22/08/2025: A place surrounded by greenery. Just a few kilometers from the stunning Torre Astura sea. Very welcoming rooms, with a modern and innovative design. All the necessary comforts are present, without being pretentious, of course, considering it's a B&B. We stayed in the Green Suite. In my opinion, every detail was meticulously designed and beautifully appointed. The cleanliness is nothing short of astonishing. The perfect location to unwind and find some peace and relaxation. The owners are helpful and friendly. I recommend this experience to everyone.

21/11/2025: Everything was good, from the atmosphere upon entry to the bill upon leaving. The food was all good; I had the penne alla brigante, a bean and broccoli soup with baked bread and the roast lamb... everything was very good, and the waitress was kind, smiling, and very courteous... I recommend it.
31/10/2025: The location is a bit dark, the service is fast, this time the dishes disappointed me a bit, the steak was not cooked well, the price was a bit higher than usual.

09/11/2025: We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance on a street corner after arriving late in Rome. And what a discovery it was when we walked in! A warm welcome, fish specialties with dishes each more delicious than the last (respecting and showcasing the quality of the ingredients), and a very pleasant atmosphere (dining with the local regulars). A special mention goes to the tiramisu for two—pure bliss!
In four days, we went three times. So if you're ever in the Vatican area, take a detour to discover this gem of a restaurant; you won't be disappointed. As soon as we're back in Rome, we'll be returning with great pleasure.

19/10/2025: Every restaurant has its own approach. If you want a menu where, for example, you charge €2.50 for a coffee or a bottle of tap water, that's fine. Or expensive entrees, that's fine. But then the service and the location must be top-notch. Instead, the tables are packed and there's no room for anyone to pass, with those at the next table sitting with you. The server is clearly struggling. As for the entrees, the bill... everything is so difficult.

01/12/2025: We tried the tasting appetizer platter. It was good, but we would have liked to try more varied dishes; many of the options were typical appetizers like mussels or seafood salad. It was a sufficient amount to eat without needing to order more courses.
19/10/2025: The owner Luca is kind and welcoming, the professional staff is always attentive to the management of the table, the food is exceptional, the quality/price ratio is excellent, and the wines are not to be outdone.

16/12/2025: We went there for dinner. One of our family members has celiac disease. The waiter immediately changed her placemat to a different color to avoid any confusion. The food, whether gluten-free or not, was excellent. The gluten-free pizza was even the best we had in Rome. The waiters were very funny and kept us entertained with their jokes without being intrusive. If we're ever in Rome again, we'll definitely come back.
15/12/2025: Excellent! My partner and I, who can't eat gluten, came and it was spectacular. I recommend it 100%.

Traditional food, well-prepared. Memorable gnocchi and shank. Zero wait time. The owner is kind and very friendly.

09/11/2025: Cucina con Vista is one of Frascati's finest restaurants: excellent dishes, an elegant setting, and impeccable service. An experience that combines taste, attention to detail, and atmosphere, perfect for a quality dinner.
12/09/2025: The chef has changed; now they're more focused on showcasing local products and cuisine, but the food is still top-notch.
Excellent service under the guidance of the longtime maître d', always attentive to the customer and whose choices you can rely on.
The location is incredible: views from the castles over much of Rome. The sunset, on clear days, is unforgettable.
The prices aren't cheap, but they seem reasonable.
It's not the first time we've dined there with family and friends, and we've never left disappointed.
