We ate on May 1st with the fixed menu, very expensive for what you get....
€3. A BITTER DISH!! When they told us it would be free!!!! We asked for bread several times, even insistently. Terrible service, a truly miserable appetizer, not to mention the zeppolina, which was basically a piece of gum. To the owner, I say: Smile, you know him like the handle of an umbrella!

09/06/2026: We went for dinner on Saturday evening, recommended by friends. Perfect advice, I'd say.
We initially had a table in an air-conditioned room facing us, and they quickly accommodated us by offering us an even larger table. They served us very attentively and kindly explained each dish to us. We had four different fish appetizers, all delicious, two fish first courses, a fried dish, and a fish second course.
Furthermore, there was a celiac at the table, and they provide all gluten-free options.
Highly recommended for an excellent dinner in a friendly, family atmosphere.

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the evening; both the pizzas and the first and second courses were delicious.
An excellent choice, especially for those with celiac disease, as they take great care to differentiate gluten-free dishes from those that may be contaminated.

05/05/2026: A Bourbon-style café. We were transported to the Naples of yesteryear (as the name suggests). Pino Daniele, Totò De Curtis, and Dries Mertens would all feel welcome in this charming bar. The bathroom isn't old-fashioned, but it's as old as the phrases on the walls. Good coffee and a fair price (€9.50 for six coffees and a cappuccino). Lots of potential, this is a tired place that could be revitalized, a bit like Balotelli 2015.
13/04/2026: It was a bar that told the story of Bracciano for many years. An '80s-style pastry shop with naturally lit ceilings. A place that saw Bracciano Pino grow into what it was just a few years ago.
Unfortunately, the place is now closed.
Something else will open there soon.

The clerks were particularly unfriendly when it came to answering simple requests. They may be right about the rules of the place, but there are different ways to address customers, and courtesy was lacking here.
30/04/2026: One of the most classic haunts in northern Rome, synonymous with quality and elegance. Top-notch pastry, delicatessen, and ice cream.

01/05/2026: Wonderful breakfast in the heart of Rome. My friends and I felt pampered by the simply excellent service. The woman who served us (we didn't ask her name; she had dark hair and a few tattoos) was incredibly kind and friendly. The lemon special of the month is highly recommended.

We received terrible service.
We ordered three savory dishes and three pastries.
One of the three dishes arrived after 10 minutes; we had to ask several times and waited 45 minutes for the other savory dishes.
As for the pastries, they brought the last ones we had ordered from the next table—of course, Italians—who arrived after us.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

11/01/2026: Two hours to get a pizza, while I watched the takeout orders pass by in front of me. Result: they kept us drinking for two hours, and I repeat: "TWO HOURS" without receiving a pizza. It's a shame because in the end the food was actually quite good. But you have to do something about this long wait problem... Or if you really can't, at least have the good sense to communicate it. Good luck.

09/05/2026: The worst restaurant I’ve been to in Rome: the food was awful! My pasta was completely undercooked, so I politely sent it back, but they just reheated it, instead of cooking a new batch. The stufato was rancid and cut thinly as if to disguise in the brown sauce: I couldn’t eat it. No music, no atmosphere, most of the staff could hardly speak Italian. Avoid!
