08/10/2025: The food is excellent; try the homemade pasta (superb) and the meat (good and well-cooked), obviously with a cascade of porcini mushrooms. The place is a bit dated and could use some more tidiness; there are only a few tables. The wild strawberries in Nemi are a must; they're also available here, but I had mine overlooking the lake (spectacular).

I had the pleasure of enjoying a plate of homemade fettuccine with wild boar, which was a true masterpiece. The pasta, with its perfect texture, embraced a rich, flavorful sauce, with the wild boar adding a rustic, delicate touch to the dish. Each bite was an explosion of flavors that made me feel instantly immersed in the local gastronomic tradition. Next, the suckling pig platter was a real treat. The tender and flavorful meat melted in your mouth, its flavor reflecting the care taken in selecting the ingredients and preparing them. The platter was enriched with a selection of excellent cheeses, which, accompanied by a jam, perfectly complemented the experience. Every bite was a journey through authentic and genuine flavors. The combination of fresh ingredients, culinary expertise, and impeccable hospitality makes Le Scalette a must-visit for anyone who wants to savor the true cuisine of Nemi. 09/10/2025: A cozy, warm, and welcoming atmosphere with outdoor seating, incredible, unique coffee, impeccable customer service, and Armando, a kindhearted person like few others... Even if I have to walk a few steps further, the coffee here, accompanied by a delicious homemade dessert, is just what I need to brighten up my day!

15/10/2025: I liked it even before the renovation, and even more so now. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the spacious, pleasant space makes you want to linger at the tables, both inside and outside.

30/09/2025: Excellent Roman cuisine. Dedication in the preparation of the dishes. If you like Roman cuisine, I recommend it. Fair prices, good food. They should just offer a few more beers or wines. Otherwise, it's a great place, small but ideal for an intimate dinner... based on pajata!! I've already been back and will go again... the tripe... so good.

18/10/2025: I frequented it several times, both pre- and post-COVID. It seems to be recovering now, but it used to be better. The menu has been expanded, from pizza only to some Roman dishes. The aperitif glass of white wine is no longer available. The staff is friendly and attentive, although there were a few delays the last time, but nothing major. The pizza is good, as is the quality of the fried foods. Prices are reasonable. Parking is difficult.

12/10/2025: Near Villa Pia and many other hospitals in the Monteverde and Trastevere area. Off the daily menu (TODAY PASTA AND FACIOLI!!) Lunch and dinner 10 euros. Authentic Roman neighborhood osteria and pizzeria!!!

10/10/2025: We chose the tasting menu and were thrilled: each course was a small masterpiece, with original pairings, excellent ingredients, and impeccable attention to both plating and service. A truly exquisite gastronomic experience.

23/09/2025: I went to this place for lunch today. It's not the biggest, but the pizza tastes really good. Crispy base and plenty of toppings. Really good, highly recommended. The atmosphere is very friendly, welcoming, and welcoming.

10/09/2025: A place 50 meters from the sea where you can grab a sandwich in the front, but which hides a small seafood restaurant in the back. Don't expect a Michelin-starred restaurant, but rather a family-friendly atmosphere. Where you can eat local seafood at a more than fair price.

04/09/2025: A small, unpretentious restaurant, serving a simple seafood dinner with four first courses and two second courses, all delicious and plentiful. We'll definitely be back.
