Excellent experience, a small detail for perfection ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ​We visited this restaurant last night and had a truly rejuvenating experience. It's rare to find such a careful balance between cuisine and hospitality. ​Strengths: ​Welcome: From the moment we entered, we felt welcome. The staff is smiling, attentive, and immediately puts guests at ease without being intrusive. ​Service: Perfect wait times. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and you can tell they have a great passion for their work. ​The Cuisine: Top-quality ingredients. The dishes are beautifully presented, and the flavors are authentic and well-balanced. ​A small tip for the "finishing touch": ​If I really had to find a small flaw in an otherwise perfect evening, it would be the temperature of the meats (tagliatelle and steaks). The quality of the cut was excellent, but contact with the cold serving plate meant that the meat arrived warm, losing some of its juiciness. ​Restaurant tip: It would be the icing on the cake to serve the meat dishes on warmed plates or, even better, on lava stone or Pietra Sollare. This would maintain the ideal temperature from start to finish. ​In any case, it remains a highly recommended place, and we will definitely return with great pleasure. Bravo!

Everything was good, the staff were welcoming and helpful. One flaw was that the cashier forgot to add the coffees to the bill, and as we were leaving the place, we were called back to pay 3 euros for the coffee after having spent 46.00 euros on the bill.

I only ate one pizza but the service was excellent, fast and very kind.

The place was warm, not very noisy, the waiters were kind, the pizzas were excellent, unfortunately the fried foods were too wet with oil and the desserts were not satisfactory.

A great restaurant and pizzeria offering traditional Roman dishes like Gricia and Carbonara, lamb, Jewish-style artichokes, thin-crust pizzas, delicious appetizers, and exquisite desserts. We loved the fried zucchini flowers, cacio e pepe supplì, fried pizzetta, Margherita pizza with buffalo mozzarella, crema catalana, and tiramisu. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is casual.
