09/09/2025: An authentic Italian place, a culinary experience that I recommend.

04/09/2025: This place is AMAZING!! We had the best board here, the pesto was my favorite in all of Italy (and i tried a LOT). Very affordable (€40 for 2 glasses of wine, a cantina board for two, a coke, and a water). The perfect lunch for us, they made our board fresh & even let us try a slice of prosciutto while he prepared it freshly shaved! Amazing experience for our last few days in Rome.

10/06/2025: Empty ice cream shop I asked the gentleman to let me taste a flavor he let me taste it, I didn't like it and I asked him to try another one he said NO, YOU CAN IMAGINE (he wasn't joking, just very rude). He gave me the second flavor in the cup with a mini portion and didn't even put the biscuit in it. I will never go back, with such rude staff, there are a thousand other very good ice cream shops like Guttilla which has a very high quality of ice cream, much larger portions and always friendly staff The owner's response that says I was asking to taste all the flavors is a lie, I had asked for ONLY ONE, I didn't like it and I asked for another one which is very normal in other ice cream shops. If you appreciate sincere reviews be equally sincere in your answers. I'm not from the other ice cream shop, I'm simply a person who cares about warning others when the service is poor, as I would like to be warned. The advice from the other ice cream shop is intended as a help to those looking for an ice cream in the area that is accompanied by cordiality and respect towards customers. Go and get it too if you are interested in improving your relationships with customers, take it as a refresher course to make my bad experience in your location constructive. Best regards❣️🥰

15/08/2025: Very atmospheric and soulful. Despite the fact that almost all the places were occupied by reservation, there were places for our whole family. I recommend!!! You will never go hungry!!! 👍👍👍

27/08/2025: I dined at this restaurant a few nights ago to try the Pinsa. The Hard-boiled Pinsa and the Capricciosa were terrible. All the ingredients were of the lowest quality, and overall, both Pinsas were disgusting! The ham was off-color, the salami slice was fatty and too thin, the tomato tasted like nothing, as did the artichoke, egg, and pancetta. Furthermore, they write on the menu that the water is microfiltered, but instead they served us slightly chilled water that tasted like tap water. Truly a terrible experience; I wonder how they can keep up with such disgusting food. I understand a tourist from the other side of the world who might not realize what they're eating (either because they're tired or hungry after a long day), but I hope a Roman will immediately realize that this is a place to avoid! Instead, I recommend the Pinsa at Gran Caffè Roma, which I tried a couple of weeks ago. The new management makes an exceptional Pinsa Amatriciana with quality ingredients and delicious tomatoes. Not like these makeshift ones. Photos and receipt attached.

24/08/2025: I have to say the pinsa tastes good, and it's leavened well... But in my opinion, it's overpriced compared to other places in the area... and then you have to sit outside on the street. Obviously, this is the subjective opinion of someone who takes the family out for pizza.

02/08/2025: Beautiful atmosphere, super kind and helpful staff, a truly Roman atmosphere. I had a great time; I found a seat right away, and the service was very fast. Clean and quiet, almost elegant (though I went in very shabby). Spotlessly clean bathrooms. I've attached my receipt to show how much better the quality is than the price. Very cheap for the delicious food (the carbonara dish).

13/06/2025: From bad to worse! This is how I promised to start my review to the people who were there. We discovered this place by chance on a hot and sunny day in Rome. My parents and I were pretty tired and hungry, but at that time and with that heat, we couldn't find a suitable place. I used Google out of desperation and there it was. We went in and the atmosphere was already welcoming and friendly. My parents were thrilled by the presentation of the side dishes and the possibilities of combining them offered. From that day on, this became our regular meeting place. My parents were so thrilled that they also bought vegetables to eat at home in the evening. What can I say... I can only recommend it further. Everything was delicious, fresh and genuine. The pici with black garlic was a wonderful discovery! I hope to be able to return to Rome soon because I will recommend this place to anyone and it's on my list. THANK YOU SO MUCH. SEE YOU SOON

01/06/2025: WOW! If you want to experience what's it like to walk into an Italian nonna's kitchen, this is your place. They have multiple dishes prepared and you choose your primary and then sides. Despite being made in bulk, the food is very good. It's a small place, but intimate and authentic. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They also have a small market inside with fresh fruits and vegetables if you want to take something with you while you explore Rome. Highly recommend!

25/08/2025: A great experience. The quality of the cuisine is excellent, with dishes prepared with flavor combinations that make even the simplest dish a masterpiece. The service is excellent, as is the friendliness of the staff, in a very welcoming setting. The quality/price ratio is excellent. I recommend it to everyone.

24/08/2025: Excellent, quality food. The service and the staff's expertise are top priority. You can't be unprepared for a question and say, "I don't know." The prices are certainly high, but the quality is worth it. The atmosphere is elegant and romantic.

02/09/2025: During our week-long vacation in the Viterbo area, we dined at this excellent restaurant twice! Homemade cuisine, superb ingredients used to prepare dishes from appetizer to dessert, quality restaurateurs who cook with passion and extensive experience, all topped off with extreme courtesy and friendliness... what more could you ask for? I highly recommend it!

01/08/2025: Tourist price-gouging. Definitely Avoid. We went with my mother and her two friends. When we received the bill, it was double the price for drinks for us for the same drinks (we asked to see their receipt & our aperol were entered manually). Utterly disappointing and frankly, just thieves.

07/07/2025: In front of the Church of San Saba there is the Holy Trinity of Pizza. The cathedral of the palate where at any hour the pizza is fragrant and crispy. There are the ordinary ones and those with innovative flavors. When in doubt..... all of them!

11/08/2025: The Osteria La Portella restaurant is a family-run establishment located in the center of Sonnino in a beautifully renovated building. We were extremely impressed by the friendly service and the quality of the ingredients. The dishes are exceptional: homemade pasta, Sonnino-style goat, and snails. We will definitely be back. I'm updating this review almost a year later for another truly positive experience. Ignazio, his wife, and his entire family made us feel at home and delighted us with their pasta dishes and a traditional lamb cacciatore. We also discovered the truly remarkable Abbuoto wine from the Monti Cecubi winery. Many compliments and we look forward to returning soon.
