31/03/2026: We visited this place for the first time last night and were completely satisfied. We started with supplì and a beef magnum, both crispy and truly delicious. We then chose three different pizzas, all thin-crust in perfect Roman style: simply extraordinary. Without a doubt, one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten, just the way I like it, with high-quality ingredients and exceptional flavor. Kudos also to the service: the waiter was extremely kind, helpful, and very polite, making the experience even more enjoyable. Five stars is the maximum... but this place deserves even more!

21/03/2026: The red pizza is delicious, the fried foods are quite good, but definitely not the appetizers that resemble tacos, but are actually just flatbreads where both the dough and the filling are bland. It's not worth it... then it says beef but there's no beef... Let's get to the pizzas. I find them too heavy. The dough holds the toppings without losing any of the crispiness, but it's all too much and it becomes overwhelming, even when it comes to distinguishing the flavors. They should lighten things up a bit. It's fine to invent, create, and try to give a different and innovative edge, but this way you completely lose sight of tradition. The atmosphere is nice but chaotic, the service is average in terms of kindness, but the rest is a bit lost... too distracted... long waits... really expensive bill!!! I pay less eating the same in places where excellence is the norm!! Guys, a little less...

29/07/2025: Wonderful visit to Ristorante Cecilia Metella! Family friendly, family run, and homemade family quality. We highly recommend visiting this wonderful restaurant if you’re in the area, or walk across from the Catacombs di San Sebastien. Cross the road, head to right and up the driveway. The staff were super friendly and fun. I felt like my grandpa was serving us, with his grandpa humour. Couldn’t stop laughing at his grandpa jokes. The food was amazing. I feel like this was my most authentic Italian pasta and cuisine during our stay at Rome. We ate outside on the their terrace. There were lots of tables and couod get quite busy. However, our visit was just right in terms of noise from other tables. No need to shout, but still enjoyed the energy of the restaurant with families and friends enjoying lunch out on a Sunday.

31/05/2026: We went to the restaurant: Traditional local cuisine, very good and well-prepared. The meat in particular was excellent, and the pizza dough was superb. I wasn't crazy about the tomato sauce on the pizza, but overall it was good. Prices were average. The location is very welcoming, and there's a pergola! Nice... The service staff are young, super polite, and always available to help.

14/09/2025: Exceptional! This is the adjective that best describes our experience. We celebrated our wedding at Tenuta Terra e Sole on August 31, 2025, and every aspect was impeccable: from the quality of the food to the hospitality and attentiveness of the owners. From the first moment, we felt at home, thanks to the warm welcome of Luana, an extraordinary person who made us feel pampered and protected, just like a mother. The location is simply enchanting. A choice we fully endorsed, and one we would recommend to anyone who wants to experience a dream wedding, just like ours.

26/07/2025: 7pm booking at this recognised Stanley Tucci restaurant. First people there, very family, relaxed atmosphere. The mumma looked after us although her English wasn’t that good. Great carbonara pasta and cheapest white wine. It was an experience only but I won’t return. There are better restaurants near Trastevere.

20/07/2025: This was a highlight of our trip to Rome. A bit out of the way of tourist areas, but well worth the detour to San Lorenzo. The pasta carbonara did not disappoint. Artichoke was melt in your mouth good. Trio of cow tail, meatball, and tripe was excellent and beautifully presented. Service outstanding. Reasonable prices too.

26/05/2025: Abbiamo pranzato subito dopo l'Angelus. Posto comodo, ottimo esterno in bella piazza. Servizio veloce, Luca il nostro cameriere è stata bravo a consigliarci i tonnarelli cacio e pepe che erano sublimi (3 piatti in 2 ..); polpette alla romana indimenticabili! Molto bene, torneremo

26/05/2025: En nuestro primer día en Roma, y alojándonos muy cerca de este restaurante, pasamos junto a él y al instante sentimos el ambiente del lugar. Muy jovial pero más importante parecía estar lleno de lugareños. Miré el menú del restaurante y por el lado más caro pero por lo que podíamos oler y ver; decidí nominar este lugar para nuestra última noche en Roma comida. Me alegro de que lo hicimos como la comida era la mejor que había comido para nuestro fin de semana de 4 días. Comimos pizza, un plato de costillas de cordero y un filete cortado. Todo cocinado maravillosamente y servido rápido y caliente. Terminada la comida con tiramisú, no soy fan de los postres con sabor a café por regla general y he tomado unos cuantos tiramisús a lo largo de los años en lo que se considerarían restaurantes de alta gama. Esto fue lo ridículamente bueno y me hizo cuestionar todo el ángulo del postre de café. Por último un agradecimiento muy grande a MARIO. Joven muy encantador con mucha personalidad. Muy atento con mis 2 hijos y no podía ser más útil. Su inglés es tan bueno que olvidé que era italiano. Así que gracias a todos por traer un fantástico cerca de nuestra aventura en Roma. Y gracias de nuevo Mario por hacerlo tan agradable.

27/05/2026: A good shipyard just 1.3 miles from the mouth of the Tiber. Decent parking and a good nautical supplies shop. Ferry service for boats moored on the island in the middle of the Tiber.

27/05/2026: We spent a very comfortable winter at Nautilus Marina. Our boat was dry-docked, where some maintenance work was carried out (bowtraster, through-hull fitting, antifouling, and topside polishing). The staff were all very professional and, above all, very welcoming, making us feel right at home. We will definitely be back.

23/03/2026: Pizzeria located in the center of Spigno Saturnia (LT), in a quiet, traffic-free area with a park equipped with benches and a children's playground. The restaurant is bright, modern, and welcoming. The atmosphere is informal, featuring a distinctive open-view wood-fired oven. The menu is extensive: it offers appetizers like fried foods and delicacies to start, a wide variety of pizzas, from classic to specialty, and desserts. There's also a wide selection of drinks and beverages, including beers and wines. The pizzas are delicious, with a soft, light dough and toppings that pair perfectly. The flavor and aroma showcase the freshness and authenticity of the ingredients and raw materials. Desserts include Nutella-filled pizza bombettes and frozen truffles. The latter are especially delicious, especially the black and white truffles.
