15/10/2024: Pranzo domenicale e prima esperienza a Casa Ruggeri. Pizza strepitosa, soffice e soprattutto a pranzo! Menu bambini con diverse possibilità di combinazioni che accontenta i palati dei più piccoli, patatine buonissime vere e non surgelate! Buonissima la pasta fatta in casa, in particolare modo la carbonara e tagliatelle ai frutti di bosco. Un po’ di delusione le cicorie in cui ho trovato del terreno. Per il resto ho trovato disponibilità e cortesia del personale.

09/09/2024: Sono già stato altere volte e ad eccezione di una, ho avuto sempre grossi problemi con l'attesa, anche per le pizze. Una volta, in una particolare serata di confusione e disattenzione, è stato proprio dimenticato l'ordine (aggiungo che avevo decisamente perso la pazienza al punto che, in onestà, non mi è stato fatto pagare nulla). Stavolta, malgrado i tantissimi coperti, siamo stati seguiti con attenzione e tempi adeguati. Purtroppo però quando paghi 22€ una bistecca, non puoi buttarne più di mezza e cercare qualcosa di diverso dai nervi nella restante ... L'ho fatto presente, ma stavolta non è venuto nessuno a verificare e non ci sono state nemmeno le scuse. Comunque, mi permetto di consigliare più cura ed attenzione prima di servire le pietanze, perché un conto è l'aspetto esteriore, altro è un taglio di carne che viene presentato e il prezzo che si chiede per questo. Peccato davvero perché non posso ritenere soddisfacente un servizio che non ha attenzione a quello che non sempre porta in tavola. Sono disposto a pagare servizio e qualità, ma a patto che ci sia anche nel piatto.

28/11/2024: Dopo aver visitato le grotte ho portato un gruppo di circa 50 persone a pranzo in questa trattoria; quasi tutti sono rimasti contenti. Non c'è molta scelta, c'è un menù turistico con pasta fatta in casa e gnocchi e un secondo di carne con vino bianco o rosso. Con noi c'erano due persone celiache che sono state servite e hanno mangiato senza problemi. Il personale è gentile e premuroso. È chiaro che se volete o intendete mangiare nel lusso.........cambiate aria!!! ma se volete mangiare in una tipica trattoria italiana "old style", siete i benvenuti.

18/12/2024: The environment is that of the old and beloved country trattoria, familiar and welcoming: simply with a more assorted menu. The food is fresh and genuine starting from the egg first courses handmade by Mrs. Bruna with the eggs of her hens. The pizzas are also excellent. The focaccia is amazing. Upon entering you will be captivated by the unique aroma of grilled meats that the owner Nello, who is always present in front of the fireplace, expertly cooks. Chicken, lamb, kebabs, sausages, steaks and loins which in my opinion are unmissable!!! Alone they justify the long journey which I have been tackling with pleasure for many years. I recommend pairing them with the seasonal vegetables that the kitchen offers every day together with fresh, hand-cut fried potatoes. The cellar offers a good choice of labels selected by the owner of the "La cultura del vino" wine shop in Albano. The room is managed very well by Simona, Nello's daughter and the backbone of the place. I am sure that even for just a moment you will feel like you are at home enjoying some specialties prepared with love by your grandmother! Excellent quality-price ratio. Highly recommended! (Better to book)

04/12/2024: Driven by some local indications we tried to have dinner in this place. Large and with parking with many spaces, easily accessible by car. For a light dinner we opted for an entrecote and a lamb with lamb chops, both excellent and of good quality, as well as the artisanal fried potatoes (cut thin and light). Good drinkable house wine and water. Then a dessert (panna cotta with berries), also very tasty. Good value for money, with attentive and fast service. I recommend it if you are in the area.

08/12/2024: I love pizza, and seeing the reviews we stopped in for pizza. Unfortunately it wasn't a round pizza dough. I didn't like it.

20/10/2024: A little hidden place, but nice and the staff is very friendly. What can I say, the food is really very good, we ate fish and it was very fresh. Attention to the dishes, good fish, friendly staff, excellent prices. In short, if you are in the area, don't miss this place, for those who love fish it is a fantastic place, even if they also do land-based cuisine.

30/09/2024: Trattoria for me “Once upon a time”, Alessandra the girl at the tables always available, in the kitchen the parents were super... we ordered six first courses, all different but perfect and delicious... the girls ran around the place having fun 😂 we've already been twice but we'll be back 👍🏻

30/12/2024: We went on a Saturday evening during the 2024 Christmas holidays. Super-full place (ditto the parking available). Good food but the waiters couldn't move between the tables due to the limited space. We will be back but not on a Saturday night.

27/11/2024: We were anxiously awaiting the reopening of the restaurant after the renovation and we were not disappointed at all with our expectations. We found a pizza that was finally digestible even for the weakest of stomachs, the seasoning and cooking had nothing to envy of the most renowned pizzerias in other cities. I recommend the "fried food department", you can feel that they are prepared by hand and are not widely distributed. Table service was quite fast, even though the place was completely full. Compliments!

13/01/2025: The restaurant is very excellent in terms of food, service and staff. I highly recommend going to it, and for anyone looking for Middle Eastern and Arabic food, this is the place to go. The owner of the restaurant was very nice and added some types of food to taste. Thank you very much for this excellent service.
