The rooster I knew before, I don't know, has changed a bit... apart from the slightly high prices but in this period it's normal. I'm sorry about the portions and service which is a bit halved. But I want to believe that it's a bad period....then they recover stronger than before. Thank you.

A Roma per lavoro, siamo arrivati in serata. Cerchiamo un posto per mangiare vicino al nostro Hotel. Arriviamo e l'atmosfera e la classica da osteria romana. Consigliato dal cameriere prendo un antipasto misto e mi arriva un tagliere di salumi, e 3 terrine con trippa, polpette alla Romana e salsiccia con fagioli. Illegali tutti e 3. Già così sarei stato sazio. Avevo ordinato anche la carbonara e il mio commensale la cacio e pepe. Anche i primi sono di livello davvero alto. Sapori intensi e decisi, con porzioni come si deve. Ti alzi da tavola davvero soddisfatto, e proprietario è anche simpatico. Il conto è nella norma, anzi, per quanto si mangia è più che giusto. Ci siamo tornati anche la seconda sera. Consigliatissimo per chi ama magná..
