10/09/2024: Primi strepitosi serviti in porzioni che più generose non si può, sfamerebbero un camionista con il verme solitario. Materie prime eccellenti, nonostante preferisco il guanciale croccante non ricordo una Amatriciana più buona di quella mangiata qui, assaggiato anche le fettuccine ai funghi di un amico a dir poco commoventi, mi son promesso di ritornare per spazzolarmene una scodella da solo. Quello che però mi ha fatto innamorare sono state le patate, talmente buone di loro che giuro potrebbero essere servite anche senza condimento! Servizio accomodante e prezzi nel complesso anche troppo umili ed onesti. Spero di tornare presto in questo patrimonio culinario.

02/12/2024: Molto accogliente , 2 ragazze brave e gentili per una saletta con panorama esterno molto affascinante. Sala piccola ma carina. Vino della casa rosso in bottiglia. Antipasto misto ben equilibrato , chitarrine ai funghi porcini ( tanti ) , ottimi. C'è anche un mini tiramisu' graditissimo , pasticceria secca ben fatta , insomma si sta bene, si mangia bene , non si spende tanto , di questi tempi NON è poco. Bravi !

01/12/2024: We came here without a reservation and, luckily, we found the last two seats available. Even though the restaurant was fully booked and the staff was reduced due to illness, we were struck by the courtesy and impeccable service: it was explained to us with great honesty that the first courses could be delayed, while the grill was immediately available. We took the advice and had grilled meat and vegetables brought to us immediately, and then enjoyed some porcini ravioli as a second course. The food was plentiful and excellent, even the desserts were delicious! Thanks to all the staff for their professionalism and friendliness. Highly recommended.

04/09/2024: We were there by chance on Friday 30.08 Friendly staff (they sat us down and immediately gave our two little dogs something to drink). Really nice and kind owner. Fantastic food. I recommend all you can eat Very good meat Perfect service. Excellent quality-price ratio

We took an unlimited cut menu and I must say that the quality of the meat was good, obviously in relation to the price, but still a decent product. The owner is very kind and available for all our needs and knows how to put people at ease. Satisfied with the evening!

02/11/2024: Location ricavata alla meglio sia dentro che fuori. Praticamente si mangia adiacente ad un marciapiedi con pallet come divisorio. Cucina pessima. Ho preso un battuto di gambero rosa al sapore di limone in quanto era l'unico sapore percepito. Il piatto del giorno consisteva in pasta e patate con le cozze. Si sentiva solo il sapore delle patate, le cozze sono state inserite già sgusciate. Per finire abbiamo preso trancio di ricciola cotto alla piastra con retrogusto di bruciato( piastra non pulita) il vino rosato del Salento raccomandato era un acquisto fatto al supermercato M.A del gruppo Gros di Fiumicino. In una giornata bella come quella odierna oltre noi tre c'erano altre due persone. Meglio un panino e lo sconsiglio vivamente a tutti

03/11/2024: POV, as young people say: you are in Gaeta and you try to extricate yourself from the tourist traps stuck in the fantastic 80s with their clams and always the same preparations. Suddenly you stop in front of Stato Brado and decide that maybe you might like some well-done meat. Gentlemen, well it is limiting. Incredible environment, absurd knowledge of the product, incredible flavors and stratospheric quality. We ate mixed carpaccio, tartare and sliced ​​wagyu and I can't tell you what an experience it was. Top three of my life. Gaeta was in extreme need of these kids.

I was very pleased with my dining experience and would highly recommend visiting. Located in the immediate vicinity of the Trevi Fountain, this restaurant offers an ideal location. (It's nice to find an authentic, non-tourist trap restaurant near a monument.) Cons: The space is relatively small, which can lead to some proximity to neighboring tables. Positives to note: One staff member speaks French and is very helpful.

Molto graditi, giusto equilibrio di sapori; spaghetti alla carbonara buoni! Hanno un menù ricco x tutti i gusti! Consigliato!!!
