19/07/2025: Ciaocore is one of those places where you immediately sense the passion of the people who run it. The owner enthusiastically explained the menu to us, explaining the care taken in selecting ingredients and the work that goes into each dish. The sandwiches were truly exceptional, the IPA was excellent, and the arancini, fries, and arrosticini were also delicious. A bistro where quality and attention are evident in every bite. I'll definitely be back!

21/11/2025: I went to La Bottega dell’Artista today and was truly thrilled. A well-kept, warm, and welcoming place, where you can feel the love for cooking and attention to detail. The appetizers were the real surprise: creative, rich, and carefully crafted with great balance. In particular, "Autumn on the Plate": an explosion of enveloping, seasonal flavors, presented with an aesthetic that alone is worth the visit. Friendly and knowledgeable service, well-timed, and a relaxing atmosphere. You can sense the passion of those who work with heart and soul. My compliments: a cuisine that excites and leaves an indelible mark. I will definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a different and authentic experience. 👏

23/08/2025: In the summer, a cozy terrace with a pizzeria is open. Good food, a wide selection of grilled meats. The pizza and fried foods are also good. Quiet place.

05/10/2025: An excellent fish restaurant, the cuisine is more southern than northern, with a large selection of fish. The lampuga crudo is very good, the pasta is beyond praise, it's like eating the sea :)) The pasta sauces are delicious. The wine is ordinary, but it goes well with the local dishes. The staff speaks limited English, and there is no tourist menu. A great opportunity to try authentic southern cuisine and fresh fish.

18/09/2025: I had decided not to write a review out of respect for the kind people in the dining room, but after spending a sleepless night because I couldn't digest my food, I changed my mind because I realized (and from other reviews) that it wasn't a mistake (it can happen), but rather the incompetence of those in charge of the stove and the low quality of the raw materials. Thank you for giving us a discount on the bill, but sending back two tasteless fried foods in oil without batter, with roughly chopped calamari and no shrimp on both occasions, is not an oversight, I'm sorry. I had good memories of this restaurant. It's becoming increasingly difficult to dine out due to life commitments and budget constraints... eating badly is unacceptable!! Forgive me, the people in the dining room. I saw the difficulty in their eyes.

18/10/2025: I think I was lucky enough to find a restaurant like those of the past, truly family-run. The food was plentiful and excellent. Fresh, authentic ingredients, as if cooked by a grandmother. The gentleman who served us was super kind and attentive to the needs of our 3- and 5-year-old children. Highly recommended.

29/07/2025: Wonderful visit to Ristorante Cecilia Metella! Family friendly, family run, and homemade family quality. We highly recommend visiting this wonderful restaurant if you’re in the area, or walk across from the Catacombs di San Sebastien. Cross the road, head to right and up the driveway. The staff were super friendly and fun. I felt like my grandpa was serving us, with his grandpa humour. Couldn’t stop laughing at his grandpa jokes. The food was amazing. I feel like this was my most authentic Italian pasta and cuisine during our stay at Rome. We ate outside on the their terrace. There were lots of tables and couod get quite busy. However, our visit was just right in terms of noise from other tables. No need to shout, but still enjoyed the energy of the restaurant with families and friends enjoying lunch out on a Sunday.

02/12/2025: Truly excellent pizzeria! The ingredients were fresh and top-quality, the pizza was simply delicious, and even the fried foods were crispy and flavorful. Even though the place was very small and crowded, the staff was extremely kind and did everything they could to get us a table very quickly. The service was friendly and attentive. I absolutely recommend it!

23/11/2025: I don't know how anyone could think of letting paying customers eat in a place with no heating whatsoever, except for a small heater that was clearly inadequate. We had to eat with our jackets on. The pizza was very rubbery and had poor-quality ingredients. The sausage looked like a wurst and tasted like nothing. The broccoli rabe, which to me looked like simple broccoli, was completely tasteless and was put on the pizza without a single topping. A complete disappointment for me!

13/11/2025: I was truly impressed by the quality of the dishes and the welcoming atmosphere. I tried both the raw and fried fish, and I must say both were impeccable: the raw fish was incredibly fresh, rich in flavor, and carefully presented; the fried fish was light, crispy, and not at all greasy—one of the best I've ever had. The staff also deserves a special mention: kind, attentive, and always available, making you feel at ease without being intrusive. Overall, a truly excellent experience. Highly recommended for those who love good fish and quality service.

28/10/2025: I had lunch on Sunday with my wife, a unique experience. I'll just say that after years I found tuna cooked to perfection, that is, just seared and very tasty. Everything was delicious, the service and bill were excellent. Nothing to complain about, just compliments!!!!
