24/12/2024: Business trip. Spent a night in a room for three. Cold, cold, cold. The room is heated only with a heat pump. The bathroom instead was served with a radiator... but useless, because it was cold. I recommend providing extra blankets and pillows in the rooms for guests who are more sensitive to the cold. Good breakfast, with sweet and savory options. Kind and courteous staff.

12/11/2024: The place is beautiful in summer they have a suggestive terrace. Good pizza, friendly staff.

21/10/2024: Well-kept restaurant from the tables to the bathroom, especially for being in a very small town. We had an appetizer of mixed fried foods and cold cuts, both very good and the pizza good and very digestible

04/11/2024: Came here for apertivo and had a decent time. They had a selection of wines avalible but they did not suit my fancy. I do appreciate they and altneratives like Limoncello avalible. For an apertivo I did expect a little bit more then the croutons. However was served well. I do think we just came in an off hour

18/01/2025: We were in the area to go to the Parioli theater. Great for a quick dinner before the show. We took two excellent tartares and two side dishes. Fair prices and once we went to pay, we found the pleasant surprise of having an agreement with the theater with a 10% discount. What can I say!? Advised !

03/01/2025: Siamo stati sfortunati ad essere i primi clienti di questo ristorante di una serata dove al tetro Parioli un ora dopo c era lo spettacolo di Riccardo Rossi. Il cameriere che ci serve ci mostra a mano come sarà il filetto che dovremmo ordinare 240 grammi bello alto . Insomma ci va bene . In attesa ordiniamo delle cheaps e dei gamberi . Le cheaps con cacio e pepe , rimangono sullo stomaco per due giorni di fila tanto erano unte…. Il filetto grida vendetta di tutti i filetti belli e buoni che si mangiano a Roma, come la sera seguente. Un filetto scarso a vedersi che a mangiare. Dovendo andare a teatro evito discussioni. Alla domanda tutto bene, per non dire no in assoluto, visto che i 3 gamberi a 12 euro erano buoni, dico 50% no. Al che mi fa un mezzo sorriso e io pago il dovuto e ce ne andiamo…

18/08/2024: We had dinner outside, the place is nice. The cut of meat I ate was absolutely not good, it wasn't a cut but a slice...I left almost all of it on the plate. Hard, full of fat and thin. The generous starter was good, the wine was not. We won't be back

28/08/2024: I ate really good cured meats as well as cheeses. The quantities on the platters were adequate, we also had bean soup, excellent I might add, to share. A rustic location but in a beautiful cool square. We spent, with drinks, 25 euros per person, a price that I consider adequate given the quality and quantity of what was brought to us. Excellent experience.

27/10/2024: Unique and rare restaurant, run by a family that puts love and care into every single thing they do. The first courses are made to perfection, the land ones are excellent with seasonal options such as porcini mushrooms, today I ate fettuccine with top marks. The fish-based first courses are really good, I recommend trying the Spaghetto alla Arisentimpò, but also the rice with scampi cream. The fish is really fresh, Maurizio goes to get it in Anzio and therefore I think nothing else needs to be added... Every time I go I feel at home, they always pay a lot of attention to the customer, who for them is not a number but it's as if he was one of the family! I also tried Pizza, one of the few restaurants in the castles that, in addition to making good meat and fish, also makes good and digestible Pizza, rigorously cooked in a wood-fired oven. Excellent choice of wines too and as far as the quality/price ratio is concerned, it is truly top. Highly recommended to everyone, but you really have to be a connoisseur of cooking..!! As an appetizer we tried sausages and bacon, the first really good accompanied by toasted bread with oil, cherry tomatoes and basil and artichoke pâté. Together we also tasted a platter with a selection of their cheeses, where you can find everything from pecorino to blue cheese, I remember having tasted at least nine different types. First, cacio e pepe with the gran cacio di Morolo, rigorously homemade pasta: a delicious tonnarello of water and flour wrapped in a delicate and at the same time tasty cream. Excellent sparkling white house wine for €8. Wide selection of desserts. Green apple sorbet and strictly homemade berry cheesecake, delicate and delicious. We added to the above described a bottle of water, two coffees and a digestive for a total bill of €70. This place won us over with incredible ease. We will be happy to return as soon as possible to taste their fish specialties too! Il proprietario Paolo e una persona molto educata e gentile, il locale e molto particolare per il suo arredamento inoltre c'è sempre la musica dal vivo il tutto contornato da un'ottima cucina casareccia.
