24/07/2025: I've been to this place several times over the years, always in "evening" situations, to be honest. Today, confident I wasn't making a mistake, I went for a simple aperitivo. We sat on the terrace, started chatting, and I immediately noticed that no one paid any attention to us (if we hadn't asked to order, we could have stayed there for another 30 minutes without drinking or eating anything). Afterwards, we ordered and were told that the aperitivo package included one drink each and a platter. The platter was described as a great platter, but what actually arrived was a very meager platter: in short, €15 each for a juice, and that paltry amount wasn't appreciated by us. Furthermore, they brought us our drinks and platter without even a napkin, two pieces of cutlery, or a plate. I'd never had an aperitivo where I had to pick up everything with my hands (especially the huge slices of ham, which needed cutting) and had to use my Tempo tissues, which luckily I had in my backpack. And let's be clear: I love eating with my hands, but there are different situations, and usually the customer is left to choose whether to use their hands or cutlery. I'm writing this review not out of sheer bullshit, but to point out that what we had for aperitivo today isn't in keeping with the place, or at least with the image it's portrayed as. I expect superficiality and little attention to detail from this kiosk, which presents itself as exactly what it is: a rustic, down-to-earth place where you sit on the floor and eat pieces of ham with your hands and drink a beer. I should add that when scanning the QR code to view the menu, we ended up on an incomprehensible, confusing website where you can't click on practically anything. Again: is it possible that nowadays they can't create a simple, accessible, and functional menu? Otherwise, we'll go back to the menu, which worked very well anyway!

24/07/2025: We organized an aperitif for a graduation, including cocktails, cake, and sparkling wine. We were hosted on the venue's terrace, which was very charming and charming. The staff was very flexible with the menu selection and accommodated our needs. The buffet was appreciated by both us and our guests, as were the cake and cocktails. There were a few small service glitches, but these can happen to anyone and were promptly corrected and resolved by the staff. Good value for money. Overall, it was a wonderful evening, where we had our own space and time. I recommend it for more informal celebrations or evenings with friends.

07/08/2025: On Sunday, September 24, 2023, after my thirteen-year-old son's friendly soccer match, even though we live in Lavinio, we decided to have lunch at this Sicilian Delicatessen, and we were right. Everything we ate was excellent, and we'll be back for more Sicilian specialties. Congratulations on the excellent value. Since September 2023, I've been going there often for arancini and other specialties.

22/07/2025: The cannoli are excellent, the only true Sicilian ones in Latina! The arancini are also delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful.

23/08/2025: We stumbled upon this place by chance, and it was a delightful discovery. The food was excellent; the porchetta-filled ravioli were fantastic. I recommend trying the generous "Cueva" appetizer: everything was delicious, and the cured meats were truly excellent, from another planet. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, from the skilled chef to the young man who served us. We'll be back.

08/08/2025: We had dinner at this small restaurant. Unfortunately, we didn't have parking nearby, but next time we'll follow the chef's advice. The place where we ate was in a very charming underground cellar. We enjoyed all the courses, the inevitable porchetta and the Roman pasta dishes; the fillet steak was also very good. The only downside is the bathroom, which is a bit inconveniently located if you're eating in a cave. Overall, we had a great evening and will definitely return.

25/08/2025: Everything is very good, the coffee, cappuccino and brioche are just one problem: when you go to the counter you have to queue in two lines, one for the coffee or cappuccino and another for the brioche, which is very annoying.

13/08/2025: Today we stopped at Ristorante Gaetano in Capranica, where we found a warm welcome from the staff, excellent service, and SUPERB food: everything delicious and homemade. Highly recommended to anyone visiting this mountain town just a stone's throw from Rome.

11/08/2025: Having reached Guadagnolo as our motorcycle tour destination, we decided to stop at the Ristorante da Gaetano in Capranica Prenestina. Well, the reviews spoke for themselves, but I have to say it exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant was very spacious. We started with the appetizers: cheeses, cured meats, ricotta, and perfectly seasoned tomato bruschetta. We continued with the first courses, with excellent agnolotti with meat sauce, and to finish with desserts: tiramisu and millefeuille deconstructed. A special mention also goes to the oil used for the dressing. Everything was excellent! We will definitely be back.

01/09/2025: Unfortunately, the pizza was hard, greasy, and had a hair in it. In terms of value for money, it's very expensive.

27/08/2025: Second day in Rome, although we have been to quite a few places to eat already, this is the restaurant with the most delicious food, the friendliest staff and boss, and the most fun atmosphere. This is one of the restaurants recommended by our hotel when we asked for a place where locals eat. This did not disappoint!

07/09/2025: A very charming cocktail bar in the center of Ostia. Perfect for an aperitif or after-dinner treat, it's a great way to end the evening.

28/08/2025: I stopped by because it was near my hotel. The owner was incredibly welcoming, and the staff were all friendly. I ordered carbonara and sirloin steak. I was happy to be able to choose the steak done to my liking, and everything was delicious. The tiramisu for dessert was also delicious!

25/07/2025: Una sorpresa agradable, un verdadero sabor festivo innovador de primo romano con un giro, intrigante a la vista y una fiesta para su paladar. Para colmo ofrecen excelentes cócteles. No me sorprendería que IT convierta en una visita obligada para todos los visitantes y locales. El personal es adorable y muy atento, se encargan de todas sus necesidades. Sin duda volveré una y otra vez y otra vez!

20/06/2025: Rude and unprofessional staff, menu with little choice and at 8.30pm, with two tables occupied in the whole place, part of the menu was “finished”; prices absolutely too high for the quality.

04/06/2025: Amazing...you experience a retro atmosphere...burlesque at its best...music...songs...what can I say? You spend an evening that is very different from the usual ones. To be experienced.

09/08/2025: If you like Filipino food you need to eat here. We ended up going here twice for lunch and enjoyed it both times. The staff were friendly and the restaurant was clean with air conditioning!

04/08/2025: Nice, clean Filipino restaurant just a short walk from Vatican City. After a week of Italian food, it was such a comfort to enjoy familiar flavors. The dishes were tasty and hit the spot—definitely worth a visit if you’re craving Filipino food in Rome.

02/07/2025: If someone asked me where to find the worst pasta in the world, I’d probably say here. The pasta we had was incredibly bad — after just a couple of bites, I couldn’t eat any more. Honestly, how do you manage to serve such terrible pasta right in the heart of Italy? If you truly want to enjoy pasta or pizza in Italy, avoid the touristy central spots like this one. Instead, look for more humble, local places tucked away in the side streets. They usually offer better food, more authentic service, and fairer prices. Here, not only was the quality disappointing, but the service also felt arrogant and careless — and on top of that, it was more expensive than average.
