20/10/2025: Terrible. Dirty glasses. We asked the waiter three times to change them, but he just wouldn't budge. I had to get up and ask everyone for permission because the tables were all stuck together. The bathroom was in terrible condition, and the fried food was full of oil. It's a real shame.

19/10/2025: There's a bald, skinny waiter who doesn't pay any attention to you. While other tables got their pizzas in 5 minutes, we waited 30 minutes, and it wasn't that crowded. He snapped when we asked questions. This waiter made our experience a terrible one.

19/10/2025: With a name like that, expectations were certainly high. It's late October, and we expected to find winter truffles, or at least that the waitress would be able to answer our questions about the quality of the truffles. Instead, we never received an answer, and to our disappointment, we were served a plate of fettuccine with a mediocre summer truffle cream that tasted like nothing. We won't be returning.

12/10/2025: Unfortunately, I was looking for fettuccine with truffle, but I got fettuccine with truffle cream. 😔 When I asked why there wasn't truffle shavings on top, I was told it's not the right time. So, if you don't have the restaurant's main course available, Tell me in advance. Or close.

14/11/2025: A historic restaurant in the Castelli Romani, nestled in a splendid natural setting where you can enjoy a stroll. Original dishes, some better than others, are served. The grilled meat isn't always cooked properly, sometimes a bit tough. The porcini mushrooms, when available, and the Nemi strawberries are always good. Last time, the pasta sauce was a bit too thin.

06/11/2025: A perfect cooking technique, but the raw material, "guanciale," is forgettable. The scottadito were perhaps cooked first and then served almost cold, not to mention the flavorless roasted porcini mushrooms. The mushroom risotto was delicious, the service was good, and the staff were kind and helpful. The bill was quite high for the food.

09/09/2025: Elegance and professionalism always make the difference. We discovered it by chance and were captivated by the atmosphere, which is not typical of the area. Excellent service, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Excellent table service and table settings for a quick aperitif. Good products, meticulously served. The amuse-bouche was very enjoyable and delicious. The wines were recommended given the dish. We will definitely be back for dinner. Parking is available on the street. We returned for dinner, a true experience of tastes, aromas, and very interesting discoveries. Cristian and his team are fantastic, knowledgeable, and kind. 09/11/2025: A trendy, atmospheric place on Latina's pub street with music. Personally, I found it a bit too noisy, even the waiters were sometimes rowdy. It's not a romantic or quiet place, but it's youthful and lively. Service wasn't particularly attentive at first; for example, we ran out of water at our table for a while, but they improved. The menu wasn't very clear; there were some "panellini" (small fried pasta) that apparently were pinsa (small pasta). We had nuggets, which were good and not greasy, just enough to fix the breading, which was a bit flaky. Next up were the meats, a sirloin and an Italian entrecote, both excellent quality and cooked to order. The tiramisu at the end and the wine list were also good. Overall, it's definitely worth it; we'll be back!

10/07/2025: Bella location con i tavoli sulla spiaggia , la sera con vista tramonto sul mare ottimi antipasti e primi piatti, buona carta dei vini con prezzi elevati ma tutto sommato con ricarichi onesti, servizio effettuato da ragazzi giovani educati e attenti. Considerati i prezzi mi è sembrato eccessivo far pagare un supplemento per un tavolo un pò più vicino al mare ma quello che mi ha dato fastidio è la mancata cura nella pulizia dei servizi igienici

06/07/2025: ci siamo stato di domenica alle 15, sicuramente ci aspettavamo il pienone, ma la spiaggia era completamente invasa da lettini e ombrelloni con impossibilita di avere lettino piu vicino al mare ( che tra l altro era sporco come al solito) perche eravamo arrivati dopo gli altri , nonostante diversi spazi di spiaggia libera. Non abbiamo dovuto pranzare ma degli amici aspettavamo da piu di unora nonostante la prenotazione. Spiaggia tenuta peggio rispetto rispetto ad altri lidi con numerosissime cicche di sigaretta e plastica , anche lettini un po piu usurati di altri lidi che offrono servizi migliori allo stesso prezzo. Consiglierei di contingentare di piu gli spazi e gli accessi per rendere piu vivibile il tutto ( compreso la zona pranzo ).
