We emphasized that we'd already waited long enough and that, given the mistake wasn't ours, we'd eat them anyway, perhaps even getting a little discount given the inconvenience. When we got to the cashier to pay, there was no discount. We would have expected at least one pizza instead of two. It's a shame, because this place had been recommended to us, and we even came from northern Rome. Everyone can make mistakes, but these are precautions that, if you don't have them, can cause you to lose a customer. What a shame! Given your kind response, which I greatly appreciate, I would have preferred the truth rather than the scrambling. Given that I'm not a waitress, if I order a parmigiana, it's the waitstaff's job to ask if I want the classic parmigiana or the parmigiana pizza, since, not knowing the menu, I couldn't possibly know that by parmigiana you mean both the classic and the pizza. If I order a parmigiana, I don't expect pizza! It goes without saying that anyone can make a mistake, but it's the waitstaff's job to explain, clarify, and clarify the dishes on the menu. Precisely because I recognize and respect the work of others, we preferred to eat the pizzas rather than have them returned and blame the waitress. This kindness, as I see it, was not understood and therefore appreciated... The waitress had nothing to do with it. 23/03/2026: The place is very spacious, homey, and welcoming. We had the opportunity to set up balloons and decorations for a birthday party. We ordered four starters, pasta, and gnocchi, all homemade by themselves, all delicious. For main courses, we tried a roast and sliced ​​steaks; I can say the meat was also exceptional. The staff were all very kind and helpful, even preparing small pasta dishes for the little ones. We'll definitely be back.

13/12/2025: I went to the murder mystery dinner, and sadly, I have to say I won't be back! 25 euros included an appetizer, pizza, and drinks (other than pizza, you could only order a first course, with options including fettuccine alla boscaiola or risotto alla pescatora). So, anyone who had trouble eating pizza and first courses couldn't eat anything else! I work in the same job as the older waiter, and if I were to behave like that with customers, I'd be fired right away. He was quite rude; we wanted to ask about beers, and he responded in an angry tone, "Yes, but you have to tell me you're eating." Furthermore, the pizza was burnt and dry, the appetizer had been made who knows how many hours earlier because the bruschetta was cold and dried out... and the thing that disappointed me most was that we couldn't order anything else! On a positive note, the other waiters were all kind and polite!
