30/11/2024: Carinissimo cottage, nel comune di Vejano a pochi chilometri da Roma, il cibo è buonissimo, prezzi nella norma ma l'ambiente e famigliare.

03/01/2025: My partner and I were in Gaeta and we chose this small restaurant on the seafront because we needed tranquility. We were welcomed by the owner, a very discreet and kind Rocco Papaleo type. We ate very well, starting with an appetizer of cured meats and cheeses described in their origin and nature by the owner very accurately. I still have in mind the goodness of organic goat cheese, black pork salami from Caserta, delicious local olives and special ham. We then had two tielle with escarole, olives and cod, it was a pleasure I would have eaten until I fainted. Followed by a portion of black beans with pork and another with escarole and cannellini beans, all accompanied by excellent bread and an excellent wine clearly recommended. It is a family run kitchen where the owner's daughter is in the kitchen. It's one of the few times that I take the flavors of food away with me in my mind. It is a place among my favorites where I will definitely return.

26/08/2024: Bel locale curato, attenti nella ricerca della materia prima cucinata con cura. Ottimi gli spaghetti alla puttanesca! Anche le tielle e i crostini molto gustosi.

21/11/2024: Rustic trattoria bar, welcoming and friendly staff. Courteous service and honest prices. Many pizzas with many flavors and also some dishes on request. Very cozy place and therefore not excessively noisy.

12/11/2024: We stayed in the restaurant for two consecutive evenings. In both cases excellent food with modest prices. The place is retro and genuine; the friendly and efficient service. I recommend it to those who like simple but good things.

25/10/2024: That forgets the food one orders... hard rice... it just seems reheated... the chicken stinks... the special rice tastes different, not the original one... after eating in so many Chinese restaurants I can advised not to come. I REPEAT: HARD RICE!!!, IT SEEMS HEATED SINCE LAST DAY. Fri 25 Oct.

06/01/2025: Discriminatory and zero service We received an apology from the manager. Good stars from many Japanese posted here are almost a legacy of the past. There is a waiter who has a horrible attitude all the time. The customers at the surrounding tables were also scratching their heads. Good reviews for Japanese are probably a thing of the past. There were some restaurants nearby that weren't traps, so I think going there would be a better memory.

31/07/2024: Hier stimmt alles in Richtung Gastfreundlichkeit, Genuss und perfekter Service von der Reservierung bis zum Dank für den Besuch per Mail am nächsten Tag. Abwechslungsreiche Karte, für jeden was dabei. Kosten / Leistung stimmig. Weinkarte mit guter Auswahl und ebenfalls fair im Preis. Super freundliche Bedienungen. Meine unbedingte Empfehlung für einen schönen Abend mit richtig guten Speisen und Getränken.

26/07/2024: Choisi grâce au guide du lonely planet famille, ce restaurant propose des plats très gourmets. En revanche, 7,50e de frais de service ajoutés à l’addition finale pour juste apporter plats, c’est complètement exagéré !!

28/11/2024: I casually stopped by for a sandwich but the writing on the counter gave no room for misunderstanding. Carbonara day. I didn't hesitate to ask for a dish, and after a few minutes the lady arrived with the dish. What can I say, exhilarating, superlative, without comparison. Don't hesitate to try. Mouth-watering.

02/12/2024: Siamo stati alla pecora nera appena tornati da Parigi, con l’obbiettivo di mettere qualcosa sotto i denti e partire il prima possibile. Appena entrato abbiamo subito notato la gentilezza e cordialità che ci sono mancati in Francia. Abbiamo ordinato un paio di antipasti, primi tipici della cucina romana e un altro primo di carciofi e guanciale. Tutto buonissimo! Ci hanno persino offerto delle pizzette di benvenuto e delle ciambelline come dessert. Ci ritornerei

14/10/2024: Abbiamo scoperto la pecora nera sotto consiglio del ragazzo che stava alla reception dell'ostello che abbiamo preso a Fiumicino. Immagino un posto a conduzione familiare. Persone molto carine e gentili. Abbiamo preso mezzo litro di vino della casa, una bottiglia d'acqua, due antipasti un primo ed un secondo. Offerto abbiamo anche mangiato delle ciambelline di patate fritte con cannella e zucchero, favolose! Abbiamo pagato 64 euro in due. Super mega consigliato! Ottima qualità dei prodotti, personale gentile e prezzi giusto.
