28/12/2024: Raro in Frascati is a fantastic spot with a stunning location, especially indoors, where the ambiance is warm and inviting. The food is outstanding, and the service is even better. Waiters are attentive, friendly, and funny. The only drawback is its distance from Rome, but it’s well worth the trip for the amazing atmosphere and incredible dining experience. Highly recommended!

14/12/2024: I wanted a special evening, I searched on Google for a restaurant in Latina and I noticed this restaurant. I called for information and in a very particular way he made me feel like one of the family. I booked a table for two on Wednesday for this Friday evening. The room is private and charming, well lit and with a comfortable internal temperature. They welcomed us in the best way, with education and availability. Excellent table service; cutlery and glasses in the right place. They didn't rush us to choose the menu and this is commendable. Excellent times between one portion and another to allow us to experience the evening. The thing that made me most happy was that they managed to satisfy the demanding palate of the person for whom I had chosen this place and with whom I spent the evening. What can I say: he entered my heart 💓.

01/12/2024: Grazie a The Fork troviamo questo locale molto carino e curato vicino ad un luogo in cui ci rechiamo per fare delle terapie. Ci abbiamo cenato tre volte e abbiamo mangiato sempre molto bene , piatti molto curati , porzioni adeguate e prodotti biologici e non di alta qualità . I prezzi sono un po’ alti ma devo dire che usufruendo quando è possibile della scontistica dell’applicazione diventa veramente molto conveniente mangiare lì ! Ci torneremo sicuramente!!

24/11/2024: We had lunch in this beautiful old oil mill, a very beautiful and evocative place with very kind staff, we took the appetizer from the oil mill, a plentiful and very very good dish, really tasty ravioli with porcini mushrooms and cheese cream and fried artichokes, a delicacy!!!! Excellent price/quality!!! Guys, if you pass by here, take advantage of it!!! RECOMMENDED 👍

IMPRESSIVE the product he creates!! Among the best pizzerias I've ever eaten, impeccable product, the focaccia in the starter I could have eaten a kilo of, nothing short of exquisite. The products are excellent and of high quality, both the truffles and the porcini mushrooms, the bacon and the sausage, I was surprised at the quality they serve. The restaurant is a wedding favor, I believe, among the most beautiful places where I have eaten, all stone on wood with a breathtaking view of the lake. The Owner is a champion, kind, friendly and helpful like his partner Nico, impeccable in his service, kind and very attentive to customers, his son is also smart and impeccable at his work. They are a really, really strong team. I know many details because in 5 days of camping I ate 3 days at their place, soon I will be returning as a guest of a boy who lives there and I hope to be able to eat another pizza again!! 😍🤤 If you are looking for a product made with care and love then this is your place. Simple rooms (empty) without fridge and this is a problem especially in summer, lack of services such as the basic bubble bath and company, but the worst is in the streets that lead to the rooms... dark enough to have to turn on the cell phone light and muddy views the rain, but the most disconcerting thing was the dinner with a fixed time at 8pm and not after (something not said at the time of booking) but the best part comes again, the tractor early in the morning at 8am in front of the bedroom window...lack of absolute respect for those who come with the idea of ​​relaxing. Absolutely rejected!!! Better and quieter places in the area

11/12/2024: We had our 3 day wedding weekend here and I can't speak highly enough of the venue and all it's staff. From the brilliant wedding team to the bar and restaurant staff and everyone else on site, they were amazing throughout the entire planning process and across the 3 day celebration. Not only were they beyond helpful, but they were also genuinely lovely people and really made the weekend for us. We had the unfortunate luck to have a sudden flash downpour just as our ceremony finished and all the staff at the Borgo sprang into action and used their own vehicles to ferry all 100 guests between the church and the reception location. This is just one example of how they went above and beyond for us. The venue is so stunning and the perfect place to celebrate an amazing wedding weekend with your loved ones. And the beautiful food and drink was delicious and plentiful throughout our weekend. We could not have asked for more and all our guests were blown away and said it was the best wedding they had ever attended.
