03/09/2025: If there's one place in Rome I always love returning to, it's Il Papetto on Gianicolense. I don't know if it's the family atmosphere, the consistently friendly service, or the quality of the fish, but every time I go there I leave with a smile and a happy belly. It's one of those restaurants that makes you feel at home, without too many frills, but with an incredible attention to flavor and fresh ingredients. The first time I went, the name intrigued me, but it was the aroma that wafted from the door that won me over. As soon as I sat down, I immediately noticed the courtesy of the staff: smiling, helpful, and ready to offer advice without ever being intrusive. And I must say, their recommendations have always turned out perfectly. The seafood appetizers are, in my opinion, Papetto's real strength. Fresh, varied, and lightly prepared, they're a riot of flavors without ever being heavy, and they open your stomach for the following courses. I've tried the raw fish several times, and I must say the quality of the fish is exceptional: you can taste that it's been carefully chosen. The cooked dishes are also fabulous, with simple yet thoughtful combinations that enhance the natural flavor of the sea without overpowering it. Every bite seems to tell a different story, and that's rare. The mussels deserve a special mention: simply fantastic. The broth they're served in is unforgettable. It's balanced, light yet flavorful, with a final touch that makes you want to mop up every last drop. The first courses are equally extraordinary, maintaining simplicity and complexity at the same time, with that common denominator: fresh ingredients. It's clear that behind them is a particular attention to detail and the harmony of flavors. The atmosphere is simple, welcoming, and refined, unpretentious but with a warm feeling that immediately puts you at ease. There's nothing forced: it's almost like dining at the home of friends who love to cook well and share their passion. Ultimately, Il Papetto is one of those restaurants that makes you want to return again and again. I recommend it to anyone who loves fresh fish, authentic flavors, and the pleasure of being pampered by attentive and sincere service. For me, it's become a go-to in Rome, a place where I know I'll eat well and leave satisfied. My recommendation, of course.

12/09/2025: There's room for improvement. We had dinner on a Saturday night, and perhaps we didn't make the best choice for the day of the week. The place was super crowded and clearly in a rush. We sat down and had to wait over 20 minutes just to order, and on top of that, we had to call the waiter ourselves! The service was young, but still not very cheerful. Overall, the dishes were good.

The drinks are high quality and made with noticeable effort, they taste great either way. 10/10 would come again, highly recommend it to passers by.

23/08/2025: I knew I could get delicious ice cream in Italy. But Lolla Gelato takes it to the next level! They celebrate this art. Every flavor I tried was outstanding. Not overly sweet, not artificial, not watered down. Rather, it was a symphony of natural and, above all, local flavors, like blackberry, fig, or peach. For me, one of the best ice cream parlors in the world! Excellent, keep up the good work!

08/09/2025: We got married on September 6th and it was an unforgettable day, thanks in part to this wonderful location nestled in the Sabina countryside. The view is breathtaking, the estate is meticulously maintained, and the staff was always kind and attentive to all our guests. Everyone complimented us on the food and the beauty of the location, which also treated us to an unforgettable sunset on Saturday. The estate offers the option of having a different space for each moment of the celebration, which in our opinion is another plus, in addition to the quality of the service. A special heartfelt thank you to Isidoro, Domenico, Eleonora, and Antonio, who assisted us from the very beginning, step by step, throughout the preparations and the reception, with the utmost care and kindness. We truly felt at home. We'll be back for our anniversary ❤️

02/11/2025: Given its high Google rating, we wanted to try the croissant and coffee. The croissant wasn't crispy or fresh. There were barely any fillings. The coffee was average, and you had to wait a long time. The staff was also very negative and rude. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend it.

08/10/2025: Spanish family from Granada. We ordered gnocchi, pizza, and calzone. Everything was delicious and the service was wonderful. My 65-year-old mother was delighted. What better recommendation than that? Congratulations on your business!

While everyone else is vying for an ever-growing market share, only a few places manage to give you the security and care to feel at home when you're away. And Pizzando is not only AIC certified, but also a place where you feel cared for and pampered in every way. Homemade pasta, fantastic fried foods, and delicious desserts are just the tip of the iceberg; beneath it lies an immense love for good food and extreme attention to detail, where every bite becomes an intense taste experience. If you're in Bracciano, this is the place for you, with almost the entire menu available in gluten-free and lactose-free versions. Highly recommended

04/11/2025: You can see in the photo where the bonus came from. I decided not to stay home and grabbed dinner out — best decision of the day! The pasta with clams was amazing — light, flavorful, just perfect. Love it when an unexpected surprise lets you treat yourself like that!
