02/10/2025: Historic pizzeria where I used to get red pizzas during recess in middle school. Over the years, the quality has remained unchanged, and the pizzeria is a cult favorite among locals and the Z32 district. I grew up eating Sergio's Pizza, and at 1.90, I grew up well, I'd say! Top!

09/12/2025: It was recommended by a local and it didn't disappoint. Delicious meals in big portions, next to the Coliseum and it's pretty cheap. Everything on the picture was 18 EURs, which is kind of unheard of taking into account how good the food is and where the restaurant is located.

La mia passione è la cucina cerco sempre di cercare posti caratteristici , genuini e di livello: qui i tre fattori ci sono tutti e tre.
I piatti sono prodotti sul momento.
I piatti arriva arrivano sobri.
Gusti equilibrati gustosi e senza strafare.
La carbonara ritengo che sia un perfetto di incrocio di sapori , cremosità perfetta e soprattutto leggera: digerita all'istante.
Un ristorante raro.
La location è fresca al riparo dal sole, si riprende le forze .
Prezzi qualità prezzo imbattibile.
Alla prossima un caro saluto.

14/11/2025: A historic restaurant in the Castelli Romani, nestled in a splendid natural setting where you can enjoy a stroll. Original dishes, some better than others, are served. The grilled meat isn't always cooked properly, sometimes a bit tough. The porcini mushrooms, when available, and the Nemi strawberries are always good.
Last time, the pasta sauce was a bit too thin.
06/11/2025: A perfect cooking technique, but the raw material, "guanciale," is forgettable. The scottadito were perhaps cooked first and then served almost cold, not to mention the flavorless roasted porcini mushrooms.
The mushroom risotto was delicious, the service was good, and the staff were kind and helpful. The bill was quite high for the food.

03/09/2025: They called asking if we were arriving, and we'd been at the table for 20 minutes. The entrees were brought half an hour apart. I told them not to bring my entree since half an hour had passed, and they brought it the same one, and it was cold. The meat was good, but it arrived an hour later, cooked differently than requested, and after they served us, no one was left in the dining room, so we ate without bread or napkins. In all this, only one table had finished eating...

13/10/2025: A good diner. Friendly staff. We went to hear some friends play. The place wasn't very crowded. The burgers were only available by the plate, but all in all acceptable. The pizza, on the other hand...
It's a shame there's no à la carte option, only set menus...
