30/05/2025: Spartan place. We went to eat with several people, the food was really very good and refined, the only flaw was the staff. They seemed quite annoyed in having to serve us, a shame, because the quality is definitely superior. The environment in line with what was declared, the only flaw was the little space between the chairs and the wall. All in all a 4 star seems like an excellent compromise to me.

08/05/2025: What can I say... I approached the counter asking if it was possible to remove the coriander from the first courses, I was told that at the moment (lunch time) it was only possible to have brunch/breakfast and that therefore the coriander wasn't there. We order two English breakfasts and two beers. The beers very good, the breakfasts were full of coriander. So, first of all, I have never seen an English breakfast with coriander (beans, fava beans, frankfurters, eggs) and secondly, we had been explicitly told that breakfasts didn't have it. Well, that sucks. Hardly eatable. We didn't say anything because the dish would have to be completely redone and we understand that it could be a significant loss for the manager but we wasted 14 euros each. Very bad experience. We felt cheated. Half of Italians hate coriander. Change job. In one of the photos that little green pile is the amount of coriander that we removed from just one of the plates. Oh mama. We won't be coming back again. Furthermore, that frankfurter was probably a really poor product from the discount store.

11/05/2025: Informal but very refined environment in the heart of via Mattia Battistini. It's always a pleasure to return to Oysteria, you can eat excellent fish and the service is exceptional, attentive and polite and can give excellent advice. Outdoor and indoor tables have nothing to envy of the restaurants on the coast. Medium-high prices.

11/05/2025: Big disappointment. Attracted by the reviews we go for a Sunday lunch with the family. Courtesy and kindness, but the Roman trattoria is something else. We take 3 simple first courses, they arrive after 5 minutes with pre-cooked pasta (the place is full, it's Sunday), 2 saltimbocca with slices of pork (??!! perhaps a revisitation?), just enough oxtail, semi-raw grilled vegetables with strong oil, "blunt" and fairly sour house white wine. Prices in line with those of Rome. If you really can't find anything better...

Organizzazione ottima con le Sig.re Marianna e Valeria (che sanno indirizzarti con molta esperienza su quello che è migliore per l'occasione). Location meravigliosa e cibo super gustoso. Personale qualificato e gentilissimo. Consigliatissimo.

20/05/2025: Contrario – Vineria con Cucina turned out to be one of the best surprises of my stay in Rome. A few steps from the Colosseum, but with prices that are decidedly more honest than many tourist places in the area. I tasted the best tonnarello of the whole holiday: perfectly cooked, authentic flavor and generous portion. The service was friendly and attentive, without too many frills but effective. The wine selection is exceptional, with many interesting labels and well-targeted recommendations from the staff. A restaurant that combines quality, a relaxed atmosphere and a central location. Highly recommended!

17/05/2025: Alex and his team have made this restaurant a perfect mix. It can satisfy the many tourists but above all the refined palates ready to spend a little more to eat well, very well, but above all to drink magnificently. 17/05/2025: Senza troppi giri di parole Taglia e Coci è a mani basse il.miglipr ristorante di carne della capitale. Ampia scelta di carne di prima qualità, ma non è tutto...eccezionale anche il resto del menù e servizio impeccabile con ragazzi gentilissimi . Se volete mangiare bene e passare una serata davvero piacevole, questo é il posto giusto E andando in giro in tournè con i Tiromancino di ristoranti ne ho provati a migliaia. ! Federico Zampaglione

11/05/2025: Very nice restaurant! Characteristic with an excellent atmosphere.. the staff is impeccable, friendly and very kind! The meat I must say is very good! The spectacular tartare! They also let dogs in. We will definitely be back!

28/05/2025: Got roped into this place like all the restaurants around these touristy areas do. The host promised free limoncello if we dined in. That they did which was cool. However the food was just okay compared to other authentic Italian restaurants. The atmosphere was good. BUT, at the end of our meal after we were served our desert, while some in our group were using the restroom we were told our seats were needed. I understand the lunch rush was picking up, but no paying customer should ever be asked to give up their seats. Thus my poor review.

06/06/2025: Great experience and beautiful surprise in this restaurant in the heart of Bracciano. Fast and friendly service. The welcome aperitif was much appreciated, the first courses were excellent (porcini and truffle fettuccine and lobster spaghetti) and the second courses were also excellent (octopus Catalan style and very tender beef). The wine list was also good. Recommended for the quality of the food, an elegant restaurant. We will definitely be back. For the second time in this restaurant, we confirm the excellent experience of the first time. Very friendly staff and very well presented and delicious dishes. The welcome aperitif was very elegant, tagliolini percorsi 39 and ricotta and herb ravioli with truffle were excellent. Excellent fried fish and fresh and summery Mediterranean octopus. The white wine offered as a pairing was excellent. Prices in line with the quality of the cuisine. We will be back!

06/06/2025: And one of those places that I will never forget... "excellent" food! There is a lot of work behind it and a lot of passion. Compliments to the chef for his cuisine and all the staff. Very good! I came back last night, and it is a certainty! One of my restaurants in the heart.

31/05/2025: Today I ate at this restaurant for the first time. I ordered a fettuccine Alfredo which was quite tasty and we were served it with a dip with extra parmesan. The quantity was satisfactory and the dish was quite tasty. We also got a bruschetta with tomato and olive oil, which was the bread they brought as a cover but toasted. In this case it was overcooked, something like a rusk, something that did not allow you to bite into it without it dissolving and the ingredients falling off it. Quite mediocre in taste and even worse in execution. However, the disappointment came from the pinsa that was served to us and I have uploaded the relevant photo, because the dough was completely raw. We went when they were opening and apparently the oven had not yet reached the appropriate temperatures and as a result the dough was not baked as it should have been. The thing is that this mistake could not have been missed by the pizza chef, who probably thought... tourists are a gift, let's not throw it away. The worst thing was that due to the time and day, the shops around were closed and I was forced to eat it. A polite service could have helped the situation but unfortunately the children were rather tired and did not even bother to respond to the thank you we said to them when they came to our table, to leave a plate or to take one. I have never made a negative review for a human error or for such delicious food because it is something that can happen and is respected. But rudeness and serving raw food clearly goes through your hands and for me it is not forgiven. The good thing is that Rome is full of good shops that value and respect themselves and consequently the customer... so arrivederci la grande bellezza!

24/05/2025: Visité este restaurante dos veces en una reciente visita a Roma, que estaba cerca de nuestro hotel, en Via Flavia, no lejos de la estación Termini. La comida y el servicio eran excelentes, comida casual, bebidas, o la experiencia italiana completa. Nada fue un problema. Sentado fuera de la gente mirando sobre deliciosa pizza y una botella de rosado a un precio razonable. Puedo recomendar.

26/04/2025: I had the opportunity to attend this club for a hen party of a dear friend of mine, beautiful atmosphere... we attended the burlesque show and the show obtained by the owner; excellent artists, refined cocktails and an environment with attention to the smallest details.
