16/08/2025: Fabio, the owner, knows his stuff. The food is fantastic, he's a true general who knows exactly what table to sit at, and his cuisine is spectacular. We ate very well. We were on bikes and the next day we were going to Rome. PS; it's not all downhill from Lake Turano to Rome 😊😊. In fact, there are some significant ups and downs.

20/07/2025: We've been coming here with the family for ages (as well as to the Garbatella location), and we've always been extremely satisfied. What can I say? Excellent quality ingredients, pizza that's rarely found anywhere else in Rome (a cross between an American slice and a classic Roman pan pizza, and trust someone who's had their hands in the dough, it's something worth trying at least once in your life. Crispy, flaky, light yet filling...not much to say...Bonè!) The owner makes you feel at home between a chat and a liqueur, and the service is always super fast, courteous, and attentive. In short...if they could give it 10 stars, I would have...but I can't. Special mention goes to the bruschetta, always expertly topped with seasonal ingredients. One of the best in Rome, without a doubt.

19/07/2025: We reserved a table outside by phone, but when we arrived we decided to sit inside instead, and the owner immediately made sure we were satisfied. Delicious fried food, authentic Roman supplì... "al telefono," breaded with panco. Multi-flavor pizza slices, highly hydrated, with a crispy base, delicious, and served on a round board in the center of the table. Small, but intimate and welcoming. Gluten- and lactose-free options available. Definitely worth a try.

21/05/2025: We spent a really nice evening at La Riserva restaurant. The pizza was excellent, well cooked and tasty, and the restaurant, even though full, did not make us wait thanks to an efficient service. It is a place that I recommend for those looking for an excellent pizza in a welcoming and lively environment. We will definitely be back!

25/04/2025: The top. We eat very well. Especially the fish. Absolutely fair account. Good service although sometimes, being always full, a little slow. Highly recommended. And when the weather permits, choose a table outside.

29/08/2025: A lovely place with a lovely terrace. The fried caciocavallo and bruschetta are delicious. The arrosticini are also delicious, especially the handmade mutton and liver ones. Various Abruzzo specialties are also available. Worth a try.

24/08/2025: The name speaks for itself when it comes to the cuisine... Everything is excellent... lamb, sheep, first courses, second courses, arrosticini, cold cuts, appetizers... excellent service and staff... I highly recommend it.

10/08/2025: We went on a weekday, having booked a couple of days in advance. The restaurant was packed when we arrived. There's a wide selection of appetizers, both raw and cooked. I highly recommend the meat spaghetti, which is truly delicious. The rest is no exception, but those are not to be missed. The owner/butcher is incredibly friendly and, as a true expert, is always ready to recommend the best cut based on your tastes. The service isn't too fast, but that's fine; it's not fast food! Definitely worth a try!

31/08/2025: I'm a regular at this restaurant, having been going there for almost 20 years. Although cooking is an art, and often a difficult one, in all these years I've never had a meal that fell far short of the restaurant's standards, which are significantly above average. I'm a regular restaurant patron because I have a passion for flavor, both local and international, with gastronomic excursions even outside the region. Yet, I think I can safely say that this place is the best for me, for the following reasons: professionalism in terms of hospitality, kindness, and ambiance, excellent culinary skills, quality ingredients, and, last but not least, a quality/price ratio that is unmatched in a restaurant world where most restaurateurs should become robbers.

19/08/2025: Very small place (maybe too small) serving tasty bowls of smoothie-like bases with various toppings. Price isn't cheap, but also isn't extortionate. The peanut butter is a must, along with granola.

08/08/2025: A high-quality pizzeria in a somewhat secluded spot in Centocelle. The Neapolitan pizza is extremely light and easy to digest, and the fried foods and appetizers are delicious. The desserts aren't particularly interesting, but that's the only drawback. The prices are super fair, and you can easily stay under €20.
