From the moment we stepped in, we knew we were in for something special. Trust me, it didn’t disappoint. 🥩🔥 This steak is definitely something you won’t forget. Pair it with a glass from their killer wine selection, and you’ve got the perfect meal. 🍷 The food was top-notch, but what really made it special was the friendly crew who made the whole experience feel so welcoming. 🙌 So, if you’re looking for a great spot to eat, La Quadra is the place to be. 14/08/2025: Beautiful shop on a street where no cars pass, very picturesque. The menu is only offered in Italian, which made it very difficult for us to understand the menu and order. The waitresses were very kind and helpful. However, the order took quite a while.

22/08/2025: My salvation. One of the few open in the area during this time of year. Breakfast at the bar is a morning ritual I can't give up, and not having a café down the street forced me to take a brisk walk to this bar. Fresh products and friendly staff. Congratulations.

28/09/2025: I had the pleasure of dining at Rottezzia and was truly impressed. It's one of those places where everything seems right: from the warm welcome from the staff, to the attention to detail in the ambiance, to, of course, the excellent quality of the dishes. The restaurant is refined but not overly so, with an intimate and relaxed atmosphere that makes you feel immediately at ease. The service was impeccable: attentive, kind, present at the right time, never intrusive. The cuisine, however, is what truly makes this restaurant special. Each dish tells a story, with top-quality ingredients and a combination of flavors that demonstrates passion and expertise. I particularly enjoyed the beef tartare (recommended by the charming waiter), but everything was truly amazing. I would return just for the hospitality and sweet kindness 💐♥️

20/09/2025: We stopped by for lunch and found this restaurant charming and welcoming. The service was courteous and quick, and the food was excellent. We ate carbonara and a creamy zucchini tart on a relaxing terrace with a lovely view. Prices were average, and I'd go back!

25/10/2025: Last night we accidentally discovered this (hidden) pizzeria. They serve exceptional fried food! Fantastic, shallow Roman pizzas, cooked to perfection, and we discovered they also offer gluten-free options! Excellent! We'll definitely be back!

20/09/2025: We had dinner this evening and I was very disappointed with both the food and the service. The carbonara balls were fried in burnt oil and tasted like grease and cooked egg. Many items were missing from the menu, and the staff was impatient. We ordered the involtini, but they tasted like American/fast food fare, completely out of place for a Roman osteria. The most absurd thing is that when I asked for parmesan, I was told they didn't have it and that I would have to use pecorino (it seems absurd not to have parmesan in a Roman restaurant). The prices were quite high for the location and the food. Highly not recommended; it advertises a lot, but it's the worst osteria in Ariccia.

23/08/2025: In the summer, a cozy terrace with a pizzeria is open. Good food, a wide selection of grilled meats. The pizza and fried foods are also good. Quiet place.
