11/11/2025: A pleasant discovery in the heart of Latina. A wide selection of meat, fish, and pizza. We ate a mixed antipasto, which, in addition to being truly generous, was fresh and high-quality. The meat was selected directly from the stall, offering excellent value. The wine list offers a wide selection at affordable prices. I definitely recommend it.

07/11/2025: What a great find! Delicious pizza, light and incredibly flavorful, and the prices are truly affordable. The staff is incredibly fast and friendly; you can tell they care about their customers. The atmosphere is welcoming, perfect for a quiet evening with friends.

29/11/2025: Do you want to eat and be moved with every bite? Well then you have to try this restaurant. It's not an inn, it hasn't been recently renovated, but despite the photos I saw before going, it was a unique sensory and emotional experience. I was born in '76 and I felt like I was going out to lunch with my parents when I was maybe 6 or 7 years old and people were different, when the owner would stop between the tables and ask you what it was like? When even the most demanding jobs were done with heart and not just for the money. The owner said, "I don't work for the money, but for the compliments," and trust me, he gets a lot of them and you can see he's proud of what he does. Generous portions and everything was delicious. We had fresh fettuccine with porcini mushrooms and crispy guanciale, then we ordered grilled sausages and arrosticini. You'll dream about fettuccine like this at night, my friends, and the arrosticini were delicious. Anyway, we saw meat served on stone and some creamy carbonara...mmm. We'll be back for the wonderful culinary experience but also to chat with the owner, who...is truly unique. Many, many compliments.

In addition to the truly excellent quality of the food, I'd like to highlight the waiter who served us (I don't remember his name, but he's a man in his 50s). 14/08/2025: A little gem of a restaurant located at the entrance to Valle Pietra. Parking can be a challenge due to the very narrow streets, but I recommend patience because the dining experience is absolutely worth it. The ambiance has a retro charm reminiscent of the 1980s, but it's the food that really sets it apart: from the starters to the main courses, all the way to the desserts, everything is top-notch. The value for money is excellent, with prices more than reasonable for the quality offered. A place I highly recommend to anyone looking for good food in an authentic atmosphere!

26/09/2025: My girlfriend and I are pizza lovers, and this place is a surefire hit! Every time we're in the area, we rush over to try a few pieces. Excellent flavors, reasonable prices, a wide selection, and very friendly service. The pizza is comforting and reminds you of home. The food isn't bad either, and the place is often quite busy.

23/11/2025: I went there for a birthday. Excellent food and beautiful place. We had our own space, just one waiter, attentive but sometime absent, so you had to go to look for someone if you had a request. Music was ok, sometimes too loud. For a big family reunion or big groups of friends is a perfect place where to celebrate and spend your day. The garden outside gives u the possibility to have a walk between dishes.

02/12/2025: Outside, on Via Bergamo, the line is already a declaration of love: patient people, customers constantly pouring out laden with bags, the door that never closes in time... Inside, "I Molisani" is a small treasure chest crammed with baking trays, steam, voices, and aromas that smell more like home than a "trendy" place. I went there to buy vegetables, but I admit that the fried foods are a spectacle, and all that goodness staring at you from the window puts any diet plan on hold. The vegetables I bought aren't just a leaf to clear your conscience. The puntarelle, seasoned to perfection, with garlic that doesn't ask for permission but takes center stage, are excellent, and the chicory, bitter and just the right amount, reminds you that Roman cuisine can be both rough and tender in the same forkful. The lasagna deserves a chapter all its own, with generous portions, well-defined layers, a flavorful sauce, and, above all, none of the minimalism of nouvelle cuisine. Here, the "teglia" (a dish of bread) is an institution, and you can see why it's one of the most popular dishes: it's the classic thing you grab "to share" and then end up holding on to. The beauty of "I Molisani" is that it doesn't make a fuss, it's about substance. It's a real diner, with the pace, rhythm, and humanity of a place where you come to eat well, spend a fair amount, and feel, for a moment, part of a neighborhood. The line outside the little shop isn't a nuisance: it's the prelude to lunch, a sign that something truly good is happening there. And every time I leave here, I tell myself that certain Roman institutions should be protected by law.

14/12/2025: I stopped by by chance while walking around Rome. I was initially thinking of something else, but the lady recommended the Capricciosa pizza. I trusted her, ordered it, and I didn't regret it 😉 It was the first time I'd ever seen a boiled egg on a pizza, and it went quite well with the dark olives, ham, and mushrooms, but the biggest winner was the tomato sauce—delicious! I recommend trying it 😉

16/12/2025: A very beautiful and unique setting. The presence of several "niches" allows for a quiet meal, even when crowded. Having been to a baptism banquet, I can't comment on the à la carte menu, but the dishes were certainly well-presented and very good. Not sparse, but perhaps poorly distributed, making it difficult to understand how to portion them. The staff was well-trained. Overall, a good experience.
