14/09/2025: 1. Old-fashioned family business 2. Old-fashioned menu. The daily specials are traditional. The seafood in the risotto is perhaps pureed because it's absent from the dish, except for a submerged langoustine. 3. Unwelcoming service 4. Old structure, decor of questionable taste, needs to be revisited and reordered 5. The outdoor veranda is lovely.

06/10/2025: Takeout pizzas are prepared at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time. Even though we picked them up 5 minutes early, we ate them practically cold!

01/09/2025: If you decide to lower the quality, at least try to adjust the prices. It's the second time a dry crust has arrived, even if it's not.

21/09/2025: We ate among rats and hornets; the rats, as big as cats, scurried between fences while the hornets flew overhead. The food was generally edible, except that the meat was sparse and fatty for the price. While the "snow white" pizza had very little toppings (two slices of ham and four slices of mozzarella scattered around), the waitress was kind and very helpful, but I highly recommend it due to the location and food.

28/09/2025: A charming, ancient restaurant in a charming village. It's located in the town hall square, opposite a beautiful 18th-century church. Speaking of the restaurant, I had lunch there twice within a few days because the food was delicious. Mixed mountain antipasti, all drizzled with truffles... homemade first courses with a wide variety of toppings and truly delicious meat. Side dishes and desserts round out a homemade yet very, very good Nenu. The fried pizza and the truffle-infused burrata/buffalo mozzarella are the highlights. Excellent value for money, without a doubt...

16/10/2025: The rooms are large, clean, and well-equipped. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. I recommend it.

14/10/2025: Entrance for hotel is on the left hand side of the building down a driveway with parking in the back. Rooms are neat and clean. Maybe a little dated but not by much. It’s in a good location with several bars and dining options right next to it. If waking the via Francigena it is just part the old village section after you walk under the old porta or gate. WiFi works great.

20/10/2025: A very well-known address in Rome, it's definitely worth the detour for a few specific reasons. First, their tiramisu: without a doubt the best I've ever eaten. You can really taste the traditional recipe. Another favorite: the artichoke salad, both cooked and semi-cooked, a real treat. Simple but perfectly executed, it showcases the exceptional quality of the ingredients. The rest of the menu is good but nothing special. Nothing exceptional in terms of pizzas or main courses, but you have to admit that the ingredients are impeccable.

10/03/2025: we came yesterday for the first time to dance tango, welcomed by the kindness and courtesy of the teacher Giulia Varone, we were pleasantly surprised both by the venue which is in a magnificent position, with the lookout over the temple of the Sibyl and by the organization of the milonga. Excellent parquet flooring, small but enveloping room, excellent aperitif formula and, even writing it goes without saying, excellent music by the musician Armando Tatafiore. We hope you organize another one soon!

03/09/2025: We stayed at a hotel that offered breakfast at this bar thanks to a partnership they had. Breakfast initially consisted of coffee, a pastry, and juice. The owner, a white-haired man, is unfriendly, impertinent, and treats customers poorly. If you greet him or say goodbye, he doesn't even respond. The restaurant owner intended to charge us an extra 3 euros to change the cappuccino or coffee to milk with cocoa powder, since my wife doesn't drink coffee. He only wanted to do this on the last day and the next-to-last day, letting me know it was extra. My question is, why were the coffee options available the first few days and then not? Solution: On the last day, I drank both coffees and gave my wife both juices, with the firm resolve to never return and write this review so anyone who goes knows what they're up against.

03/09/2025: We stopped at this little bar to get two proseccos and a Crodino for the child, we asked twice for extra orange slices and they brought us a whole plate full of orange slices for the baby, wonderful ❤️
