19/07/2025: Ciaocore is one of those places where you immediately sense the passion of the people who run it. The owner enthusiastically explained the menu to us, explaining the care taken in selecting ingredients and the work that goes into each dish. The sandwiches were truly exceptional, the IPA was excellent, and the arancini, fries, and arrosticini were also delicious. A bistro where quality and attention are evident in every bite. I'll definitely be back!

02/05/2025: "I discovered the 'Ciao Core' pub at Axa and I must say that it was a real pleasure! The selection of beers is of a high standard and the menu offers a perfect mix of typical Sicilian dishes and Roman specialities. The environment is youthful and lively, with music and karaoke that make the atmosphere even more fun. The staff is trained and professional, ready to tackle any type of celebration. I highly recommend this pub for anyone looking for somewhere fun and with a good offering of food and drink. It's a nice and fun place to try!"

24/08/2025: It's always a pleasure to eat at this restaurant. There are 7 or 8 other restaurants in the area, but here the service is attentive and punctual, and hygiene and order are top notch. The food is exceptional. Top-quality meat, tasty pizza. Despite the high quality, the prices are more than reasonable. You leave with a full stomach and wallet. It might be the evocative presence of the church across the street, but you'll return home completely satisfied.

13/10/2025: I'll just say they have a jewel in their hands that they don't know how to make shine... A little more care and attention would be enough... The restaurant wouldn't take much to achieve greater satisfaction. The rooms are mediocre if you settle for less, which is a shame because they are certainly spacious. As for breakfast, let's draw a veil over it. Too bad... they're 300 meters from the sea... A little more effort and attention... renovate what's needed and you'd be a hit...

02/06/2025: Siamo tornati quest'anno,l'altra volta nel 2021.Ogni volta che proviamo a tornare non troviamo mai la disponibilità è sempre tutto esaurito.Stavolta ci è andata bene.L'ambiente ci piace e si mangia benissimo.A colazione la pasticceria è artigianale e veramente deliziosa.Spero di avere l'opportunità di tornare ancora.

03/08/2025: The Passi bakery is a historic place in the Testaccio neighborhood. The bread is made with excellent ingredients, just like in the old days. You can also buy excellent ready-made meals. The biscuits and desserts are also delicious, as if they were homemade. If you're in the area, you must visit.

26/09/2025: The location is beautiful, and the rooms, with balconies or terraces, are enchanting. However, we thought we'd spend a day listening only to the sound of the waves. However, the beach staff managed to destroy the beauty and tranquility of the place, causing significant disturbances with a noisy pressure washer they had decided to use to clean the beach umbrellas. Upon our report to reception, the disturbance was only temporarily suspended, resuming after a few hours, with no regard for the guests, some of whom were relaxing on the loungers. At dinner, the quality of the food was barely adequate; we expected much better; for breakfast, they gave us rice milk that was well past its expiration date.

02/09/2025: We stayed at this property at the end of August, and I highly recommend it. The location, strategically located on the sea, is breathtaking. Professionalism and kindness are a winning combination. Marialuisa's wide-eyed hosts are always ready to welcome you and, at the same time, always attentive to ensuring everything runs smoothly. Excellent food. We'll be back soon!

04/10/2025: Just a stone’s throw from my hotel, I popped in for a solo lunch—and I’m glad I did. The interior strikes a perfect balance: stylish yet unpretentious, with a touch of Scandinavian charm rather than overtly Latin flair. I ordered the Roman classic, Amatriciana, and it was superb. The pasta was cooked to perfection, and the tomato sauce was rich and deeply flavourful. For dessert, the homemade tiramisu was among the best I’ve ever had—no surprise, given the restaurant’s Roman roots. The staff were warm and welcoming throughout. Next time I visit, I’ll be sure to try their Carbonara.

10/07/2025: Bella location con i tavoli sulla spiaggia , la sera con vista tramonto sul mare ottimi antipasti e primi piatti, buona carta dei vini con prezzi elevati ma tutto sommato con ricarichi onesti, servizio effettuato da ragazzi giovani educati e attenti. Considerati i prezzi mi è sembrato eccessivo far pagare un supplemento per un tavolo un pò più vicino al mare ma quello che mi ha dato fastidio è la mancata cura nella pulizia dei servizi igienici

06/07/2025: ci siamo stato di domenica alle 15, sicuramente ci aspettavamo il pienone, ma la spiaggia era completamente invasa da lettini e ombrelloni con impossibilita di avere lettino piu vicino al mare ( che tra l altro era sporco come al solito) perche eravamo arrivati dopo gli altri , nonostante diversi spazi di spiaggia libera. Non abbiamo dovuto pranzare ma degli amici aspettavamo da piu di unora nonostante la prenotazione. Spiaggia tenuta peggio rispetto rispetto ad altri lidi con numerosissime cicche di sigaretta e plastica , anche lettini un po piu usurati di altri lidi che offrono servizi migliori allo stesso prezzo. Consiglierei di contingentare di piu gli spazi e gli accessi per rendere piu vivibile il tutto ( compreso la zona pranzo ).

16/09/2025: I went there last night with a reservation (though it wasn't necessary because it wasn't very crowded). I was pleasantly surprised by the kindness of the staff and the atmosphere, which is small but very well-decorated and with attention to detail. On Mondays, there's an all-you-can-eat pizza menu for €10, and we opted for that. It includes a mixed fried appetizer, and the first pizza is your choice, while the rest are made by the pizza chef (drinks not included). The pizza is light, crunchy, and good (it's not the best, but the prices are very fair for what's on offer, and I'd say a better compromise is hard to find anywhere else). Keep it up guys! 👍👍👍

09/10/2025: I decided to celebrate a special occasion with my wife and chose Terrazza dell'Eden on the recommendation of friends who had a wonderful time there a few years ago. The view is obviously the highlight, but the profound disappointment comes from the most important aspect: the menu. I only note that the tasting menu we chose includes a fennel strip (yes, you read that right, fennel) with pink peppercorns and balsamic vinegar as an appetizer, so small it was lost on the plate. The rest of the menu featured three other less-than-memorable mini-tastings, plus a carob dessert. The best part was the wine tasting offered by the sommelier. All for a truly outrageous sum. Especially when you compare the restaurant to other equally prestigious ones in Rome, but more satisfying to the palate (and the wallet). To deserve a Michelin star, the menu needs to be completely overhauled. As much as we're more interested in tasting than gorging, we can no longer accept so few courses made up of such miniscule portions. Furthermore, you run the risk of drinking too much for the amount of food you eat. The service was impeccable, courteous, and helpful. What a shame.

07/10/2025: I’d like to extend my heartfelt thanks but no thanks to the manager for charging us $240.00—despite knowing that our luggage had been missing for two days and we were stuck wearing the same clothes we flew in from the U.S. for over 14 hours. We then had to endure two more days in those same clothes, feeling uncomfortable and embarrassed. I had called ahead to explain our situation, hoping for some understanding or compassion. Instead, we were expected to show up for dinner dressed like that—as if our dignity didn’t matter. The lack of empathy was deeply disappointing.

The cocktail menu is extensive and sophisticated, prepared with professionalism and creativity by skilled bartenders. The service is also excellent, always attentive and friendly. An ideal destination for those seeking a quality experience, perfect for an evening with friends.
