S. No, I don't think we can hypothesize a sort of conflict of interest, I am neither the president of the Pro Loco of Casperia nor a shareholder of the Osteria Vigna, but only someone who deeply loves both!!!!

24/11/2024: We had lunch in this beautiful old oil mill, a very beautiful and evocative place with very kind staff, we took the appetizer from the oil mill, a plentiful and very very good dish, really tasty ravioli with porcini mushrooms and cheese cream and fried artichokes, a delicacy!!!! Excellent price/quality!!! Guys, if you pass by here, take advantage of it!!! RECOMMENDED 👍

14/12/2024: I went there with my family and I must say I was very pleased. Excellent service and friendly employees. The portions are very large but do not remain heavy, truly an excellent place. It's a shame that you can only give 5 stars, it would be 20.

10/12/2024: I went there with a colleague of mine during a trip, very good! Be careful with the portions, they are huge! 😍 A half portion is recommended if you are normally hungry!

22/05/2024: Ci siamo trovati in questo locale per caso, cercando un luogo in zona per cenare. Lo abbiamo trovato ottimo. Il locale è piccolino, ma molto ricercato. I proprietari gentilissimi e molto disponibile. Abbiamo provato più proposte del menù, dagli antipasti a svariati secondi e ci è piaciuto tutto tantissimo! Le materie prime sono ricercate e il prezzo è contenuto. Torneremo.

08/12/2024: Questo posto ci è stato consigliato da un abitante di vicalvi dove abbiamo soggiornato per una notte. Antipasto ottimo con salumi, ricotta e altre pietanze tipiche e fresche. Per quella che è stata la nostra esperienza: consigliatissimi antipasto, ravioli al cinghiale e fettuccine funghi porcini e tartufo, vino locale laziale molto buono, ma sopratutto grande gentilezza da parte del personale e di Pancrazio, il proprietario. Non mancava nulla! Se vi trovare a girare per i splendidi borghi laziali, ve lo consiglio assolutamente!!! Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo! Da tornarci

15/11/2024: Pecorino with truffle with bruschette, lard and truffle SUPER, as well as the pici (there were three of us and we asked for an encore of pici with truffle, delicious! Creamy and tasty!) and kebabs & side dishes, if you are in Bagnoreggio, this is an excellent restaurant where eat, super nice and friendly service, thank you and see you next time! :)

27/10/2024: Tricky with parking as there is no carpark. Had to leave the car like 300meters away, outside someone’s house. The actual place is really nice. Great lake view. Feels cosy and homely. The guys were super cool as tried to speak in Italian with my terribly broken Italian without switching to English and at the end without properly knowing what we ordered, he brought us some lovely food:)

13/12/2024: Mal gestito dai dipendenti. Locale interessante esclusivamente vegano in pieno centro peccato per il personale non professionale né maturo che svaluta il posto. Sicuramente il proprietario è troppo buono.
