12/07/2025: A place in Latina's pub district. We were "hooked" by the friendliness of a staff member who "invited us to look at the menu." I must say, the friendliness won first, then everything else. The place offers a wide selection of drinks and beers, as well as good food. Prices are reasonable. A positive experience.

01/09/2025: Congratulations on this simple and authentic place. The owners are very kind and available to let customers know via WhatsApp if a table becomes available before their appointment. Complete set menu with two starters, two main courses, two side dishes of your choice, water, wine, dessert, and coffee. €10 from Monday to Friday for lunch, Saturday and Sunday for lunch and dinner. Seeing is believing.

02/08/2025: 02/08/2025 The shop has been closed for at least two weeks without even a sign posted in the window explaining the closure; only online does it say "temporarily closed." Truly no respect for the customer... exactly the same behavior as last year... experience teaches you nothing, but perhaps with time you will understand what it means to operate in a free market! 13/08/2024 I am a fan of the products made in this shop, both sweet and savory, and I was already a customer when AMMU was in its previous location, also on Viale Libia. The shop is frequented by local customers (I mean from the neighborhood) as well as people from further away. In this regard, I am writing this review solely to report a poor service that the shop's management could have easily avoided. AMMU has been closed for holidays for a few days now (the shop was certainly already closed on Saturday, August 10th), without even a sign posted. The most serious detail, in my opinion (because it shows a lack of respect for customers who make the journey to Viale Libia) is that, according to the online calendar I'm attaching, the shop should be open this week, the week of August 15th, according to the hours indicated. Unfortunately, this isn't the case. The shop, as I mentioned, was already closed on Saturday, August 10th, and the shelves have been emptied. On the door, there's a simple sign saying "Closed," the same one displayed on the very rare occasions when the shop is closed for lunch (in the summer). We all arrive at the holiday season tired and stressed, but that doesn't justify such blatant disrespect for the customers in August, who are the same ones who come to you from September to July! A very simple "closed for holidays" sign could have been displayed inside, on the window so that it was clearly visible and no one could remove it. Above all, the online hours needed to be changed to prevent out-of-town customers from specifically making the trip to Viale Libia only to find it closed! I hope the right people will take action next year to prevent such a gross blunder!

26/05/2025: Ristorante/pizzeria con vari punti vendita sparsi per Roma. Io sono andato sempre e solo, da ormai 6-7 anni, a questo di Testaccio. Avendo provato sia pizza che pasta, posso dire che, pur se facente parte di una catena di locali, non mi dispiace. Poi, per carità, in ristoranti "singoli" (cioè non facenti parte a nessuna catena) si può trovare qualche plus che in certi locali può mancare. La pizza la trovo molto sottile e croccante. Le fettuccine forse un po' troppo spesse, ma così le fanno e a quello ci si attiene. Il locale è abbastanza grande per mangiare in comodità. E il servizio - con personale che ho sempre trovato diverso dalla volta precedente - celere e cortese. I costi, per finire, li trovo nella media. Nulla da segnalare al riguardo. P.S. Se non erro, da fine inverno/inizio primavera 2025, il locale ha cambiato nome.

09/11/2025: If you are in the area, stop by. Nice place with an old-fashioned atmosphere, good dishes and a fair price. For two of us, we spent 30 euros for two mixed starters (cold cuts, cheese, peppers in oil and olives), three second courses (sausages and sautéed broccoli), wine and water.

05/10/2025: Discovered by chance, it managed to produce great things in its small size. Even today, when I have people over for dinner, I make a good impression with their pizza.

23/11/2025: The food was too spicy and not very tasty, the bread was industrial sliced ​​bread, there were few tables and it felt cramped, and there were pigeons as a nuisance...it's a shame because the location in the park was perfect!

14/11/2025: Visited at 12:30 noon time. Initial plan was getting coffee with something quick to eat. But I saw that tables are ready for lunch so I diverted to lunch. I counted, the operational area outside has about 20+ tables for two (40 people outside) and some 7 inside (15 people). So top capacity at the time was 55 people. Only one waitress. And she isn’t the one curated to work efficiently. Just wandering around randomly and reacting, instead of acting first and being on top of things. I even offered picking up some plates (like cheesecake I later ordered) directly from the counter to overcome the sluggish service. Answer was no. Food quality is worse than expected for such a place. Coffee to go maybe, but I would never come to this pace for more than that. Having said this, I would convert this place to a beauty. Pity, such nice places are managed by incapable people.

08/11/2025: The experience I had at La Terrazza dei Papi is something I will remember for a long time. From the moment I went up to the terrace of the Mecenate Palace Hotel, at Via Carlo Alberto 3, I felt like I had climbed… high, above Rome, with my gaze stretching out over the houses, the domes, the illuminated monuments of the Eternal City. The atmosphere was enchanting: the sunset light played on the ancient tiles and the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, the sounds of the city were low; and the staff, kind, attentive, with attention to detail. When I left, I felt like I had escaped a little from the routine, that I had experienced something authentic: views everywhere, warm service, and that feeling of being in a place that celebrates the moment. I would highly recommend it for a special occasion and I am already thinking of going back.

19/07/2025: Ciaocore is one of those places where you immediately sense the passion of the people who run it. The owner enthusiastically explained the menu to us, explaining the care taken in selecting ingredients and the work that goes into each dish. The sandwiches were truly exceptional, the IPA was excellent, and the arancini, fries, and arrosticini were also delicious. A bistro where quality and attention are evident in every bite. I'll definitely be back!

The selection of beers is of a high standard and the menu offers a perfect mix of typical Sicilian dishes and Roman specialities. The environment is youthful and lively, with music and karaoke that make the atmosphere even more fun. The staff is trained and professional, ready to tackle any type of celebration. I highly recommend this pub for anyone looking for somewhere fun and with a good offering of food and drink. It's a nice and fun place to try!"

04/11/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance after a lovely hike in the mountains above Sora. We were greeted by a scent that wafted all the way down the street, and by the exquisite taste of the young sales assistant who, with care and passion, guided us through a delectable array of delicacies. The tasting confirmed what our eyes and instinct had already discerned!! Splendid, fresh products, flavors that are rare to find. We'll be back soon!!! Bravo!

18/09/2025: I loved the traditional anise bread; it costs €1.30 for a small one. And today I tried a small pie with authentic, homemade apricot jam. Nicoleta is very kind and helpful. If you have room in your suitcase, there are also souvenirs to take home.
