13/09/2025: The place isn't very big, but they serve good food and excellent pizza. Tables inside and two outside. The owner is friendly and helpful. The homemade supplì are delicious, and they occasionally make their own Ascoli olives. On-street parking spaces.

10/11/2025: The pizza and meats are good, though a bit pricey. The service is excellent, with polite and attentive staff. It's a shame about the location, which, to maximize space and despite the myriad of tables, could seat you right next to the cash register, making the comings and goings of those paying seem a bit intrusive. P.S.: Not even a €1 discount on a bill of over €300...

07/11/2025: I ordered a Greek salad made with two slices of cucumber, a handful of olives, four cherry tomatoes, and maybe 10 cubes of feta. It cost me 12 euros, which was crazy, and it was served without bread. My colleagues waited 30 minutes for their pizza. My experience was terrible, and I don't think I'll ever go back. I felt cheated with that plate of salad that must have cost maybe 3 euros. Truly shameful.

11/11/2025: We were returning from a trek, and as soon as we entered, we were struck by the welcoming atmosphere of the burning fireplace. The menu features a page dedicated solely to cheeses, a curious thing I'd never seen before. They welcomed us with an entrée of crostini with Patanegra lard and a glass of prosecco, which was much appreciated. The brunette woman who welcomed us was truly knowledgeable and professional, characteristics that are increasingly rare these days. The dishes, in addition to their deliciousness and the selection of local ingredients, were also astounded by the mastery of the combinations of different textures. My compliments to the entire staff; it was a surprise to discover this restaurant, and we'll be back!

26/10/2025: Excellent ingredients, impeccably cooked and served in generous portions, wonderful people who work with passion, and a "nativity scene" town immersed in nature. Sure, it's a bit far from Rome, but it's definitely worth the drive and the wait to relax and enjoy delicious food.

Delicious sweet and savory products, in Rome's beloved styles, and located in a beautiful area of ​​the Testaccio neighborhood, just steps from the square of the same name, perfect for enjoying two crispy pizzas in the sunshine first thing in the morning. Highly recommended.

03/08/2025: The Passi bakery is a historic place in the Testaccio neighborhood. The bread is made with excellent ingredients, just like in the old days. You can also buy excellent ready-made meals. The biscuits and desserts are also delicious, as if they were homemade. If you're in the area, you must visit.

10/08/2025: It's half an hour from Rome. The menu is fixed. We didn't know this, but we were happy to try it. My husband doesn't eat pork, so we let them know, and the staff was very kind and immediately thought to automatically change the dishes that contained it, with great care and kindness. Everything was delicious, but the portions are really large and the dishes are so many. Outside the restaurant, you can take a short walk among nature and animals, great for children. The cow was a bit tender; perhaps it should have a larger home.

10/10/2025: I took my son to a party at this place, which I really liked, at least from the outside! I'd like to go back with my husband... I'll add my thoughts when I do!

21/07/2025: Very nice restaurant on the outside, I booked 2 days in advance, I reserved a table outside, where the quiet and good food transformed the evening very exceptional, I would say... from the appetizers, some ordered the first courses, and some the pizza... everything was good, it was the first time we went to this place... we will return... thanks for everything...

26/10/2025: Location carina dall'aria familiare tenuta bene. Buona la pizza molto leggera e dal gusto delicato, bella la presentazione sul tagliere di legno ,parlo della pizza a metro. Personale gentile. Portate dei primi piatti e secondi abbondanti. Rapporto qualità/prezzo nella media.

10/07/2025: Bella location con i tavoli sulla spiaggia , la sera con vista tramonto sul mare ottimi antipasti e primi piatti, buona carta dei vini con prezzi elevati ma tutto sommato con ricarichi onesti, servizio effettuato da ragazzi giovani educati e attenti. Considerati i prezzi mi è sembrato eccessivo far pagare un supplemento per un tavolo un pò più vicino al mare ma quello che mi ha dato fastidio è la mancata cura nella pulizia dei servizi igienici

06/07/2025: ci siamo stato di domenica alle 15, sicuramente ci aspettavamo il pienone, ma la spiaggia era completamente invasa da lettini e ombrelloni con impossibilita di avere lettino piu vicino al mare ( che tra l altro era sporco come al solito) perche eravamo arrivati dopo gli altri , nonostante diversi spazi di spiaggia libera. Non abbiamo dovuto pranzare ma degli amici aspettavamo da piu di unora nonostante la prenotazione. Spiaggia tenuta peggio rispetto rispetto ad altri lidi con numerosissime cicche di sigaretta e plastica , anche lettini un po piu usurati di altri lidi che offrono servizi migliori allo stesso prezzo. Consiglierei di contingentare di piu gli spazi e gli accessi per rendere piu vivibile il tutto ( compreso la zona pranzo ).

13/07/2025: Il locale ha un’atmosfera accogliente e curata, perfetta sia per un caffè veloce che per una pausa più lunga a pranzo o a cena. Ai tavoli verrete assistiti da Andrea, un cameriere di rara professionalità e gentilezza. Con un sorriso sincero e una grande attenzione al cliente, è riuscito a rendere il nostro momento al tavolo ancora più piacevole. È raro trovare qualcuno così appassionato del proprio lavoro e capace di coniugare efficienza e calore umano. Il menù è vario e ben pensato, con proposte che uniscono tradizione e creatività. Ottimi anche i caffè e i dolci, perfetti per una pausa golosa. Fermento è sicuramente un posto in cui tornare. Consigliatissimo – e chiedete di Andrea!

06/07/2025: Comida fantástica, vino excelente, servicio atento, gran ambiente. Lo probé después de leer las otras críticas pero sin esperar mucho, el lugar es en realidad una joya inesperada. El camarero Andrea, muy amable y profesional, nos hizo sentir inmediatamente bienvenidos y a gusto. Seguimos sus sugerencias para la cena y disfrutamos de cada plato (desde una deliciosa burrata con aceitunas alici y tomates secos, unos tagliolini alle vongole maravillosamente sedosos y unos fettuccine al ragù di manzo tradicionalmente ricos) acompañados de un vino blanco delicado pero multidimensional. Delicioso tiramisú para cerrar una cena perfecta y de lo más agradable. Gracias, definitivamente volveremos.

08/12/2025: Rude and impolite staff. We asked for one of the three coffees in a glass three times, and they served it to us in a cup, claiming it wasn't true that we'd asked for it in a glass, a truly rude attitude. Staff like this should stay home! Our money isn't counterfeit!

04/12/2025: The gelatos were super delicious, the service was super good, today Karla served us, she let us try several flavors until we were sure of the decision, the chocolate with ice cream and cream 10/10, Karla was great.

22/11/2025: From the outside, I would never have guessed that the interior of the restaurant had been recreated as a sea cave. I loved it, and the dinner was enlivened by a pianist. Recommended.
