04/11/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance after a lovely hike in the mountains above Sora. We were greeted by a scent that wafted all the way down the street, and by the exquisite taste of the young sales assistant who, with care and passion, guided us through a delectable array of delicacies. The tasting confirmed what our eyes and instinct had already discerned!! Splendid, fresh products, flavors that are rare to find. We'll be back soon!!! Bravo!

18/09/2025: I loved the traditional anise bread; it costs €1.30 for a small one. And today I tried a small pie with authentic, homemade apricot jam. Nicoleta is very kind and helpful. If you have room in your suitcase, there are also souvenirs to take home.

19/10/2025: With a name like that, expectations were certainly high. It's late October, and we expected to find winter truffles, or at least that the waitress would be able to answer our questions about the quality of the truffles. Instead, we never received an answer, and to our disappointment, we were served a plate of fettuccine with a mediocre summer truffle cream that tasted like nothing. We won't be returning.

12/10/2025: Unfortunately, I was looking for fettuccine with truffle, but I got fettuccine with truffle cream. 😔 When I asked why there wasn't truffle shavings on top, I was told it's not the right time. So, if you don't have the restaurant's main course available, Tell me in advance. Or close.

14/11/2025: A historic restaurant in the Castelli Romani, nestled in a splendid natural setting where you can enjoy a stroll. Original dishes, some better than others, are served. The grilled meat isn't always cooked properly, sometimes a bit tough. The porcini mushrooms, when available, and the Nemi strawberries are always good. Last time, the pasta sauce was a bit too thin.

06/11/2025: A perfect cooking technique, but the raw material, "guanciale," is forgettable. The scottadito were perhaps cooked first and then served almost cold, not to mention the flavorless roasted porcini mushrooms. The mushroom risotto was delicious, the service was good, and the staff were kind and helpful. The bill was quite high for the food.

20/10/2025: Terrible. Dirty glasses. We asked the waiter three times to change them, but he just wouldn't budge. I had to get up and ask everyone for permission because the tables were all stuck together. The bathroom was in terrible condition, and the fried food was full of oil. It's a real shame.

19/10/2025: There's a bald, skinny waiter who doesn't pay any attention to you. While other tables got their pizzas in 5 minutes, we waited 30 minutes, and it wasn't that crowded. He snapped when we asked questions. This waiter made our experience a terrible one.

12/10/2025: Here you can find authentic Roman pizza, which is very different from Neapolitan pizza. So if you read "pizzeria," don't immediately make the connection with Neapolitan pizza. Good pizza, reasonable price, service could be a little more attentive and quicker, but that's definitely something that can be easily improved. The place is quiet. If you don't like crowds and throngs, it's perfect. I recommend it.

So if you do not want to participate in a theft from the treasury you know what to do. Plus not even the receipt. I am truly surprised that today there are still such realities. 09/09/2025: Elegance and professionalism always make the difference. We discovered it by chance and were captivated by the atmosphere, which is not typical of the area. Excellent service, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Excellent table service and table settings for a quick aperitif. Good products, meticulously served. The amuse-bouche was very enjoyable and delicious. The wines were recommended given the dish. We will definitely be back for dinner. Parking is available on the street. We returned for dinner, a true experience of tastes, aromas, and very interesting discoveries. Cristian and his team are fantastic, knowledgeable, and kind. 09/11/2025: A trendy, atmospheric place on Latina's pub street with music. Personally, I found it a bit too noisy, even the waiters were sometimes rowdy. It's not a romantic or quiet place, but it's youthful and lively. Service wasn't particularly attentive at first; for example, we ran out of water at our table for a while, but they improved. The menu wasn't very clear; there were some "panellini" (small fried pasta) that apparently were pinsa (small pasta). We had nuggets, which were good and not greasy, just enough to fix the breading, which was a bit flaky. Next up were the meats, a sirloin and an Italian entrecote, both excellent quality and cooked to order. The tiramisu at the end and the wine list were also good. Overall, it's definitely worth it; we'll be back!
