02/06/2026: Being in the profession, I'd like to say a lot, but I'll limit myself to constructive criticism. Let's start by saying that out of four items chosen, not one matched the menu description: the tartare was supposed to be on a marrow boat, but when it arrived, there was no marrow and it was slathered on cherry tomatoes, lettuce, and carrots, with the meat so cold it seemed freshly defrosted—in short, very sad. Let's move on. After choosing a cockerel alla diavola, which wasn't available, I opted for a tagliata, and that wasn't available either. Then I was offered chicken alla cacciatora, and I accepted, but then I received a roasted leg and thigh that looked like it had been bought at a rotisserie. The last dish was fettuccine with red shrimp and zucchini, perhaps the only one vaguely resembling the menu description, except that the red shrimp were lost, and there were only three defrosted Ecuadorian prawns with three slices of boiled zucchini—a terrible result. Summary: A dinner to forget. My final criticism is the reservation. I requested to dine outside over the phone and was told it was windy and we could decide on the spot. When we arrived, everyone was eating on the veranda, so I requested to dine outside again, but was told it would rain soon (I should point out that there wasn't even a remote risk of rain), so with tables available outside and people dining on the veranda, they forced us to dine inside. I've been to many restaurants, but this is the first time I've encountered such a lack of professionalism.

23/05/2026: This family run restaurant is wonderful! I ordered a delicious daily special without the meat, no problem. The house wine and a mixed side salad perfect👍 It is convenient for parking with a lot right in front and the park across from that. Eat here!

20/03/2026: I've been going to this restaurant for many years now. Having tried many, I can say Jin Hao is my favorite. The food is delicious and varied (never had any problems), the service is excellent and the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming. I highly recommend it.

12/11/2025: I'll start by saying I was dining out on a business trip during the week. The staff were more than welcoming, capable of conveying the city's warmth and hospitality in a small way. The quality and price were more than balanced, highly recommended. I chose to come to Rome for places like this. In their simplicity, they conveyed tradition, dedication, and hospitality. I will definitely carry a fond memory of Rome with me, thanks in part to this impromptu dinner on a Wednesday evening. (Obviously, a bittersweet offering, which you can't even see from afar in Milan.)

13/06/2026: Great experience... I went there with my parents, for the inauguration and then with my boyfriend. It was a very positive experience, the pizzas and fried foods were delicious, crispy, and everything was excellent. The staff is also very polite and kind, and they make you feel at ease. Well done. 👏🤩🤩

09/12/2025: Trendy, informal place. Inexperienced waiters. Owner or chef absent. They brought us the bill without asking (I wanted a second course). After 5 minutes, they asked us to vacate the table because they needed it. I should point out that I wasn't told anything when I made the reservation, otherwise we wouldn't have gone... you can't rush into dinner. The food wasn't bad, the wine list was decent, but half of it was unavailable. This isn't a restaurant!!!

28/05/2026: I was recently there with some friends. They offer a non-stop service on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, so we decided to try it. The atmosphere is clean and pleasant, the staff is friendly, quick, and helpful—in short, a beautiful setting. The non-stop service (€20 per person), in addition to water included (very welcome), includes several courses. You can report any intolerances, allergies, or preferences, but you can't choose what you order; courses are served based on seasonal availability or the kitchen's choices. In our case, we received abundant, varied, and excellent-quality fried dishes, a generous platter of cured meats and cheeses, four samples of first courses, two samples of second courses, and a giant pizza. Overall, all the food was of excellent quality. The pasta is also handmade in the laboratory, but it's a shame that it wasn't always cooked to perfection, always coming out either slightly undercooked or a bit overcooked. Nothing inedible, but the cooking could definitely be improved to do justice to the excellent handmade pasta. The formula is delicious and successful, but above all, it's plentiful—we were literally bursting at the seams! I would perhaps revise the dishes, perhaps eliminating a sample of the first course or the pizza (after four courses of pasta, you don't feel the need for it, even if that was also very good), to make room for some vegetables or a sample of dessert to round things off. Overall, despite a few details that could be improved, we had a wonderful evening, and given the excellent value, we'll definitely have the opportunity to return!

06/08/2026: Neighborhood pizza, both by the slice and round takeout. The quality is good and the pizza is worth it, but the prices, especially for the round takeout, are a bit high: for that kind of expense, I'd rather sit down at the pizzeria. For this reason, I almost always opt for pizza by the slice, which also allows me to indulge in the temptation of trying different flavors.

23/02/2026: I've been a regular customer for years, both for birthday cakes and Sunday mini cakes. Always satisfied. Yesterday at lunch, I was told the cream-filled lobster was the best I'd ever had! Their prices are also fair. I highly recommend them.

16/07/2026: The only positive things were the location, the spritzes, and the very helpful bartender, who understood the nature of the evening. Some of the staff were inattentive, and one waitress in particular was rude. The burgers were pre-cooked, tough, and of poor quality. We asked for water twice, and it arrived warm each time; we had to ask for ice. Dinner was served an hour and a half after we ordered. They didn't even ask us how it went when we got the bill... maybe because they already knew the answer?! But anyway, if you know the evening was a flop, try to retain customers instead of scaring them away—that's the basics. What a disorganization.

02/07/2026: The manager was rude and complained to the chef because we ordered two starters and wine, recommending he prepare two small portions! When we returned the next evening, the restaurant was empty!

19/07/2026: A very characteristic place, with a view of the vineyard and the sunset that illuminated the evening, very romantic and we ate outside with a fresh dessert that brightened the evening. Good food and washed down with an Otto wine from the castles. A great evening to celebrate my 71st birthday.

26/05/2026: I stopped in for the first time yesterday morning to get pizza, some cooked vegetables, and an apple pie. Reasonable prices and excellent products. Well stocked. The atmosphere is old-fashioned, yet clean.

11/05/2026: Budassi in the Santa Silvia area is a real gem, a meeting place for quick purchases, an aperitif, a pizza, takeout, or breakfast—a little bit of everything, but done well. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the welcome is excellent. Recommended.
