This restaurant, in a small street in the Prati district, will reserve pleasant surprises for your palate. A journey of flavors through combinations and harmonies of taste that won us over from the first taste. To complete this pleasant experience, the service: two affable girls who welcomed us at the entrance and accompanied us throughout the evening with courtesy and professionalism. Really good. We will be back soon.

I'll update the review a bit after a new visit. This time I left less convinced... prices increased and dishes less exciting. The service was also less than adequate. A bit of disappointment in not finding certain attentions (such as the welcome glass) and a less convenient qp ratio: now the "small" tasting menu is 4 courses and not 5 as before. In short, perhaps there is less desire to "conquer" and therefore certain (small) weaknesses (wine list, bread, desserts...) are less readily forgiven. Sin. Wine list still very "short" offering little or nothing below €40-45...is it possible we can't offer some options even at lower prices?! In summary, returning will be a bit of an act of faith... However, I will leave the previous review below. Excellent restaurant. Welcoming, modern and elegant yet discreet environment (tables well spaced apart! Good!). Courteous and attentive service. Excellent dishes. We tried the 5-course menu and every taste was really tasty, sometimes surprising... Furthermore, you are pampered from the start with a glass of excellent bubbles and a couple of amuse-bouche. Only small note on the wine list... very very limited. A few more labels wouldn't hurt. However, if you try it you will come back. Well done.

Excellent restaurant well balanced in flavours. The chef's husbandzo with cod and delicate sweet bread is good. Delicate and tasty seared fish. My daughter's appetizer was good cod, too bad about the spices, I think cumin or similar, not to my liking as they completely covered the flavor. The homemade and balanced dessert is good. I liked it, too bad about the spices but that's my very personal opinion which takes nothing away from the Chef's commitment.

Restaurant that aims to stand out for the originality of the proposal, obviously based on fish dishes. The chef has a sure hand and good creative flair, even if not everything we tasted reached excellence. The wine list is perhaps a little lacking in labels, but those present are certainly chosen with care. Prices quite high.

I don't know how to write reviews as a food critic, I say what I feel: I ate very, very well. In the end, the only thing that matters is: Would I go back? And the answer is a big yes! The indicated price does not take wines into account.

Abbiamo prenotato il ristorante di pesce in virtù della promessa "Semplicità, Esaltazione della materia con tre ingredienti". Eravamo coscienti anche che i prezzi non sono da Trattoria...La nostra esperienza dopo avere assaggiato 2 antipasti, 1 primo 1 Brodetto Fanese, 2 calici di bianco, 1 dolce 3 il pane...quotato...per circa 150 Euro è: pollice verso! Facit: Brodetto del medio adritico dove sei...
